You walked down the main hallway of the university to get to your dorm.

"Ugh I am so not looking forward to my spell exam tomorrow. I should’ve practiced more for it." You say out loud more yourself than anyone.

When you got into your dorm, you plopped right on the bed.

Well at least I should get a good amount of sleep since you adored sleeping so damn much. You take off your day clothes and strip into what you normally wear to take a nap.

...

When you woke up, you realized you weren’t in your room.
"Nah theres no way I slept that good that I cant recognize my own room" you rubbed your eyes and forced yourself to get out of  bed.

"Mm...Why do I feel so... weird.?"

Did someone use a curse on you so you’d do poorly on your exam?

You didnt think that you were that hated enough for people to be out to get you. You rarely spoke to anyone in the class unless the professor forced group work and team projects.

You walked into a bathroom and looked at the mirror.

You screamed. Now you knew why you felt weird.

When you looked in the mirror, it wasn’t your face that you saw but your crushes face.

"J-Jimin?? What- how the fuck?" You screeched in disbelief.

Who would performed a Soulswitch on us? Wait more importantly, who even knows how to do that at our level?

Annoyed? More like confused, you walked out of the room and towards your actual dorm. After attempting to dress how Jimin normally does.

On the way, you bumped into  in your original body.

“It was Taehyung and Jungkook. Those little shits.” Jimin mutters

Your original bodyrolled her eyes.( the body that your crush Jimin was currently in.

"Of course it was Taehyung. That kid was always trying to get ahead of himself." He continues.

He extends a hand out to you to shake it. "Hi, I'm Jimin. Park Jimin magic class 4... and I am currently in your body and you are in my body"

Normally you get butterflies in your stomach staring at him in class, but now  it's a boner that you're getting which automatically makes you retract your hand from the handshake.

You clear your throat and attempt to fix and hide your crotch. "H-hi.. I-im Y/N and I'm in your body."

You both hear footsteps Jimin holds you hand and take you to his dorm quickly to hide.

Opposite sexes were not supposed to be in each others dorm. Getting caught risked a demotion in class rank and you just recently took a test to see if you would be able to move from class rank 2.

“W-well what do we do now? Is he going to reverse it?” you asked

Jimin shook his head.

“No… Taehyung doesn’t know how yet. This is a spell you learn as a class rank 6 and were both at 4”

“Great, just great! What are we going to do about the exams? I've been stuck in class rank 2 for a while becuase I can't figure out how to cast fire spell. I get nervous and scared I'll burn my hands." You confess as he wipes a tear from your face.

Jimin smiles at you " I have an idea"

You both attempted to teach each other your respective spells. Jimin holding on to your hand guiding you and you were able to perform the spell you spent hours stressing about.

It actually went better than you expected. The fire spell wasn’t so hard to control. You learned how to do basic things, and Jimins body had muscle memory, but it would be impossible to master a whole semester’s worth of magic in a few hours even if the body did remember all of it.

Jimin wasn’t doing too bad in your body either.

"Was this you plan the whole time ?" You asked jimin.

"Oh right! The plan. Since Taehyung and jungkook are my friends and I dont want them to get in trouble, and we have exams tomorrow... what do you say about us staying in our swaped bodies untill after the test.?"

"Wait. Are you saying that we will help each other cheat?" You nearly screeched.

"Well... If you out it that way it sounds bad. But no one will ever know that we switch bodies so I say it's a win win. You help me pass with the shapeshift spells and I help you pass with the fire and teleporting objects spell."

To seal the deal yoi both shook hands and called it a night. You both needed rest for the exam the next day.

In the middle of the night you found yourself intertwined and just smiled. Never would you have thought to speak to your crush but here you are sharing the same bed.

Jimin was the first to wake up and had gotten the both of you breakfast.

“The exam starts soon, we should head over there.” He said; you nodded.

You managed to walk down the hallway alone to the exam stadium with out getting caught.

They called it an “exam,” it was a competition to test your combative skill again your same class rank or higher.

As you approached the Grand Hall, you were yanked into an empty room. You were about to attack when you realized-

“What the hell, Jimin? I almost attacked a fire spell at your face!” You whisper yelled at him.

“At your own face? Nevermind that.” Jimin said unfazed. "Eat this" he shoved a candy ball in my mouth.

“I was rummaging around the library and I found something interesting.” He started.

“Well what is it?” You said as you continued eating the candy.

“I found a spell to reverse a Soulswitch. It looks simple enough for me to perform.”

He was being a jittery. "Is it... good? "

“Yeah, but How long will it take?” you asked completely oblivious that Jimin could have easily poisoned you or not.

“A few minutes if I do it right.”

“ooh...can you make it right? ” You asked

"Meet me back in my room tonight. And we could do it then" Jimin says with the most innocent smile on his face.

The butterfly feeling came back and you nearly let out a giggle becuase what Jimin said sounded wrong.

After you had both passed the exam you nearly went up to jimin and hugged . From another perspective it would have looked like your were dating, which was prohibited by the school until both people in relationship are at least magic class rank 5. So you kept your distance.

After hours and lights out, the two of you met back in the room.

"Here" he gave me another candy but this time he ate one too, held my hands and muttered a spell.

“Hmmm, did it work?” you started to open your eyes.

“Look at me. What do you think?”

The spell didnt work. Jimin looks back at the book and reads some more.

"Oh.. I think I know why the school has a no dating rule till we are class rank 5."

"Jimin what does this have to do w-"

Jimin places a kiss on your lips and you freeze.

“But… but this wasn’t supposed to happen…” you said

Well it did.” Jimin said and smiled.

“It looks like Y/N is back in her own body.” Jimin whispered towards you.

"And Jimin in back in his" you answered back.

Realizing that you were someone still straddled on Jimins lap you attempt to move off of him, but his grip is strong.

"You know the candy I gave you in the morning before the exam? it was a love spell... for you to like me. " jimin whispers

"But I already had a crush on you jimin" you say shyly.

"Ah no wonder the spell didnt work. Normally when you give someone a love potion in candy form it gives them sudden urges too.. ah never mind "

"Yah Park Jimin!! " you squealed

"Ooh yeah 'jimin'  I'll love it more when you scream my name when I'm deep in your-"

You shut him up with a kiss which the both of you ended up smiling into.
