Plants vs ponies

Ultimate battle

(Authors note: sorry for the long delay it's been though thinking how the showdowns will go and schools been like the plague leaving little time to update or write so sorry for the delay time for an ultimate brawl)

location third person pov: the house: it was somewhat quite in the house besides the present zen garden music, the owner was looking though his binoculars and sighs seeing the pony's have come but in far greater numbers than the previous attacks, the ultimate battle has come.

Third person pov: ponies army: the ponies were truly confident now, there numbers were so great they blanked the landscape with a variety of tools such as giant shields, portal mages and most importantly a battering ram.

The owner when downstairs and saw the conveyer belt ready and saw crazy Dave giving a thumbs up with a smile on his face and tacos in hand, the owner rushed out the door quickly and started planting, the first plants that arrived were mostly peashooters but also wall-nuts and magi-shrooms, the peashooters knocked out the first few ponies while the magi-shrooms closed any portals that dare popped up, the next batch of plants were cactuses and shamrocks with a couple cabbage-pults, they kept airborne pony's at bay while cabbage-pults did a little of everything, more pony's arrived and the hoards got thicker as peas, spikes and cabbages fired into the hoard as chompers and wall-nuts helped hold the line and protect vulnerable magi-shrooms who were dispelling the portals that popped up, the blastberrys who were next followed by pumpkin-pults who were half grown and quickly grow up into there final stage helping stall the hoard of ponies with splash damage and giving a little more protection to the plants, on the ponies side they were fairing badly but had the numbers on there side and had shields on there side with ladders but the ladder ponies where focused down by the peashooters, the ponies air support barely helped as rock hard rainbows created by what look like angry transforming shamrocks that ironically turned into rocks when a Pegasus tries to fly over them, there commander decided that enough was enough and sent there trump cards the battering rams, the wall-nuts who were bearing the beating of swords and spears frowned a little  at the site, the owner seeing the battering rams though a cherry bomb at one but the thing kept going forward but it was damaged and surrounding ponies were killed and sent flying or reduced to ashes, the rams got close and while taking damage began to attack the wall-nuts who cracked a little and started to truly frown as chompers bit at the rams as the rest of the plants attacked the rams doing quite a bit of damage, the owner seeing this though another cherry bomb taking out one of the rams as it's ash's blow in the wind, the other battering, the ponies making it looked in fear and tried to go faster the wall-nut started forming tears as cracks and some holes appeared all over as the plants tried to save there comrade before he fell, the owner seeing this pulled out the wall-nut repair kit and began patching up cracks and cover holes and eventually the battering ram collapsed like a sack of bricks crushing the pony's operating it, the plants and owner looked around before promptly celebrating as the surviving pony's ran or flew away in fear and anger as the commander looked in both anger but also impressed seeing the plants and there ruler were not push overs and had near perfect comradeship before turning and leaving not eager to relay the news. 

Above the house third person pov: Luna who saw the battle from above as usely this is when she wakes up and sighs before saying "well sister you tried but it's my turn and those overgrown plants will not be winning this time" before leaving.

(Authors note: welp that's it for this chapter and next will be the night battles as mushrooms begin to truly duel with the ponies)
