3. The Bad Dream

*Madie P.O.V.*

"Ashton." I giggled as he pepper kissed my neck as I sat on his lap as we watch TV in his bedroom. "Hm?" he hummed against my neck. "Stop." I giggled and he whined. "But I love hearing your giggle." he said with a pout. I giggled again and he continues pepper kissing my neck. "Ashy." I giggled. He chuckled against my neck and started to kiss up to my lips. He pecked my lips. "I love you kitten." he said. "I love you too Ashy." I said and he kissed my forehead. "Are you tired?" he asked and I nod. We get our PJs on and get in bed. I cuddle into his side and he has his arms wrapped around my waist tightly. "Night Ash." I mumbled. "Night Madie." he said. I close my eyes and soon fall asleep... "Don't you dare touch her!" I growled at my dad that's drunk as I stand in front of my 9 year old sister Stella when I was 13. "Get out of the way Madison! Or else." he slurred out. He lifted a hand and slaps my check with all his strength. "Daddy stop!" Stella squeaked out. "SHUT UP STELLA." he yelled and she whimpered. "You're coming with me." my dad said and grabbed my arm tightly and dragged me into his room. He started to punch me. Everywhere. "Stop, please." I whimper out. I feel someone shaking me. "Madie... Madison, baby, wake up." I hear Ashton whisper. "STOP!" I yelled as I sat up, my heart beating out of my chest. "Madie?" I turn my head really fast towards Ashton. I was shaking really badly and my breathing is uneven. Why? Why did I dream of that day?! Ashton sits up beside me. "Come here babygirl." Ashton said and pulled me into his arms. "What did you dream about?" he asked. I shake my head, remembering him doing all that stuff to me so my little sister wouldn't have to go through it. Ashton rubbed my back and kissed my forehead. "Was it about your dad?" he asked and I nod, not being able to talk because I was shaking too hard. He sighed before pulling away from the hug and lifting my chin making me look him in the eyes. "He won't hurt you anymore, ok?" he whispered kinda calming me down. "What about my sister?" I asked in a quiet voice. "She'll be ok." he said and pulled me close again. I feel tears escape my eyes. We sat like that for what felt like an hour, but I didn't mind. I glance at the time on the alarm on the nightstand and it reads 4:26AM. Ashton looked me in the eyes. "Want to go back to sleep?" he asked and I nod and we lay back down. I close my eyes as Ashton played with my hair. "Your safe with me, I'll never leave you or let anyone hurt you." he whispered into my ear. I grin and soon fall asleep in his arms...

I wake up and see Ashton's still asleep. I grin at him and stare at him. At his eyes that are shut, his curly messy hair, and his partly opened lips. I get snapped out of staring at Ashton's face when he stirred and his eyes opened sleepily. "Morning Ashy." I said and he grins at me. "Good morning kitten." he said in his morning voice. He leaned in and pecked my lips. "Did you sleep well?" he asked. "Yeah I did." I said with a nod. "That's good." he said and kissed my forehead before getting up and going to the bathroom. I got up and walked out into the kitchen and looked for something to eat. I grab a donut and ate it. I feel two arms snake around my waist and I feel Ashton lean his chin on my shoulder. "Madie?" he asked. "Hm?" "My family wants to meet you." he said and my eyes widen. I turn around and face him. "Really?!" I asked in excitement and he chuckles and nods. "When are we leaving?" I asked. "Soon actually, they just told me today that they want to meet you today." he said and I walked into our room and got ready.

"You're gonna be fine." Ashton chuckles, rubbing my arms softly. "My mom's gonna love you." "Do you think this dress is too fancy?" I asked, ignoring his questions. "I think it's perfect." he said with a confident smile. "Maybe it's too short." I mumbled as I looking at myself in the mirror. "We're gonna be late." Ashton chuckles, pulling my hand. "Fine." I sigh, looking myself over once more before following Ashton to the car. He open the door for me and I get in. He walks over to his side and starts the car. We started to drive and stare out the wind.

We pull into his mom's driveway minutes later and take in a deep breath, making Ashton laugh. "Relax." he chuckles. "I can't." I said seriously. "Then let's go." he said before hopping out of the car and hurrying over to open my door. "I'm gonna be sick." I mumble as Ashton leads me up the driveway toward his parents house. Ashton chuckles, shaking his head. "What if they don't like me?" I whisper worriedly. "They'll love you babe." he head as he opens the door, leading me into the Irwin's house. "ASHTON!" A voice shouts excitedly before his sister flings her arms around him, hugging him tightly. "This must be Madison." she says once she releases her brother. "I'm Lauren and this is Harry." she said and I see a little boy next to her with curly hair. "Nice to meet you." I breathe nervously, shaking her hand. "Mom! Come meet Ashton's girlfriend!" she said over her shoulder. "Come on." she says, grabbing my hand and pulling me through the house with Ashton and Harry following close behind me. She stops in the kitchen and Ashton's mom looks up from the dishes in front of her. "This is Madison?" she asks Ashton. "Yeah." Ashton said. "Nice to finally meet you." Mrs.Irwin greets me with a warm hug. "You too! Do you need any help?" I asked as I see all the dishes scattered across the counter. "That'd be lovely." she says with a grateful smile. We begin to work and I make small talk with Lauren and Mrs. Irwin as Ashton stands by looking bored. "Ash, you don't have to babysit me." I giggled. "I'm fine." "Are you sure?" he asks, looking at me with concern. "Oh go on, Ashton! Let us get to know Madie without you here." Mrs.Irwin chimes in. "Ok." Ashton sighs. He pecks my cheek quickly before leaving with his brother to let me get to know his sister and mom.

"So Madie I heard you have a younger sister, how is she doing?" Anne asked as we do the dishes after we ate. "Good, I hope. I haven't seen her in years." I said. "What's her name?" "Stella." I said. "Well, we better get going before it gets dark." Ashton said. "Ok, have a safe trip back." Anne said. I hug her, Lauren, and Harry. Ashton and I walk out to the car and drive home.

I stare out the window. "Do you think they liked me?" I asked after awhile of silence in the car besides the radio being on. Ashton chuckled and put his hand on my thigh and patted it before resting it there. "They loved you babe." he said and smiled at me before turning his attention back to the road. "Really?" I asked and he nods his head. "I told you they would love you." he said as he parked the car in front of the apartment building. "Just like I do." he said and kissed my cheek. I giggled and blush a little. We got out of the car and walked to our apartment. I walk into our room and get my dress off and get into my PJs. Ashton grabbed my waist and pulled me close. Ashton kissed me softly and put his arms around my waist. I set my hands on his chest and he pulled away and looked at me. He stared at my lips for a second before he smashed his lips against mine roughly. I wrap my arms around his neck and he tightened his grip on my waist. He backed us up against the wall and I gasp at the sudden contact with the cold wall. He slipped his tongue inside my mouth. Letting him roam a little before I pulled away. Both of us gasping for air. He attached his lips to mine again. But this kiss was full of passion. He kissed down my jawline and kissed down to my neck. He kissed and nibbled at my soft spot. "Daddy." I moaned. He pulled away and smirked. "That's my good girl, kitten." he whispered in my ear before nibbling at my earlobe. "ASHTON?!" I hear Michael yell from the front door. Ashton groaned. "Don't move." he whispered in my ear and walked out of the room. I stayed in the same place against the wall. I can still feel his lips on my neck. I grin and sighed. I can't believe this happened to me.
