"Is Iris here?" Sean looked up at Boog who was already at the door. My eyes looked down the staircase, I wasn't even sure if I wanted to go with him.
But he done made his way on over so I guess I'll go see what he got going on. I turned over to Killa who snorted laughing and walked back up the stairs.
I rolled my eyes and held onto my purse, Sean was trying to dismiss the man out the door so I had to move swiftly down the steps giving him the brightest smile.
"You know him?" Boog raised an eyebrow and looked Sean up and down.
"Nigga, move out the way," I said in a low tone and slapped his chest with the back of my hand.
"Bitch," he said rubbing it and I turned to face him giving a stern look, flaring my nostrils.
"Don't mind him, he's ignorant," I looked up at Sean who seemed to keep a smirk on his face.
"Wasn't even worried 'bout 'em," he bit down on his bottom lip and looked down into my eyes. He knew what he was doing. "You look good, yeen have to do allat fa' me ma,"
"Oh I didn't," I felt my cheeks rise and shut the door behind me as we walked out to his car. "This you?"
"Tuh," he scoffed and shook his head. "For me or not you look beautiful,"
He drove an all black Lincoln, wasn't sure what year or any of the models and shit but the car was nice as hell.
"Thank you," I tried to hide my smile but that just made me smile more.
He came over to my side and opened the car door, that's already a point for him.
Never had a nigga open the door for me, not even at a store entrance. That's exactly why I enjoyed playing their little tit for tat ga
I wasn't giving nobody the chance to play me cause I'm a pro at playing niggas. After getting strapped in, I waited on him to get in and we just take off to wherever. I didn't even care where or what we did, he seemed like a laid back guy so I was ready for whatever.
"I ain't wanna do nun too big or fancy cause I really just wanna get to know you." He started, I didn't wanna look away. "Hope that's cool witchu,"
"That's fine," I pressed my lips together and tilted my head to the side. His words made me feel warm inside.
His music played in the background, some slow shit, he knew what he was doing. I didn't know who it was but I was vibing to it.
And his car smells good as hell, I think he tryna front for me. Killa's car smells like weed and any other drug you can think of.
He got enough money to have people drive him around. But he don't trust nobody but he trusts me? That shits weird.
He probably don't even trust me, especially as his assistant. I'ma be around him damn near for the rest of my life, hopefully he lets me go eventually.
"You hungry?" He took his eyes off the road and gazed at me, it was like time had stopped for a second.
"Where we going?" I pulled my phone out, looking down at it and up at him.
"I'ma just surprise you, I was gone ask you but y'all girls don't ever know where to go," he laughed and I just rolled my eyes playfully.
"Well I ain't these other girls, I know where I wanna eat," I protested and he raised an eyebrow.
"Where you wanna go?" He kept his eyebrow up and waited for me to say something.
"Okay you right, but that's cause I don't know anything up here," I twisted my lips and averted my gaze onto the road.
My phone buzzed in my hand and I saw Boog's name pop up.
Boog 🖕🏾:
Wyd?Minding my business .. what you texting me for?
Boog 🖕🏾:
Don't get pushed down hoe. And we leaving the house so if you get home before us call me.And don't be out all night, K's words not mine.
I'd be happy if yo' ass was gone
Boy fuck you. And tell K he can kiss my ass, I'm GROWN. I'll be at the house when I get at the house.
Boog 🖕🏾: I ain't saying shit.
I just rolled my eyes and locked my phone. I gotta live with two fucking kids, I'm the mature one in the house.
K was just overly possessive like all rich men are, think they can have whatever whenever. It was disgusting to me cause I thought he was gone be totally different.
His personality was disgusting at times.
Boog was just a kid, he was my age trying to be like Killa and that's not gone work out for him. They both some bitches.
I was trying not to get irritated cause usually they don't get under my skin. But I ain't ever left the house either, all I know is I'm not finna be told when and where to go and do what I'm told. Ain't either one of them my daddy.
If I could date outside my gender I probably would, men these days are trash.
I don't think they've ever been good towards a woman, there's a few but that's not all of them. I used to think love was something that was supposed to make you happy not bring you down.
It was cool though, cause at least there's men in the world that do give a damn and love us more than we love than.
When my momma used to tell me black women were the most disrespected in the world made more sense to me as I got older.
And that was something I had to embrace while other races get to dabble in our culture and then make fun of us, it was so fucked up to me.
I shook the thought, not wanting to get lost in my own head. I relaxed in my seat and pressed down the power button on my phone trying to turn it off.
