Chapter 12

The next day Alastor and (Y/N) get dressed and make their way down to the station.
"I hope I'm dressed well enough. Am I? Do you like it boss? " She asks curiously as she looked up at Alastor while they walked because the station was very close to his house.
"Darling I've told you a dozen times that you look stunning. Stop worrying that beautiful mind of yours" Chuckled Alastor as he ruffled (Y/N)'s hair as they were now standing outside the station. "You ready sunshine? " Smiles Alastor as he puts his arm on (Y/N)'s shoulder reassuringly and she takes a deep breath and nods.
They walk inside and Alastor guided her around the station introducing her to everyone.

Payton- A quirky female detective who knows everything about everyone in town.
Autumn- A silent officer who manges the morgue at the station.
Julian- A ripped detective who doesn't talk to most people but really was a sweetheart.
Nishan- A cinnamon roll who handles the files, phones and is a brilliant hacker. He's basically control center.
Beckett- A male detective, who's been there longer than anyone else and was Alastor's mentor. He gave him the job and is second in command now.
Shane- He was in charge of managing and giving statments to the media and was extremely good at it because of his charismatic personality.

Once they were done with the introductions, Alastor guided (Y/N) into his office, a large room with a sofa and desk with a laptop, and smiled. "They love you. They're all like family and  they're thrilled that we're dating" Says Alastor as he grinned from ear to ear.
"I'm so happy! This is perfect" Giggles (Y/N) happily as she hugs Alastor tight and he returns the gesture.
(Y/N) looked up at the ceiling and giggled. "Why do you have a pull up bar in your office? " Asks (Y/N) and giggles as she points at it.
"Well mainly because it gets boring sometimes and I work out to pass time. Wanna see? " Says Alastor as he shrugged and smirked.
(Y/N) nodded shyly as Alastor pulled off his shirt and began doing pull ups, flexing his muscles and abs.
'Damn. He's so hot. Marry me' thought (Y/N) as she watched him and blushed madly, looking like she was about to have a nosebleed.
"Like what you seen kitten? " Chuckled Alastor at her tomato red face as he got off the bar and put his shirt back on.
"Shut up hot- I mean dummy" Said (Y/N) as she hid her blushing face in her arms.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door. "Come in" Called out Alastor.
"Sir we've gotten a report of a possible break in by gang members in the next town. Which team will be going? " Asked Nishan as he looked at Alastor expectantly.
"I wanna go" Said (Y/N) quickly. "Are you sure sweetie? It's dangerous" Said Alastor hesitantly. "I'm sure. Pretty please. Besides you're there to keep me safe" Said (Y/N) as she looked up at Alastor with pleading puppy dog eyes. "Fine. Nishan tell Julian and Payton to meet us at the scene. Me and (Y/N) are leaving now. " Said Alastor and Nishan quickly nods and leaves.
"Let's go boss" Giggles (Y/N) as she and Alastor get into a police car and leave to the scene.
After around an hour they reach the house which seemed vacant. "Are you sure this is the place? " Asked (Y/N) skeptically. "Nishan is never wrong. There's something happening here. Let's go" Said Alastor as he walked inside, closely followed by (Y/N).
"This place seems empty " Muttered Alastor before checking his phone. "Dammit Payton and Julian are stuck because there's been an accident. They won't be here for around half an hour. " Grumbled Alastor.
"Alastor.... This is Jake's house. Look at the photos. " Said (Y/N) softly as she pointed to the pictures hung on the wall.
'Then Nishan was right after all. This house is abandoned and someone's broken in. Only I know he's dead and that's why the gang members could claim the house because he hasn't come back. ' Thought Alastor before nodding. "We better find the gang members before something happens to him" Said Alastor as he began walking around the house.
"Alastor I think I found something" Said (Y/N) as she was standing in front of the bookshelf. She lit a matchstick that she'd found near the fireplace and then blew it out, letting the smoke travel into the bookshelf.
"There's something behind here" Said Alastor as (Y/N) nods. Alastor quickly pulls the books out from the shelves and finds a leaver and pulls on it. The bookshelf moves to reveal a dark hallway.
"It smells like.. " Began (Y/N) before she was cut off by Alastor "Meth. Be careful (Y/N) " he said as he handed her a flashlight and taser,since she didn't have a licence to carry a gun, and proceeded to walk inside.
"Jake was a sicko" Said (Y/N) as she looked like she was going to barf because the secret room was practically a sex dungeon with multiple rooms and secret passages.
"Yeah he was " Said Alastor as he watched (Y/N) walk towards the wall to lean on it because she felt sick, right before screaming as she fell down a trap door. Alastor ran towards it and got there right before it locked shut. "God dammit what the fuck. I've gotta find a way down" Yelled Alastor as he ran around, looking for another way down, loosing his mind because he wasn't there to keep (Y/N) safe.

Meanwhile (Y/N) rubbed her head as she looked around the room to see meth cooking equipment which seemed as though it was recently placed there.
"Well well well. Look who decided to crash the party" Chuckled a tall and brooding man in the corner and stepped into the light, followed by two others.
"Well let's get this little cop weasel out of our turf" Chuckled one of the others who was much smaller than the first man and had white hair.
"With pleasure" Said the third who, had a skull tattoo on his arm, as he walked towards (Y/N).
