Confession (Valentines Day Special)

(Another year where I have no plans for Valentines Day, and that I'm lonely and will most likely be that way forever. *siiiiiiiiiiigh...*)

You wake up with sunlight in your eyes. Groaning to yourself, you try to go back to sleep, but to no avail. After a couple minutes of trying to fall back asleep, you eventually give up and get up for the day.

Upon going downstairs, you're met with a surprise. Specifically, Papyrus.

Papyrus: HERE! IT'S A GIFT FOR YOU FROM A SPECIAL SOMEONE, HUMAN BOY! OH, AND ALSO, GOOD MORNING!

Papyrus rushes off to God knows where. Looking down at what Papyrus gave you, it was a box shaped in the way of a heart. You were extremely confused on the matter, and curiosity gets the best of you. You decide to open it up by removing the case and was surprised to find a bunch of chocolate inside. On the inside of the case, there was a note attached to it and it said:

"It would be 'sweet' of you to be my Valentine

-Your secret admirer"

It was a little cheesy, but it was enough to cause you to smile a bit. That's when you focused on the word "Valentine". Suddenly, it hits you like a speeding baseball: today's Valentines Day. You had forgetten all about the holiday. Furthermore, you were actually quite surprised to know Valentines is celebrated by monsters, too. But enough about them, you were too busy thinking about your secret admirer.

You were racking your brain trying to think who could've sent it. The only conclusion you came up with Frisk. Upon thinking about Frisk, you decided enough was enough already. (A/N: Cue Pumped Up Kicks)

You had kept your feelings for Frisk bottled up for so long that you couldn't take it anymore. You decided today was the day that you will tell Frisk about your true feelings for her. It was now or never. It was time to release the emotions that were welling up within you. It was time to be a man for once.

You head out of the house (after eating all the chocolate, of course) and began planning how to confess to Frisk. Believe me, it wasn't easy for you to do that, as part of you kept trying to tell you to wuss out on this, but you simply ignored it. You were determined to tell your feelings to Frisk, even if it cost you your dignity.

Unfortunately for you, you couldn't think of a special way to tell Frisk how you feel, so you just settled on the most simplest way: just flat-out telling her in person. Sure, it's boring and cliche, but at least you would still get the point across. First things first though, you actually needed to find Frisk for like the billionth time. She sure does love running off without telling you, huh?

You finally find her walking along the path to Snowdin.

You: Hey Frisk, what's up?

Frisk: Hi (Y/N), I'm just out for a stroll.

You: An enthusiastic walk?

Frisk giggles at what you just said.

Frisk: No, silly. I just love seeing what this place has to offer.

You: Ah, I hear ya, I hear ya.

The two of you stand in awkward silence for a moment before you decide to take the big step for the both of you.

You: So...it's Valentines Day.

Frisk blushes a bit.

Frisk: Yeah...

You: And I've gotta ask you...

You gulp nervously. You started sweating, as this was no easy task for you nor Frisk.

You: I-if you were the one who got me the valentines gift earlier today...

You were extremely red at this point. It was as if you sat in the sun without sunscreen for three whole days. Meanwhile, Frisk fiddles with her thumbs in embarassment.

Frisk: Well, I...I...

You: Frisk, I-

Frisk: I LIKE YOU, (Y/N)!!!

You were interrupted by Frisk suddenly shouting, which caught you completely off-guard.

Frisk: ...No...I don't just like you...I-I love you! I loved you for the longest time! You were always by my side and I just fell for you...you were always there to protect me from danger, always there to comfort me when I'm having a bad day...I...I...

Quickly reacting, you lift up Frisk's chin, making her look into your (E/C) eyes.

You: Frisk...I'm glad you feel the same way.

Before Frisk could even respond, you press your lips against hers. Her eyes widen in surprise for a couple of seconds before eventually closing them as she sinks into the kiss.

That's when you both heard clapping nearby.

Sans: Great show, kiddos.

You/Frisk: S-SANS!!!

You and Frisk quickly separate from each other in complete embarassment while the short skeleton just chuckles.

Sans: I was wondering when you two were going to seal the deal. I'm actually so proud right now, no joke. Anyway...

Sans gives you his signature wink.

Sans: You two have fun boning each other.

With that, Sans teleported away, leaving you and Frisk alone again.

Eventually, you turned to Frisk.

You: So, shall we go home now, m'lady?

Frisk gives you a warm smile and holds your hand.

Frisk: Yes, let's shall.

She gives you a peck on the lips before the new couple made their way back to Papyrus's house together. And so, this starts a whole new story of your life. However, it isn't a new story without some new problems along the way. If only you knew what you were getting yourself into and what was coming your way in the nearby future...
