While Midoriya went on a break from the fight feeling well he decided to walk around the place. "This place keeps getting bigger.",-he thought as he encounters someone slightly bigger than him in a flaming hero costume. It was Endeavor the Number Two Hero.
"Hmm... you seemed like a good opponent for him." ,-said the Number two hero with an angry tone.
"....",-Midoriya just stares at him as he walks away. "You think you can just call me like that." ,-he said as Endeavor was rather surprised by that response. Izuku has seen and reads the reports of Endeavor's actions as a hero.
"Your sure have some guts kid, I will be glad to see your performance." ,-said Endeavor walking away sensing the hunger for power from this student, unlike his creation.
"What did I just say!" ,-Izuku thought as he panicked for a moment. "Something is off here." ,-he thought claiming down as Izuku had a feeling someone else was watching him. "Better get going." ,-Midoriya thought taking a glance, and walks away.
A few meters across the hallway.
"I think he found us." ,-said a suspicious individual seven feet away hiding behind a wall.
"Excellent." ,-said the tall man in causal clothing wearing a helmet.
"Is he the candidate your looking for?" ,-asked his assistant as Izuku vanished from their line of sight.
"What kid is very strong." ,-said the hero scouting, and it just so happens they encounter another young hero in training and Endeavor in one place.

Before Midoriya knew it was already his turn to go back into
*New Mission: Almost there*
[Midoriya vs Todoroki]
"Great... this is going to be a bit tough." ,-said Izuku not looking forward to this battle. He knows Todoroki has a creative and powerful skill that can use his ice quirk. But barely uses his other side, "Something is up with him.",-thought.
"Begin!!!" ,-Yelled Present Mic starting up the match. And the crowd began yelling and screaming in the background excited to see this round as two different powerful long-range and close-quarter combat types will clash.
As the match began Todoroki quickly struck multiple long-range ice ground attacks towards Midoriya. But thanks to instinct Izuku dodge and punched his way through with his power first he equipped from his pip-boy.
After several long-lasting minutes passed they both noticed they were in a stalemate as neither of their attacks could immobilize each other. As Todoroki sends out his ice attacks and Midoriya would just break them.
"No, the power-fist is freezing." ,-Izuku did take note as he punched his way through another long-range ice attack from his opponent.
*Increased to level 12*
*Special skills unlocked*
"The skills!",-he remembered as they were now opened after leveling up twice. Quickly selecting...
* Iron Fist – Channel your chi to unleash the devastating fury! Punching attacks do 20% more damage to your opponent. (5 Ranks)
Gaining and gathering more power from his skill he channeled a bit of his fury. Knowing that Todoroki isn't using all of his power. "If you don't show your full power then I will." ,-Izuku's mind has been taken by adrenaline flowing through his body at a level never seen before.
"What? Has my father had been talking to you... now I'm getting angry.",-Todoroki declared running towards Midoriya. Izuku stayed in his defensive position ready to counter-attack.
"We barely even talked." ,-he said as the ice began spreading around the arena.
"Not again." ,-Midoriya responded with a single punch to the floor breaking all the surrounding ground ice giving him more space to move around.
"I wonder if that is the case." ,-said Todoroki not believing what Izuku was saying and increased the output of his ice attacks. To the point through the fight, it was sending ice-cold winds to the audience.
From Todoroki's powerful ice attacks trying to catch up to Midoriya. And Izuku began using Todoroki's ice to set up for his next attack.
"Everyone is using their powers to get to the top, so what about you?" ,-Midoriya questioned closing in on Todoroki moving slowly from overusing his ice power.
Midoriya was going to take out his flamer but then he noticed Todoroki seemed to have slowed down his attack rate since the start of the battle. "You are slowing down Todoroki." ,-said Midoriya but he doubts that he heard that. Izuku charged in while Todoroki was shivering from his quirk.
"You can use your other side." ,-said Izuku as Todoroki once again was freezing his surroundings and was not pleased with that comment.
Izuku began using a multi-iron fist combo attack while Todoroki was getting cornered by each strike. Midoriya was aiming and hitting all of his weak points to wear him down.
"Enough!" ,-Todoroki was feeling his face swelling from Midoriya's attacks and the rest of his body was covered in ice. So Todoroki sends out a 360 ice wall around him. Forcing Izuku to withdraw for the moment. "I see this is an endurance test, this was your plan." ,-he noticed while Izuku quickly checks his Hp.
"It's good for now." ,-Izuku noted taking out his aluminum bat he instantly throws it towards Todoroki. Of course, he blocks it but that was just a distraction.
"This is your own power!" ,-Izuku punched Todoroki across the arena. "I want to be a hero." ,-said Midoriya closing in.
The crowd was confused as to why Todoroki is being cornered. But soon they began observing possibly the most intense fight everyone has seen. "That's why am going to win this!" ,-said Midoriya knowing they both don't have much time but then Todoroki was having multiple flashbacks of his past. Then his body started to rapidly heat up.
*Speech successful*
"I see...",-he said coming back from his thoughts. "I...I also want to be a hero...",-declared Todoroki as his flames started to balance out and heat his frozen body. At one point his father had yell in the background but didn't back attention.
"All his strength, finally." ,-Izuku thought smiling seeing his opponent using all of their strength.
"What are you smiling? You are crazy." ,-Todoroki with half of his body covered in flames. "I will not apologize for what happens next." ,-said Todoroki while using both his ice and flame quirk preparing for his final attack.
Izuku then uses all of his strength, endurance, and agility. And launched himself towards Todoroki dodging his initial ice attack covering the ground.
Using everything he's got towards Todoroki they both decide to end the fight in a blast, well that wasn't the plan at all.
The teachers tried to intervene but it was too late. "Thank you." ,-Todoroki whispered
as the blast created by the fusion of the cold and heat at that magnitude created an explosion. Soon after creating smoke covering the arena.
Many quiet seconds passed by waiting for the smoke to dissipate. Soon the smoke cleared seen one person still standing.
"And the winner for this round is.............................. Midoriya!!!!!! Yeahhh!!!" ,-yelled Present Mic recovering from the blast earlier.
Todoroki was knocked out from the blast as Izuku did punch through the five layers of concrete striking him.
"...What...happened?" ,-Izuku questioned as his whole upper body was exposed from the blast and left a huge crater where he landed in the circle.
*Quest Completed: Guiding Light*
"Where did my shirt go? And my left shoe?" ,-he noticed soon after a breeze came through. Looking over he sees Todoroki outside the circle. "You did your best...",-said Midoriya walking up to him, checking if he was okay.
