Chapter 15

Alastor parked his car at the side of the street outside the woods and grabbed a mask from the dash board. He proceeded to get out of the car and rummage through the trunk for a tightly sealed black box. He opened it to reveal several vials. He took one out and kept it in his pocket and closed the box again, placing it back into the trunk and locking the car before walking into the woods.
After walking for a while Alastor could hear noise coming from a small clearing behind some trees. He hid behind a tree trunk and peeped over to see 5 boys in their late teens, sitting there and drinking while they counted the money they'd stolen after jumping (Y/N)'s brother. Alastor smirked as he saw their masks laying on the ground away from them. He creped towards the masks while making sure to hide behind the trees so that they couldn't see him.
Alastor then began chewing on some peppermint gum as he grabbed the vile and poured it's contents into their masks and backed away.
He then grabbed some rocks and climbed a tree, sitting on it's branch and hiding behind the leaves to keep himself hidden. Alastor began throwing the rocks on the ground around the boys, causing them to begin panicking as they quickly grabbed their masks and put them on.
"Let the fun being" Chuckles Alastor as he begins throwing the rocks at the boys, causing them to scream and run around. "It's a meteor shower! " Yelled one of the boys as they all ducked.
"Oh my god! There's a ghost here. These woods are haunted! The entire place is spinning! " Yelled another as he kept tripping over himself and falling. "There's something out there. I can hear it growling. We've got to run. I think it's going to hurt us! " Yelled yet another boy before running into a tree and falling to his knees. "We're going to die we're going to die! I need to clear my search history! " Yelled the last one as he lay on the ground and hugged his knees.
Alastor chuckled. "The inhalation of the right amount of concentrated nutmeg produces hallucination and, could even sometimes, be lethal" Laughed Alastor. "But because of my selective Hyperosmia I have to keep eating this stupid peppermint gum when I do stuff like this. But hey. At least they're having fun" Chuckled Alastor as he watched the boys cower in fear.
After watching them almost killed themselves, Alastor cupped his hands over his mouth and began yelling "You boys deserve this. This will only stop if you turn yourselves in for your crimes! Otherwise I'm going to keep you here till you loose your minds " Demanded Alastor as the boys began screaming. "We're sorry spirit of the forest! Please forgive us. We'll apologize!!!! " They screamed as they took their masks off and began running, tripping numerous times before finally regaining their sense as they made it out of the forest and ran towards the station.
Just then Alastor's phone buzzed.

(Y/N) - My brother finally calmed down a little. I hope you're doing fine.

Alastor- That's great. I'm doing fine. In fact, Payton told me that those boys turned themselves in. I'm going to the station to get the money back and I'll get dinner too. See you soon love. Take care of everyone for me.

Alastor finished typing and put his phone away as she climbed down from the tree and walked to his car. "I'm like the best boyfriend ever. I still have time to text back even when I'm making other's lives hell" Chuckled Alastor as he grabbed the masks and took them to a corner and burnt them, quickly leaving as soon as they caught fire because he did not want to inhale any of the nutmeg fumes which could still emit from the masks. He then got back into the car and drove to the station.

"Sir it's a miracle. They turned themselves in. They even gave the money back. Here you go. (Y/N) told me that it belonged to her brother. They kept talking about a monster in the woods told them to do it and stuff but their breath reeked of alcohol so I'm guessing they're just drunk" Said Payton as she handed the money to Alastor and he smiled. "Teenagers. They're weird. Thank you Payton. Wrap this up quickly and go home" Said Alastor and left, getting back into his car and stopping to buy dinner from (Y/N)'s brothers favorite place before driving home to (Y/N) and her family.
