Chaptor 4: we're out here on our own bro!

It's a been week since delorean started searching for the antique shop he bought the weapons from originally, the old shop.
He asked around the area the shop was in. All the locals stated he moved out of the building, delorean finally meet with one store owner around the area and he says that the clerk of the shop said to him, "I'm only here for the time being, my brothers won't stop hunting me down so I must move from place to place!" And the owner delorean asked also said that when he asked why, he simply answered "It's complicated and it's hard to grasp!" And then the owner just left the clerk alone after that, then he told delorean "You don't go gettin in folks business round new york, how you end up dead youngster!" Then delorean just left while muttering "Useless fool!" under his breath as he left.
The neighboring store owner telling delorean this told delorean that he was confused when the man told him that before the conversation ended. Delorean was confused afterwards as well. We skip time to 3 weeks later and still no luck, delorean still hasn't found the antique shop owner, even asking around all the stores around the whole area, all 10.
Delorean remembers that the antique shop owner actually gave him a number incase they want to return the items he bought but when he rushes home to find the number, after finding it easily, the number doesn't work anymore, bringing on a feeling of irritation to delorean hearing the news about the number.
Confused and lost, delorean feels he has no choice but to bring the news to chris which brings a shocking reaction of chris afterall.
Chris: "Then... i guess we'll have to live with these things normally.
Delorean: "Nah bro, you don't want to become superheroes?"
Chris: "I mean... HOW CAN WE DELL?"
"I DON'T HAVE ANY POWERS!"
"YOU have powers, but every time you freakin use them, they fluctuate!"
Delorean: "We can train them y'know, maybe we can like... i don't know... Learn how to use them?"
Chris: "Just give up del, there's no point in being a hero, everyone is a hero by being respectful of eachother."
"We can be heroes by respecting folk del!"
"We can be heroes by not breaking the law and becoming vigilantes also!
Delorean: "Don't you read comics too though?"
"There's already heroes out there, let's join their ranks, let's save lives bro!"
"When i see injustice, i gotta correct it with justice, now i can do that bro!"
"Let's try to atleast do both plans!"
"Let's learn to use these powers!"
Chris: "Like i said dude, i don't have any powers, your powers activated alot, if i had any, they'd do it too surely by now!"
"I... can't become a hero with you, don't become a hero either!"
>For once, one of chris' speeches wasn't enough to convince delorean, delorean is tired of Chris' "respect" speeches now... delorean's mind was going rampant that night until delorean turned on his TV.
The news popped on, what delorean saw was injustice rampaging and polluting his fair city and people.
Citizen after citizen was robbed, woman after woman was abused, man after man murdered in cold blood as all these cases are barely getting solved everyday, going cold.
Delorean hears about what's going on in the world, hearing about the city of ginobil as the city was at peace, only attacked from the outside from corrupt cities and organizations.
Delorean went out for a walk, trying to stay close to his house in case he'd have to run inside, the more he thought, the more angry he grew and the more disgusted at chris' point of view he had grew.
About 8 minutes later, some guys tried to rob delorean, this was the final straw to be broken on delorean.
Hearing the trigger words of a criminal broke him down.
His emotional limiter was finally broken and broken into pieces.
Dark clouds filled the skies, tears fell down and out of delorean's eyes, lightning was striking the air and the ground, thunder roared louder than legions of lions and tigers.
The thugs looked around seeing all this taking place suddenly, then they looked back at delorean, they saw lightning was flowing around him and filled his eyes, delorean let out a thunderous roar blowing the thugs far away as delorean charged with wrath and anger, he's even more powerful filled with the wrath of a thousand times and years.
Delorean had hospitalized the thugs in cold blood without any compassion for their side of the story and without any emotion whatsoever as no matter what goes on, telling from his side as he knows it's a fact, to do anything wrong is a choice nobody but yourself can make, not the situation, not the environment as well, it's the individual's decision to rob and kill.
Delorean is then knocked out but when he wakes up from depowering, he's in the police station, luckily for him, the guys were so scared they didn't tell the cops it was the 15 year old boy, and even luckier as the cops might not have believed anyway, there were no witnesses around.
2 thugs out of the 6 were left not hospitalized, crazy numbers.
Since delorean is beaten up too, the cops let him go on his way, since he's a minor as well, they can't charge him too well since nobody got killed.
Before delorean leave the police station, delorean bumps into a young man with grey hair and pink trench coat who says to himself seemingly, "This city is filled with them, disgusting things!" But delorean ignores the man, assuming he's talking about criminals and thugs and bad guys in the city.
Delorean comes back home from the police department wondering for a little bit of the weird guy in the weird old fashioned trench coat, just wondering as he's also wondering, "Where could the shop owner have gone that quickly and fast?"
"Why did he give me a number if... he was going to change it later on?"
Delorean decides to do what he always does when he's lost on something usually which is go for a long walk, his grandma won't be home for a little while though.
The time is 4:00 in the afternoon, delorean walks by an abandoned building stories high in the sky.
He hears screaming from the building that sounds like someone who's terrified and afraid, he's with chris who notices as well the screaming.
Chris tells delorean, "Oh no, don't go up there, we're just two normal guys, we're not superheroes so let's just call the cops on this one.. he's on top of a high building so there's no way dude that he can escape fast enough bro!"
Yet this doesn't compute with delorean who believes he has the power to do something right now.
In delorean's mind, the cops aren't any help, they arrive after the crime is commited, speed matters and genuine love does which the cops lack alot of in his city, a whole lot.
Delorean is a nerd, he carries gloves and full face ski masks in his bag he carries around with him all the time.
Delorean puts on his mask and gloves while nobody is looking as he yells out, "THUNDER" yet nothing happens, it's when chris tells him, "We're no superheroes delorean, STOP!" that suddenly freezes delorean up stiff as the sky goes purely nothing but dark clouds and electricity starts encompassing delorean's body as tears fly in his eyes, delorean flies up as the perspective of a witness see him fly up, about 12 stories high in the sky to reach the top where the screams are coming from, of course.
Delorean reaches the top and he sees 6 guys with knives, weirdly enough, normal street level looking thugs with strong looking katanas standing over a couple and he notices they look very distressed and frightened with bruises and cuts all over them while they're on the floor hugging onto eachother.
Delorean says with a voice deeper than usual, "Release those people you stupid disgusting scum!" And the thug who looks like the leader says, "We're not your normal thugs, stupid human being, your illusions doesn't scare us!"
The thugs all then begin to grow their teeth sharper and longer while their skin became dead looking as the same thug says, "We'll suck you dry human, you're ours now like this couple, we no longer burn in the sun either, while your Angelic powers won't work on us!"
Well... after that, the sky began to get thunderous and the weather became heavily rainy, then the escrima sticks flew inside of delorean's hands as he approached the deceased looking yet living humans walking while the ground broke with each footstep, the electricity flowing around him go tore intense and his look got angrier.
Chris was running up the building the whole time and when he arrived at the top finally, he saw a weird older man wearing a casual suit facing delorean who has intense elctiricty flowing around him covered in blood in front of alot of dead bodies.
The older man says while facing delorean, "Why, haven't you gotten stronger young man" as chris just is frozen in disbelief of the whole situation that's going on.
Chris asks the man, "Who are you?"
The older man replies with while looking over at chris and away from delorean, "oh?".
