of had been about 17 weeks after our last scan which meant i was 39 weeks in. my baby girl was about to come at any time.
it was 8:00am and josh was getting ready to go somewhere. i rubbed my eyes.
'where you going?' i said.
'oh just out with the boys!' he said. 'josh we've been through this, the baby can come at any minute!' i said. ' and you need to be here to help me!' i say.
'i'm sure it won't!' he said walking out the door. 'whatever!' i screamed.
5 mins later he messages me; j- hey babe are you okay? me- sure j- are you okay me- lol j- liv.. me- ok j- i'm sorry..🥺 me- whatever me-💀 j- i try my best, but liv i have a life too. me-ok. j- i'm sorry, can you just understand that. me- go away. j-o j-k
i got up and made chocolate waffles. i felt a pain. she was kicking too hard. i moaned with pain. i felt like she was coming. i grabbed my phone and rang josh.
j-babe what's up me- get back to the house now, she's coming. j-omg i'm coming now love you me- love YOU toO
he finally got here. 'i packet bags ages ago!' i said getting in the car. we sped to the hospital.
i got laid onto a bed.
'liv alaston, you are in labour your water broke earlier, right?' the nurse said.
'yes.'i said looking at her.
'okay i just need to see if you're in labour!' 'hang on with me one second!'
i just lie there moaning with pain.
'yes you are, we will give you some methodien!'
'we need you to push liv'
i pushed as hard as i could. 'harder, come on!' the nurse said.
josh grabbed my hand. 'come on, you've got this my darling!' he said crying. 'one more push' the nurse shouted. i moaned in pain again. 'she's here!' the nurse said smiling. i laughed in relief.
i also started crying. i've found the love of my life. we have finally started our little family off. i love him with all my heart and i'm gonna do the same with our beautiful daughter.
'what shall we call her?' josh said.
'evelyn-may richards' i said. 'i love that name!'he said.
after 11 months we lived our best life's and spent so many special moments with evelyn.
