Chaptor 10: The disastrous date!

(Friday comes around with the previous chapter happening on a Wednesday)
Friday comes around and it's time for delorean's first date with jasmine mykers, one of the prettiest girls in school though one of the less popular girls in the whole highschool.
Delorean is upstairs with chris getting ready for the date, jasmine shows up in her dad's car in front of his house.
Delorean is surprised to see that jasmine can drive but he ignores it.
Jasmine starts some conversation, "What's up delorean?"
And he's just sitting silent, she says back to him "I know you're nervous and i am too, but we have to talk!"
She goes in to touch his shoulder but she gets shocked on her hand, she says to him "Ouch!... What just shocked me?" So to stop the confusion and her finding out his secret, he closes his eyes and tries to calm down, he remembers graham told him that his powers react to him, he thought to himself "If i get super powerful through my anger, who knows what nervousness might be like" and with that thought, he calms himself down he begin to act his normal emo sort of warlord way, he squint his eyes a little and stares in front of him while making a fist and putting the fist on his cheek leaning his head over, and just stares in front.
This weird bad boy-ish way is one of the reasons she like delorean, he's sort of relaxed about everything.
After an awkward drive to the movies, the couple finally makes it safely there, it's Friday night at 8:00 PM, the couple arrived at around 6:30 but when they came out, her father's car is broken down, how?
Jasmine has an idea of who did it, except she's not completely sure, but her idea of who is strong.
Delorean says "Well, time for us to call your dad and walk home!" but she stops him from walking away and replies "Nope, this is nothing for the mykers family!" as she pulls out a toolbox filled with amazing, clean tools from the trunk of her car.
She says "We always carry an emergency toolbox incase a scenario likes this pops up, you can never be too careful or cautious at all!" And delorean just sits there silently looking at her as she repairs the car.
The car gets fixed up and the couple begin their way back to delorean's house, however, delorean asks to be taken to the antique shop instead, once they arrive, delorean is confronted by an irritated jasmine.
Jasmine asks delorean "What are you bothered by?... You've been acting strange all night delorean!"
Delorean just cringes up with nothing to say really.
Jasmine sits there "sighing" and delorean knows he has only one option in reality, just one.
Answer her question, so he does.
"This is my first date, I'm super nervous, i thought acting like an emo would help me..errrr... help you like me better but i guess i wasn't acting like myself, I took acting like an emo way more serious than anything and came off as a jerk to you, my bad!"
She simply smiles at him and turn her head on her shoulder saying "Awwww, chris told me you don't like to tell your feelings alot, and never has liked it before, you're actually telling me your feelings?"
He recringes up and stutters in cringe as he replies "Y-y-Yes!" To her.
She hugs him suddenly and it looks like his electrified reflexes are about activate but he somehow calmed the ability down, he begins to feel a weird feeling he has never felt before, and his stomach begin to hurt a little and arms begin to hurt as he hugs back quickly and pushes her away.
He gets out of the car and runs away like he has to go use the bathroom, which is the exact excuse he uses to leave without utter awkwardness.
He runs to the antique shop and runs in the back, holding his left arm as it everything the whole building lights up blue from her perspective as she haven't left the parking lot yet.
She sees blue electricity sparking literally everywhere, except the electricity is light blue.
He screams in agonizing pain as he's holding his right arm now and then his legs begin to also hurt along with his arms, delorean collapses onto the ground hurt and paralyzed, she wants to come in but she respects the doors are locked tight.
She remembers chris telling her that their boss at the antique shop is really into robots so she assumes it's just a robot messing up in the back.
She goes home but leaves a note.
Delorean sits in paralysis for an hour until all the pain leaves and he can move freely once again.
He goes out to find the note slid under the door saying "Thank you for the lovely, errr, not the date but the date, you know what, I'm going to leave now, love you -Jasmine" exactly on it.
Delorean realizes that it's 9:00 anyways and their training for an hour is at 9:00 on Fridays.
He makes it underground to chris and graham and tells them how the date went while sparring with chris.
Chris goes for a jab but delorean dodges and catches him with a jab of his own that sends him 70 meters off the arena grounds and chris slips.
Chris was surprised by this and graham began to think, he says to the boys after a minute of thinking saying "Delorean's powers react to himself, chris must've felt something tonight for that jasmine and he isn't telling us about it, his strength shows it."
Delorean begin sweating a little and says, "Yeah, i might have felt something, definitely felt some unbearable pain after that also!" And graham begin to laugh and says to the two "Love... might make delorean the strongest he's ever been.. but only battles will tell us if that opinion is truth, there's a huge difference between the two!"
Except delorean is thinking to himself "If that pain comes everytime i feel what felt, "love" then i never want to feel that again despite the power!"
After an hour of training, chris and delorean go on home for the night to begin their hero duties Saturday.
So concludes delorean's little chapter of love!
