Liam's POV
I close my eyes and breathe heavily through my nose as one of the male paramedics wraps me in a medical thermal blanket even though I couldn't feel anything but the thumping of my pulse drumming in my ears. I shiver and open my eyes once the sirens stop including the ambulance that has stopped moving.
The paramedics urgently start pushing Louis out of the vehicle and into the hospital where he was put into a coma a few weeks ago. I run after them, tightly gripping the blanket over me as the wind blows my hair out of my face. Once we reach the automatic doors, seeing them take Louis into the ER, it makes my breathing stutter when suddenly I'm being pulled back by the same paramedic that gave me the blanket causing me to stumble backwards into his chest.
"I'm sorry, but you're going to have to wait in the waiting room."
Then I burst into tears, turning around and cry into his shoulder. I feel a hand rub my back soothingly only making me sob harder.
"Hey, hey, it's okay, c'mon." He coos sympathetically.
I sniffle, pathetically. I wouldn't normally act like this and in front of a complete stranger but my best friend just tried to commit suicide. And for what? He was perfectly fine when I last saw him. Well I thought he was fine anyway, if he was, he wouldn't of done...yeah.
"I'm sorry f-for crying on you like t-that." I stammer out, wipping my face with both of my hands, the blanket forgotten on teh floor.
"It's fine, mate. C'mon, how about we go get you a cup of tea, yeah?" With that said, he guides me to the cafe down the hall.

Harry's POV
I step out of the school building and run to my car, driving to Louis' in hope to apologize to him. Something in my mind tells me though that a simple 'sorry' won't solve anything or make everything simpler. Taking a deep breath, I stop at the front of the house, seeing 2 police cars parked up front of the Tomlinson's neighbour. I get out of my car after locking it and run up to the front door that immediately opens up when my feet hits the porch.
"Harry? What are you doing here?" Lottie asks me, looking like she's going somewhere from her make-up perfectly done, clothes bright and out-dorsey and a bag strap rested on her shoulder.
"To find Louis. Is he here?" I ask, looking above her head to only see Buster barking.
"No, I'm the only one here but I'm going to Jamie's." Lottie tells me.
"Where are the others?"
"Mum has gone to pick up the twins, Fizzy is at a club but I'm not sure about Louis. I haven't checked his room. Why?" Lottie exits the doorway and closes the door, locking it.
"I really need to speak to him. Oh, and do you know why there's police cars there?" I point to the cars, where two male police officers are talking to a lady who looks shocked and confused, a phone in her hand.
"Karen?" Lottie squints her eyes at her, and jogs to the woman. I stand, utterly conflicted and choose to follow the teenage girl.
"Charlotte, dear." Karen cries, tears streaming down her face.
"What's wrong?" Lottie rubs her hand on Karens, arm in a comforting manner.
What is going on? So many questions are circling around my head, making me feel a bit light headed.
"You haven't heard about Louis have you?" Karen realizes.
"What? What happened?" I intrude, not bothering about my manners, ym ears perking up at the mention of his name.
