Donghyuck never told Mark that he was his soulmate, because he had a feeling the older already had his tattoo.

He didn't really understand though, if Mark knew they were soulmates, why did he constantly make arguments with him?

Was that his way of getting Donghyuck's attention? Or was he really just a asshole? Either way, Donghyuck was going to confront him about it.

Donghyuck sat at one of the tables on campus, eyes moving to find his target.

He had texted Mark to meet him ( don't ask why they have each other's number even though they hate one another) and he said he would come.

Donghyuck decided to play a game on his phone while waiting for Mark to show up.

After 30 minutes of waiting, Mark finnally decided to show.

" You finnally decided to come, I would of left if this wasn't so important." Donghyuck rolled his eyes.

Mark chucked " what's so important that it got you to actually wait for me?" He was intrigued, Donghyuck would never wait, let alone talk to him willingly.

" You knew we were soulmates, didn't you?" Donghyuck got straight to the point.

Mark's eyes widened, he knew this day would come, but didn't expect it to be this soon.

Mark's eyes closed for a second or two, before he let out a sigh " so you finally got your tattoo?"

Donghyuck nodded " why didn't you tell me? Why did you constantly mess with me if you knew?" Donghyuck finds himself in confusing positions often, but this has to be the most confusing place he's ever been in.

" Well... I don't know actually... I figured you would probably kick me in the nuts or something if I just told you." Mark said rubbing the back of his neck.

Donghyuck couldn't deny that that is something he would do. " You could of showed me your tattoo, you idiot."

"Oh wow, you're already calling me a idiot?"

"Mark don't start with me right now."

"Why? Why do you even care so much about this in the first place? You hate me, is there even a way to change that?"

Donghyuck rolled his eyes for the nth time " I hate you because you hate me... So what are you getting at?"

" I don't hate you, I thought you were smart Donghyuck, how do you not see it?"

Donghyuck was hella confused " see what?"

Mark was losing patience " oh for the love of God, I'm madly in love with you Donghyuck! There, do you understand now!" And with that Mark got up to leave.

Donghyuck scoffed " where are you going?"

"Back home, obviously..." Mark muttered.

" Without letting me talk? Such a big baby." Donghyuck laughed his heavenly laugh.

" What's there to talk about? We discussed everything that needed to be disscussed." Mark continued to walk away.

" Well you can keep walking, but I guess that means that you'll never be able to know how i feel about you.... Oh well, goodnight." Donghyuck shrugged and turned around to also leave.

"Wait!" Mark called out.

" No can do, you missed the chance. Maybe some other time, I mean we do have the rest of our lives."

"But I want to know now!" Mark stepped in front of Donghyuck.

Donghyuck smiled softly before trying to continue walking away. Mark moves with him though, blocking his way each time.

"Moveee"

" I'll move, just please tell me how you feel, I've waited extremely to long for this; don't make me wait anymore... Please."

The look on Mark's face almost made Donghyuck feel guilty..

Donghyuck smiled at Mark before leaning up and pressing his lips softly against the others.

Mark immediately melted into the kiss, his arms going to Donghyuck's waist to pull him closer.

Donghyuck was the first to pull away
"Does this answer your question, idiot?"

Mark smiled "I don't know, maybe another kiss..."

Donghyuck laughed, but still gave the boy a peck on the lips.

" I have to go now, see ya later idiot." Donghyuck said as he detached himself from Mark and continued on his walk to his apartment.

" See you tommorow babe."

Donghyuck cringed at the nickname but kept walking.

As Donghyuck got in his bed to sleep, he heard a knock on his door.

' it's 3 in the morning, who the fuck is at the door?'

Donghyuck opened the door and honestly should of expected it to be Mark.

" Mark, what are you doing here?" Donghyuck asked.

"I was thinking about you and wanted to see your face."

" You just wanted to cuddle, didn't you?"

"How'd you know?"

"You texted me 4 hours ago saying you wanted cuddles."

Mark's eyes widened "oh yeahhh."

Donghyuck rolled his eyes " well hurry up and get in here because I'm tired."

And that is how Chenle found Donghyuck and Mark cuddling when he went to visit Donghyuck.

He took many pictures before sneaking out the house unnoticed.

This is a filler chapter, I plan to have at least 5 of these.

They will be mainly about Markhyuck and Chensung or just other characters who don't have a crucial role to the plot.

There might be a filler chapter about a dream Lucas had once( made up ofc)

Either way they don't interfere with the original plot whatsoever, meaning you don't have to read them if you don't wish to; they won't have anything to do with the original story.
