Second Chance.

Falling to pieces.

Zhao Yunlan placed his hand on Shen Wei's cheek whilst caressing it and asked in a very soft tone how he has been. Shen Wei just stared at Yunlan and shook his head. "Does it hurt?" Yunlan asked. Shen Wei shook his head again. "Why did you do it?" Yunlan asked softly. Shen Wei looked at Yunlan and smiled before he started to cry. Yunlan drew closer to him and hugged him tightly telling him everything will be ok now that he's back.

An hour or two passed and both Yezun and Da Qing were waiting for Yunlan to come out of the room and it was getting darker. They went up to check on them, both Yunlan and Shen Wei were asleep on the floor holding each other tightly.
"I don't think Yunlan Ge will be leaving tonight." Yezun said to Da Qing as they both chuckled and closed the door. They went back downstairs and noticed Chu Shizhu sleeping on the couch. "Why don't you stay over since everyone else is already sleeping?" Yezun seductively asked Da Qing. "I guess I have no choice." Da responded.

Morning came, Yunlan stared at the sleeping Shen Wei who looked like an angel who was at peace. Yunlan caressed Shen Wei's face until he carried him into his bed and kissed Shen on the forehead. He went downstairs and woke up Shuzhi and told him they should leave. As they left the house, Shuzhi asked him about Da Qing but Yunlan told him "Fatty is a grown man, he can take care of himself."

In Yezun's room, Da Qing woke up next to Yezun and was startled to see him next to him in the same bed. He turned red and got up which woke Yezun up and they both got shy as Da Qing ran into bath and Yezun started to laugh calling Da Qing cute.

Shen Wei woke up to an empty bed and no sign of Yunlan ever being to his room. "Another dream..." he bitterly said to himself before he went back to sleep. Minutes passed, Yezun went up to his room to tell him to come down for breakfast but Shen Wei told his Didi he doesn't want to eat. Yezun told him to sleep some more and he should wake up later to eat something.

Yezun headed back downstairs, told the others Shen didn't want to eat again and they can go ahead without him. As he was about to sit down Zhu Hong appeared and greeted them. He asked where Shen was and Jing told her he was upstairs in his room. Zhu Hong excused herself and Da whispered into Yezun's ear and asked who she was because she looked familiar to him. Yezun told him who she was and he blurted out if he fancied her.
"I have someone I already like why would I like her. Besides she's not even my type." Da told Yezun.

Up in Shen Wei's room, Zhu Hong whispered something into Shen's ear which made him get out of his bed. He sat down and called her mistress as she sat next to him and began to run her fingers through his hair.
"I've told you you need to act normal for them not to suspect anything my dearie." She said with frenzy.
Shen Wei apologised to her and told her he will go downstairs if she wanted. "There's no need. I think you're ready to meet my master now." She said as she stood up to leave "Just listen out for my voice when the times." She added.

As she was leaving she noticed Yunlan entering the house and bowed as she greeted him and walked off. Yunlan recognises her right away and bowed back to her as she left the house. Yunlan together with Chu Shu Zhi walked towards the dinning table and asked why Zhu Hong was in their house.
Yezun chuckled and asked why everyone is interested in her. He noticed the serious look Yunlan's eyes and explained to him that's the shrink Shen Wei talks to daily.
"Can we go and talk in the lab? I have something important to share with you?" Jing and Yezun were anticipated to hear what Yunlan had to say to them as they all went up to the lab together with Da Qing and Shuzhi.

"Where's Shen Wei?" Yunlan asked before he broke the news to them. "Probably sleeping in his room." Yezun replied and Yunlan told him that's good he can't hear what he's about to tell them for now at least.

Yunlan sighed as he brought out some documents and asked Lin Jing if he was looking into an organisation who had something to do with Shen Wei's parents death. "Has anyone ever tried hacking into your system? Has anyone ever controlled Shen Wei without his knowledge? Because I once heard Meng Po saying he can be controlled by outside forces." Yunlan asked.

"There were times he did things that didn't make sense for example this past week, he tried killing himself but was begging for help and whenever I tried to help he'd scream in pain and use his powers on me. Shen Wei once told me Meng Po told him to be careful because he could easily controlled by others. I thought that was strange and also the organisation is something I was already looking into but couldn't find a trace of them." Jing replied.

Shen Wei handed the documents to Jing and told them the pictures in there are the people who work for the organisation. "Do you recognise some of them?" Yunlan asked. As Jing flicked through the files he was at loss to what he saw, he couldn't believe it and began to stare at Yezun.
Yezun went over and snatched the documents saw the faces of the two people he knew but Yezun laughed and said he wasn't surprised. "I knew it was him."

In Shen Wei's room he was sat in the corner of his room and was calling for help as he began to hear the voices again. He placed his hands over his ears and was desperately asking for his Xiao Lan to help him. He screamed which got the attention of the others in the lab. They run towards his room but he was gone when they got there. They searched everywhere in the house but couldn't find him, both his phone and car keys were still in his room. They searched everywhere in the neighbourhood hoping he hadn't gone far.

Later that night Yunlan returned to Shen Wei's home in hopes that Shen had returned but he there was still no sign of him. Yunlan sat down and told Yezun he searched the entire City for Shen Wei but couldn't find him. As they spoke, Shen Wei enters the house as if nothing had happened.
Yunlan went over to him and asked where he had been and Shen Wei told Yunlan he was with Zhu Hong. He also announced with a smile on his face that Zhu Hong makes him happy so he wants to date her. Yunlan was shocked asked what he meant by that.
"It means I don't love you anymore Yunlan, LET'S BREAK UP."
Yunlan walked closer to him and held his arms and told him to say that again while looking at him in the eyes.
"I don't love you anymore. With Zhu Hong it's easier, she really understands me. So let go of me!" Shen Wei repeated to Yunlan until Yezun walked closer to his Ge and slapped him.
"HOW CAN YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO YUNLAN GE?!!" a furious Yezun asked his brother.
The entire room went silent as Shen Wei ran up to his room, Jing walked closer to Yezun and told him to calm down. He then asked Da Qing to stay with Yezun as he followed Shen Wei to his room.
"I'm sorry Yunlan Ge, he doesn't know what he's saying. I hope Jing Ge will talk some senses into his head." Yezun said to Yunlan.

Yunlan told them he was tired and asked Da Qing to drive him home. As soon as he sat in the car Yunlan closed his eyes and slept. "Will he ever catch a break in his life?" Da Qing asked Shu Zhi who was sat in the back.

The following morning, Yunlan received a call from Li Qian telling him she's seen Shen Wei in the cemetery and she tried talking to him but he didn't seem himself. Yunlan told her to stay next to him and not let him out of her sight. Yunlan drove as fast as he could to get to the cemetery. Yunlan got there and noticed Shen Wei sat on the grave stone which belonged to his mum. He was sat staring into space whilst humming to himself. Yunlan got close to him and hugged him but he looked at Yunlan like he was a stranger. "What are you doin-...!" Yunlan cut his words short when he saw the look in Shen Wei's eyes staring at him blankly. The last time he saw something like that was when Meng Po came out. He helped Shen Wei  up and heard "Save Shen Wei, he's about to make a huge mistake. Only Yunlan can save him." before Shen Wei collapsed in his arms.
