Plasmic Fire - The user can expel green plasma enriched flames that contain vast amounts of electricity.
The flames the user expels are so hot they burn the user if over used.
The user can release the fire in a sort of green explosion like the explosion quirk to reduce the quirks drawback.
The user has anger issues and a superiority complex when using their quirk.
User can make two things out of fire and can contain them in one fang that's apart of a necklace around the users neck. And the second is a weopon.
If fire is concentrated enough user can shoot beams of energy out of their hands that can burn strait through anything but the drawback is tripled using this.
User has a natural fear of their quirk and will never truly go all out in a fight because of the fear of the quirks destruction.
