Natsu's POV

"I think you might as well sit Natsu since this will be a long explanation." Mira said and sat on one of the chairs there. And they sat down too.

"Ok so who's going first." I asked. And Erza started talking.

"Remember the time when you fell from the roof because you were running away from me for quashing my strawberry cake? And I said Lucy went on a vacation when you woke up." Erza asked.

"Yes. When the doctor checked me he said that with a fall like that I should've been dead. And you did said the Lucy was on vacation she won." I said remembering the doctors words and Erza's words.

"Yes. You should've been dead if it wasn't for Lucy." She said.

"What do you mean?" I asked confused.

"Lucy never won a vacation before. She suffered a one week coma because she jumped of the second story window of the building to break your fall. I didn't know what to say to you so I said she was on vacation. But when she woke up and I was about to tell you the truth, she made me promise not to tell you because she didn't want you to fuss over her. So she got back to school the same day I told you she would get back even though she was still healing." Erza said. I widened my eyes, suddenly remembering the day she returned after her so called vacation.

*FLASHBACK*

I waited at the entrance of the school for Lucy. Today's the day she gets back from her vacation. Then I saw her walking over here. I noticed that she was limping but I didn't dwell on that that much.

"Hiya Luce." I said as I hugged her. But as I hugged her I felt her flinch.

"What's the matter Luce? Are you hurt?" I began to fuss over her.

"Baka! Shouldn't I be asking you that question? I was not one who fell from a 3 story building. How are you? Are you alright?" She asked.

"I'm fine Lucy. The doctor said that I was lucky that I only have a few bruises. He said a fall like that could've killed me." I said and she froze for a second before she smiled at me.

"Just promise to not do that again okay. You didn't know what I've been through went you went unconscious. What would I do without you?" She said.

"Then you would've gotten over my death then." I said.

"Baka! I wouldn't have gotten over it! If you died who would save me when I'm in danger? Who would be with me when I have a problem? No one. If you died I wouldn't have survived it. I don't want to lose another person I cared about." She said well more like screamed as she hugged me tight as she cried on my chest. As if when she loosens her hug by even just a little bit, I will disappear. I hugged her back carefully. The first bell already rung but we didn't care.

"Don't worry Luce, I won't ever leave you alone, I promise. I will always be by your side. Shhh. Shhh. Just stop crying. You know I hate seeing you cry." I cooed rubbing her back slowly.

"Just promise me Natsu, that you won't do anything stupid like at ever again. I don't know what I'll do without you." She said.

"I promise Luce." I said sincerely.

*END*

I held my head as I remembered what happened.

"That was why she was limping and flinching." I said connecting the dots.

"How could I be so stupid. The signs were all there. Why didn't I notice. I should've known." I said slowly drowning in guilt.

"What else did she do for me." I said. I wanted to know everything that she did for me. She already saved my life twice and I didn't even know about it. Why didn't she want me to know? I mean of course I would fuss about her. I would be forever grateful to her. Then Gray spoke.

"Remember the time that you pissed of Laxus?" Gray asked.

"Yes. He said to meet him after school at the back of the school but he never showed up. That was the same time Lucy said that she had an illness so I wasn't allowed to go to her house for a week." I said.

"What does she have to do with Laxus not showing up?" I asked.

"I guess you need to find out yourself." He said and put the cd I didn't know he had into a laptop that I didn't realize that was there. Then a video played.

Laxus was walking down the hall to the back of the school with Bickslow, Freed, and Evergreen. The out of nowhere, Lucy appeared and intersected them.

"Move out of the way blondie." Laxus spat at Lucy.

"No." Lucy said firmly. They looked at her like she grew a second head.

"What did you say blondie?" Laxus said menacingly but Lucy didn't budge.

"You heard me. I said no. I will not let you hurt Natsu." Lucy said.

"And what do you want us to do? Huh?" Laxus said and Lucy said the most unexpected thing........

Hello minna sorry for the long wait. My iPad won't work with me saying that I went too far into the clipboard or something and on top of that my mom confiscated it before I got the chance to fix it. I just got it back a few days ago when my Grandma came home. Oh and sorry for the cliffhanger guys. I'm having a serious writers block right now. I'm not saying that I don't know what will happen next in the story, I have it all planned in my mind. It's just that I don't know how to introduce the next scene. But I'm working on this next part and I have a pretty good idea on how to change the scene. That's also my problem in my other story. But enough of that. What do you think of the revelations?
