Chapter 2.

She looked to the sky as the rain fell, hitting her face and making her completely soaked. 

Her old scars burned as the rain ran down her face.

She closed her eyes remember how cold and lonely she once was, how she thought death might be the only way to survive. 

A soft smile as she felt warm arms wrapped around her from behind, a handsome face resting on her shoulder while pulling her close. 

"Lets go home" He whispered in a soft voice and she knew he held a gentle smile on his lips. 

"thank you" She mutter and opened her eyes before glancing to him, his smile just grew before unwrapping his arms and stepping back. 

"Lets get you back to the ship before you catch a cold, Humans are slightly weaker then Alteans" He smiled and took her hand before leading the way.

"I can still kick ya ass" She grinned, listening to him chuckle as he lead their way back to their ship 'Rover'. 

A small but decent size ship for them to live within and do their jobs as smuggler/ trader. They did any job needed as long as the client could pay well enough. Not all their jobs were illegal, they did do clean jobs too but they didnt care what type of job as long as it paid. Now they weren't total scrums, they rejected some jobs if they didnt agree with it or had a bad feeling over it. 

They were known as Blue and Green, wanted on some planets and hero's to other planets. They kept their real name to only those who could be trusted but then again they only gave their first names not their last. 

Lance McClain, he was nineteen and the best shooter in the universe. He was a tall and thin altean with blue markings. He had light tan skin and a handsome face but he was flirty. He had chocolate brown hair and beautiful ocean blue eyes. 

Pidge Gunderson, she was eighteen and changed her name after Lance saved her. She was short but smart, she had pale skin nearly as white as snow. She was human from a planet twined to Earth known as Arth. (You say it like Earth but without the E, i know i could have come up with a better word but my brain hurts today). She had short soft hazel hair and bright pretty hazel eyes. She had cute freckles over her nose and cheeks hidden behind her brother nerdy round glasses she kept hidden under her dress as a prisoner child. She had a hidden scar on her left cheek that was hidden unless you really looked for it then you could see it.

Lance and Pidge have a strong bond and were each other weakness. They would die for the other and protect each other no matter what. They cared for the other and have a strong bond. They been partners in crimes after they left Lance home planet once they wouldn't accept a human living on Altea. They were just children but they learned many tricks to help them survive on different planets and once they stole their first ship at age thirteen, they had a life going. 

They walked into Rover and Lance pulled down his blue hood from his cloak before taking it off and hanging it by the door. Pidge just taking her green cloak off since she already had her hood down when it started raining. Lance took her cloak from her and hanged it up while pointing to the small tall cupboard they placed a shower inside. Pidge nodded and got some dry and clean clothes out, leaving them where the bunk beds laid against the edge of the side wall before walking inside, leaving a towel hanging on the door and turning the shower on while Lance walked to the piolet seat and started flying the ship.
