Am sorry, I beg forgiveness my lord!! Am not your usual sailor. Am the son of the priest in Shiva Temple. My friend was extremely sick but he needed this money, hence I came with you, my intention was only to help him.

It was the chettiar son and Maheshwaran who understood and retained the procedure to prepare the Rasam. However the sages did not leave the ingredients in the Island. They had only the procedure written over the walls of the temple.
Chettiar's son ordered the rest of the sailor to build a boat and sail to Srilanka and bring back the necessary supplies to them, while both of them were trying to understand the pictorial writings encrypted on the wall.

The search has been started ever since, it's Nalan's and Sirsi's grandfather who stayed in the Island, he made many trips as per the clues left behind but did not succeed. Chettiar's son had been supportive in this journey, they never said anyone about their progress and promised to only leave their discovery to  their respective son and daughter. Every clue seemed like, this is it! but they never truly understood the puzzle the sages left behind.

We can't be sure of it Bobby! The news about this treasure had spread like a wildfire, but we can only suspect the Chettiar's family.

If they are capable of knowing this, why would they kidnap Sirsi?? She is a poor soul.

You see Bobby, when her grandfather died he left the clues and his discovery to Sirsi not Nalan. His last few words on death bed were "This little hands.. Sirsi you see here.. will put my soul to rest. You are the one!"

Yes, we thought so!! But Sirsi's father Thiru explained us before he left us. As Sirsi is fragile and she needed help, he trusted my father, his very best to safeguard Sirsi..
She was born on an auspicious day "Akshaya Tritiya" falling on a Friday, an annual spring festival for Hindus, Akshaya means eternal, people usually buy gold and ornaments on this day to mark a beginning for an eternal wealth. But it wasn't just that, she had a rare symbol on her right palm when she was born, it was the swastik symbol. My grandfather saw the same symbol in the Island, he firmly believed it's Sirsi who hold the key to do the Swarna Rasam.
After we moved to India, our lives changed. We had a small tea stall to support our families, surviving was the only thought we had. We put our past life behind and ran for our livelihoods, yet I have been pursuing the treasure hunt series as a passion. I went on treks, to few places but in the end, it was nothing. But, recently I had gone to trek hills in Chidambaram. It was the place were shiva is adorned in dancing posture, one of a kind in India. I did not go there hoping to see anything,but what I saw there shattered me Bobby..
What was it?
I usually start my trek early morning to avoid the sun, I was with my trek group, we were playing songs and enjoying the night in Chidambaram. We can see the temple once we reach the peak, we were determined to reach before sun rise, unfortunately we missed track of route. It's common, but we were doing circles couldn't move ahead and ended at the same point. We were reluctant to give up and waited for the sun to show up, I lay on a rock covered with filth I must say. The cold breeze had put me to sleep very easily, after some time my friend woke me up as he saw some guide who will help us reach the peak. I woke up immediately and pulled the jacked from the rock, but it was stuck somewhere. My friends were calling out.. dude follow us, we are walking west.
I was annoyed as the jacket was stuck between the stone, I pulled it with all my strength... And packed my bag and ran towards them. As I walked away, I realized something...
I walked back, feeling short breath and literally shivering i moved the stone where the jacket was stuck...
It was the swastik symbol, engraved so beautifully! And it had 3 dots below the swastik symbol. I just sat there unmoving!
It's after this event that I mailed Sirsi to come over but I really feel guilty about it.. Petros leaned towards Bobby and put his arm around him.

Bobby heard episodes of Sirsi and her family history, he now understood her silence and mysterious letters. This was too big for him to carry! All he needed was Sirsi but the history behind their lives and the trouble had changed his mind.
