This is written for PoetsPub as they have given the prompt to explore a cave...
Let's see how it goes and I have written the poem in a couplet format.
*****
Kids playing around
In the lush green surroundAll of a sudden, see a cave
Wanted to go inside, as cool breeze waveCowboy warned not to go
Surely mislead pursuing stuff that glowWithout any heed, everyone went on
While cowboy just yawnLooking around, kids knew
It's not safe as they viewChewing sugarcane one didn't see
Like there is no entry feeIt was pitch dark inside
Without any hint of the light guideLeft and right, they walked ahead
Not knowing the awakening of dreadJust following the small passage
Welcoming the brutal savageAll of a sudden, cave started to shake
Realization dawns, as it's a snake in awakeA huge demon python has his mouth wide open
Just looks like a cave, as kids started to slop inNo other way, kids screamed from the bottom
Cowboy went ahead reciting the chant saying - I will Rot him*****
