Avatar's Tale (BNHA X AVATAR:THE LAST AIR BENDER)

Chapter 3

It was only the second day and people were already treating me like I'm important. Although it's nice that nobody cared or bullied me for my blindness, I didn't like the attention much. Even if it's positive, no attention is comfortable for me. My classmates kept talking to me and greeting me whenever they saw me. I must say it was nice, but it could get too much.

In the morning we had normal classed like English, which was actually quite fun. I was shocked when I found out that Present Mic is our English teacher but I couldn't be happier, he has a great spirit. Lunch was also pretty awesome. Lunch Rush's food is absolutely delicious. In the evening we had hero training, like every afternoon.

For today's hero training All Might will be teaching us. I can't say I wasn't excited. We were all sitting in our seats, calmly waiting for our teacher when All Might stormed happily into the classroom while shouting:

"I have come through the door, like a normal person," everyone laughed at that, including me. Just like Present Mic, All Might has a great spirit which makes everyone happier.

After greeting the class he told us that today we will be doing battle training, which hyped the class even more. He then explained how we will be wearing our hero costumes for that, by showing us some pretty awesome shelves with the costumes. Finally, he told us to meet him at ground beta.

After people got their costumes, still cheering and being overexcited, we all made our way to the changing rooms. When we made it to the rooms I got my costume out fast and changed, I was excited about how it looked, although I couldn't see it other people could, which was the important part. My costume was simple. It looked very similar to my brother's, I think. It was a simple skin-tight bodysuit, it didn't have any gloves, shoes or hood though. I had a belt with some hard metals, that I can make into things like handcuffs if needed. It was a simple costume really. I knew other people will go all out but my costume is very temporary, and I will only be using it in school so not many people will see it. And I didn't want many people seeing it, or me in general. 

When we got to ground beta, All Might explained our lesson further. We will be doing a simple team-building activity. There will be ten teams of two. Two teams will be going against each other. One team will be the heroes and the other the villains. The villains have to protect a fake bomb they will hide in a building, while the heroes will have fifteen minutes to find the bomb or comprehend the villains. Unfortunately, there is an uneven number of students in 1-A, so I being the strongest in class wouldn't be participating. Although if we had spare time at the end of lesson All Might promised I will go against the whole class.

"What!?" that whole class erupted at the news.

"No way she's that strong," one person said, "It's unfair that she doesn't get to participate like we are," another said. All Might and I exchanged some looks, or at least I tried to, I just looked in his general direction with a smirk.

"I won't believe she's stronger than me!" Bakugo added his own comment. 

"We'll just have to see at the end of the lesson, won't we," I replied with a cheeky grin.

Of course, I was stronger than them, I'm not even trying to brag. I had much more experience than them and my quirk is very well equipped for it. However, I can't exactly tell them so I will just have to show them, though I still won't be using the full extent of my power.

As the class calmed down, All Might drew lots to decide who will be paired up with who. The teams weren't so bad but then it was time for Izuku and Uraraka, as the heroes, to battle against Bakugo and Iida, the villains. That got me quite nervous but I was soon distracted by Ashido.

"Sorry for being so nosy but I have a question about your quirk," she smiled sheepishly, "I know that you're blind so you can't possibly see the monitors showing the fights, so is it your quirk that's letting  you see it all?"
