Hidden Eyes

Chapter 15

I was being woken up by a dog licking my face, peeking out my eye I see Jlo playing with Johnny then I heard him say.

"Your a good girl, you got him to wake up." he tells her as he scratches her head.

Yawning "I heard that." I look at him with a smile and laugh.

Helping me wake up, I got up and played with the puppy with him. Coco was looking out the window, she does that every morning if I'm still asleep. The smell of food moving around the house got our stomach growling. Johnny put some shorts and t-shirt on, then quickly followed me as we hurried downstairs to grab some food. Mom and dad were finishing up cooking breakfast as the little ones were waiting. After we got to the kitchen, Stacey and David came down the stairs. We all got food when it was finished, joining together at the table as we ate. Trying to get whatever last bit of things we have to do before tomorrow, the big day.

You can tell Stacey is excited and nervous, it's like the biggest day in her life. Which is understandable, mom said she was the same way on the day before and of her wedding. Realizing Johnny doesn't have the right colors for the wedding and neither do I.

"Well Johnny and I have to go get clothes for the wedding. Well clothes with the right color scheme your going with." I tell them.

Everyone else agreed about doing the same, but they have other things to do before they can get the clothes. Stacey is going with mom and the little ones to get them some stuff to keep them entertain tomorrow, David and Dad have to go get something as a gift for Stacey. So we won't see each other till were all home later. Finishing up breakfast we all scattered to get what we have to do done. Johnny and I quickly changed into skinny jeans and two nice tank tops. Putting our shoes on, we headed to the garage, everyone else were just getting into their cars to leave. Hopping into mine and waiting for mom to move out the way, we pull out and headed to the store.

Making our way through traffic and reaching one of my favorite stores that would have what we are looking for. Parking the car and heading inside as we got photographs taken of us.

"Hello! Oh Cody, how are you?" Natalie greets me.

"Hey Natalie, we need two tan skinny jeans shorts and I need one sea blue dress shirt and one black dress shirt." I tell her as we made our way over to her.

Nodding her head she helped us find what we need, she handed me my clothes. She knows my size, and Johnny found his size clothes in what we need. It was pretty busy today, even though it was like 11am. Not minding that we had to wait, we talked about what the clothes we just picked out and about tomorrow. Keeping it on the low side cause don't need anyone knowing about it.

After a little bit we paid for the clothes, and my phone goes off. Checking my phone it's my mom calling me.

Answering the phone after we got in the car and putting it on speaker phone. "Hey mom, your on speaker."

"Hey sweetie and hey Johnny! I just checking in on the clothing situation. We got almost everything on our end. Your father and brother just got what they needed. So they are heading home now, let him know we'll be home soon." she tells me.

"Ok mom I'll let him know, your having trouble finding the colors for Brandon aren't you?" I ask.

Laughing "Haha yeah, it's not easy. But there is one store that has it."

Telling her ok and that we'll see her soon. I hanged up the phone and started the car to head home. On the way home, we jammed out to the radio. Just having a good time and enjoying it. When your jamming out to the radio or music, you tend to get to wherever your going faster. Before we knew it, we were pulling back into the house and getting out the car. Heading inside looking for them, cause dad's car is here so they have to be somewhere.
