"We don't remember days, we remember moments."

"So it seems."

"What did you write about, Deku-kun?" She asked out of curiosity.

Midoriya chuckled a bit before answering. "It was unexpectedly difficult since I had never done an exchange diary before."

As thought, a former-quirkless student like him was not able to start any exchange diaries, yet alone befriend anyone.

The green-eyed male was used to being treated that way, though. After all, it was nothing new for him since he barely used to have any friends.

He wasn't sure if all quirkless people went through this, but it was fairly embarrassing for people to be related to them.

Despite 20% of the population being quirkless, they were disliked. Most of them even lied about it, for the saw it as the only way out of this hell.

That might be why Kacchan looked down on him, refusing to be friends with a quirkless nobody.

One thing quirkless people were famous for were being bullied in school, simply because they were different.

In middleschool, he also received mean nicknames like "worthless Bastard" or "Deku", most of them being from Kacchan.

And yet, he chose Deku as his hero name, despite the actual meaning of the name.

If he were asked why he chose Deku, his anwer would simply be because he wanted to prove himself as the opposite of worthless.

"I tried writing out my thoughts from yesterday." Midoriya smiled shyly while his gaze wandered around the room.

"The result was an observational diary on All Might from start to end." Todoroki suddenly peeked in while resting his hands on Midoriya's shoulders.

He had promised himself the night before that he wouldn't write too much about All Might, which he failed successfully.

Letting all his thoughts out on paper resulted into another document about All Might, just like his Hero Analysis Notebook.

And when he got lost in thoughts, he just wrote whatever came to his mind, which was All Might.

"Hold on, Todoroki-kun!" He replied in embarrassment while shaking his hands.

"Deku-kun really loves All Might, huh?"

"I'm also writing in a diary", Uraraka started. "But I'm afraid it's just to record changes in my thoughts and the likes." She smiled sheepishly before intertwining her fingers.

"Have you ever done an exchange diary?" Todoroki asked the shorter female.

Uraraka sighed, tiny bits of disappointment hiding in her voice, as if she had already expected that question.

"I tried it with my friends back in middleschool. Unlike an instant reply through line, it's really exciting to wait patiently for a reply!"

"As expected, girls give it a nice feeling!" Midoriya remarked.

It might be rude to stereotype all girls, but at least most of them did start a diary once in their life.

As for Uraraka; no matter how hopeless things were, she still believed that there is positivity in everything, even in negativity itself.

"Middleschool." Todoroki quietly mumbled while playing around with the notebook.
