The Photo

Maya 3rd person
Maya walks into the the control room and over to Liz, "so what are we going to do about Liz?" Lilith sighs, "I have no idea. I know it's just not like her to leave without contact. I mean I guess she really is hurt and needs time away." Maya huffs, "we need her and we can't focus on her, but we can't not focus on her either. This is one of the worst times for this to happen. If Axton didn't cheat then how and why did she get that echo?" Lilith thinks for a moment, "that's a great question. Maybe Axton would know." Maya shrugs, "probably. Give him a call and me and Ava have a meeting with the other set of twins." Lilith nods and pulls out her echo. Axton answers with a worry filled voice, "have you found her?" Lilith sighs, "no. I do have a question though. Who sent her that echo and why did they?" Axton hesitates, "good question. I know it wasn't Sarah because Sarah doesn't have Liz's echo. Maybe one of my teammates as a prank, or something." Lilith smirks, "this is a bad prank then." Axton let's put a long sigh filled with worry, "I'm going to go ask them call me if you get anything." Lilith huffs, "you do the same."
Axton 3rd person
Axton goes to his teammates camp to question them. When he steps into the building he grabs the first one he sees and aggressively pulls him out the door, making the other ones confused. Axton let's go of him, "what's this about Liz thinking I cheated on her? If this is a prank I swear. You guys will pay." The man motions for him to back down, "it wasn't a prank. Liz told us to spy on you and Sarah so she can know what Sarah's up to. So we did and that's the recording we got." Axton puzzles, "but that's not what happened." The man raises an eyebrow, "are you sure? That's the one we got back." Axton goes back to being intimidating, "are you telling the truth?" The man nods, "yes. Ask any of the others." Axton smirks, "I don't think I need to. I'll go see Sarah today and see what's going on because something's not right." The man gets curious, "what's wrong with Liz?" Axton sighs, "Liz thought I cheated on her with Sarah and said all these bad things about her and I didn't. She left without any trace and normally Liz leaves a trace if someone needs her. I'm thinking Sarah switched up the audio log when she found your guys' recorder." The man just walks away not wanting to ask anything else and Axton walks to Sarah's office, rather quickly this time. When he gets there he opens the door and calmly starts a conversation with her to see if any signs of anything peculiar going on. Axton smiles, "I figured I'd come by today and talk about my mission. Maybe go over some plans." Axton then noticed a picture of him she put on her desk. He noticed that same picture and the same tear on the top corner. Sarah laughs, "what plans do you want to go over?" Axton walks over to it and picks the photo up and smiles trying to act like he's not noticing this is the one he gave to Liz. Axton smiles, "where'd this come from?" Sarah hesitates with a little stutter, "I-I still kept every photo I had. I was just looking through memories I guess." Axton turns to her, "liar." Sarah gulps, "what?" Axton grabs her shoulders and puts her against the wall, "where is she?" Sarah gets startled, "I don't know what you're talking about." Axton looks down then back up trying not to hit her, "I know you did something with her and you think I wouldn't find out? Where the hell is she? I know this photo from anywhere I gave her this one and the piece from the corner is torn. This is hers." Sarah smirks, "smart man. I hope you know that I'm not going to tell you." Axton releases, "I will tear this fucking place apart to find her." Sarah leaned up to his ear, "you don't really love her. I'm doing you a favor. I'm doing Dahl a favor. I will use every bit of her powers." Axton pushes her back, "no you won't. She's a fighter. She'll kill you." Sarah smiles, "don't worry. I'm in the middle of breaking her. Even if I have to torture her skag to do it. The armor will ware off one day." Axton gets worry in his eyes, "Junior?" Sarah puzzles, "it has a name?" Axton raises his voice, "yes that is my skag too. You will not hurt my skag." Sarah hesitates, "it's a freak like her. She's not a siren so why does she have powers?" Axton smirks, "if you're not a guy then why do you look like one?" Sarah frowns, "get the hell out of my office." Axton walks out the door and takes out his echo and calls Lilith. Lilith answers and worries, "did you find something?" Axton sighs, "yes I did. turns out Sarah kidnapped her. I'm finding out where though. Sarah's going to use Liz's powers for Dahl and if she doesn't comply she may kill Junior." Lilith gasps, "I'll come up with a plan and we'll put it into action when you find out where she is." Axton smiles, "no problem. I'll be getting to it. It may take me a bit." Axton ends the echo and walks back to the camp. He opens the door and calls everyone around, "I have an important only us mission to handle. All I need is some information. Do any of y'all know where they might keep people that they kidnapped." One man thinks, "I've heard that they have two chambers down stairs. One for regulars and one for 'special guests'." Axton smirks, "I guess we'll start with that then." The same man replies, "you have to be certified in order to go in." Axton puzzles, "who has certification?" The man hesitates, "I think maybe security guards, but like higher level security guards. They may have a chip, or something to get in." Axton smiles, "thank you. That's just the information I needed."

Note: another chapter down and they finally found out where she is. Not a good place, but at least they know.
