You start to walk around in the store and then a scary clown pops up and screams in your face (you are deathly afraid of clowns) you scream and start balling your eyes out and duck down on the ground, the guy that did it felt so bad he lent down ...

Guy: oh my god are you okay I am so sorry I did not mean to scare you so badly

Thinking he had took the mask off because he was talking so clearly you looked up and almost peed you backed up into a corner and started crying even more the guy followed you this time he took off the mask.
