Fated meeting and secrets revealed part 1

Natsu's POV

I was about to stand up but someone grabbed my arm and spun me around. I came face to face with a blue haired girl with brown eyes. She looked at me shyly,

"Umm... Sorry to bother you but do you happen to know where Romeo Conbolt is?" She asked with a small smile. When she got a good look at me she gasped.

"Your Natsu Dragneel right? She told me so much about you. Both she and dad!" She squealed.

"Wait wait wait. Who are you and who is this 'she' that you are talking about?" I asked and she froze.

"Did I say she? I-I meant he, yes he, Romeo Conbolt and his dad who told me to call him dad. He said that your his idol. Speaking of which, where is he?" She said looking around. (An:For those of you who are confused. It was Romeos dad (Macao) that told Wendy to call him dad ok so no confusion.)

"I think he went that way." I said as I pointed at the way I saw Romeo went.

"Oh then thank you! I hope we meet again. By the way I'm Wendy Marvell." She said as she walked away.

I sat again and thought about things. But before I could rest myself for one minute another hand grabbed my shoulder. I turned around and saw Mirajane. She smiled kindly at me and motioned me to follow her which I did without complaint because I know that you must not disobey Mira or lie to her or else you will unleash 'the demon'. I shivered at the thought.

Once we were alone in a room she looked at me in the eye.

"Ok there's something wrong between you and Lucy." She said and my eyes widened. How did she figure out so fast. As if she read my mind she said.

"I see the tension between you two, so spill what's wrong between you and Lucy." She said.

"We're getting a divorce next week." I said.

"What?!?!?!?" She shouted/screamed.

"Why would you get a divorce? I mean your perfect for each other." She said.

"Maybe because we don't have the spark and I found someone else." I said and I realized that I was lying. I mean last night I felt the spark when she hugged me and every time I was with Lisanna all I could think about was Lucy. I don't know if there was already no spark or if I only had been too long without it.

"Natsu I know your lying but I won't force you into changing your mind. I just hope that you thought this through. And even that is not the reason to why I brought you here." She said.

"Then why?" I asked.

"I just thought that you should know what your wife has been through when we were still in high school." She said.

"You mean the time when I was kidnapped by phantom lord, and since we are on that topic, why didn't anyone tell me until earlier. Shouldn't I deserve to know that my best friend almost gave herself up to save me!" I was practically screaming at the end but I didn't care. I have the right to know that my best friend almost practically gave her life to save me. Mira's eyes widened and she sighed.

"Do you actually think that we wanted to hide the fact that Lucy actually saved your life?! And that she almost gave away her freedom she always craved just to secure your safety!? Well news flash we didn't. She made us promise not to tell you. Plus your condition after the fight. The doctor said not to stress you. And I think finding out that your best friend almost gave herself to the man she loathed the most just to see you safe is highly stressful. So don't blame this on us." Mirajane said/screamed and I think it's both good and bad that the walls of this room are soundproof. Good because no one would hear us streaming our heads off at each other, and bad because with the look Mira is giving me now, no one will know if Mira decided to kill me now.

"And that's not the only thing Lucy did for you." She said.

"What do you mean?" I asked her.

"I said that's not the only thing. There are many things that Lucy did for you that you don't know." She said and I was instantly filled with anger. How many things did Lucy did for me that I didn't know of?

"Ok so you're here to tell me all the things that Lucy did for me. Ok tell me and don't leave a single damn detail. I'm so tired of being left in the dark! So be sure that if you are going to tell me now, tell me everything I need to know. Or else I don't know what I'd to not only to you but to every one else that knows. And all these secrets are kept from me for what? 8 years? So please tell me everything." I said because seriously, why hide this for 8 years, and here I thought the only thing that Lucy did for me was help me with my studies and hold me back when I was going to far in a fight, which I was grateful for. But then I find out that I actually owe my life for her.

"Ok I will tell you but-" Mira was cut off when someone opened the door and in came Gray and Erza.

"You're actually gonna tell him?" Gray asked.

"You two were in it too! I can't believe that the whole team knows except me!" I said to them.

"We actually didn't want to hide that from you Flamebrain. But Lucy made us promise not to tell them to you. Believe me even I wanted you to know what Lucy did for you but I don't want to break my promise to Lucy." (You already know who said that.)

"Yes it was actually quite hard to hide it from you since you are a curious person. But then we respected Lucy's decision since it wasn't our secret to tell." Erza said.

"Ok you considered Lucy's feeling and respected her decision but did you actually thought about how I will feel about all of this. These secrets that were hidden from me for 8 years. What would you feel if you suddenly found out that you owe your best friend your life for an incident that you didn't even knew that she was a part of and there's still more that she did for you that you didn't know and that it was hidden from you for 8 years? Have you actually thought about how I would feel?" I said.

"That's why we're here. To tell you the truth once and for all Natsu." Gray said and for the first time in forever actually used my real name.

"Just please tell the WHOLE truth now, because I'm so tired of being lied to anymore. I'm so tired of not knowing the truth." I said and saw the three of them nodded.

"Well then let's begin." I said.
