"May I speak to the principal?" Yoongi asked the front office lady making her look up at him. He waited for a response for a couple of moments until she picked up the phone telling the principle that Yoongi wanted to see him.
Yoongi entered the principles office looking around seeing how unorganized all his papers had been. The last time he was here was last year when the old principal was here. The place was familiar to him but yet so different.
"Why did you want to speak with me?" He asked looking up at him as he was sitting down on his chair behind his desk. The principal had an idea of what Yoongi wanted since he knew that Yoongi was y/n teammate but wanted to make sure that his idea was correct so asked.
"I need to talk to you about y/n" Yoongi stated making the principle sigh not wanting to deal with this again. Yoongi crossed his arms over his chest and said "The thing you did to her clearly isn't fair, just because of her gender"
"You should be thankful" he replied looking up at him. Yoongi scoffed in disbelief as the principal stated the most ridiculous thing.
"For what? What should I be thankful for?" He his voice rising a bit feeling as if threatened.
"You'll be team captain and you won't be looked down at for being worse than a girl" he stated thinking that that was what Yoongi cared about right now. Being team captain.
"You think I care if I'm beat by a girl? I couldn't give two shits about that" he cursed making the principle slightly glare at him for using 'inappropriate language' in his office. "Put y/n back in the team, or you and I are going to have some problems"
He threatened leaning closer to the principal.
"What could you do?"
"I know many people that could tear your world to shreds and make it a living hell for you. Now, put y/n back on the team"
"Fine" he said giving up. Yoongi left the room but not before giving him a quick glare.

You sat next to Tae with the rest of the team since they still allowed you to sit with them since you were one of the top players. You saw that neither Jungkook or Yoongi have arrived but then you heard someone sit on the chair that was in front of you.
Thinking it was Yoongi you looked up to see Jungkook which surprised you since this was the closest you two had been in weeks. You two stared at each other for a couple of seconds until he broke the eye contact by taking out his phone.
You looked over at the team but from your peripheral vision you saw Jungkook quickly type something and a second after you saw him stop typing you heard your phone 'ding' notifying you that you received a text message.
You looked at Jungkook but he didn't face you so you took out your phone from your jean pocket and saw that it was from Jungkook saying "can we meet after school, I want to talk to you".
You slightly smiled and texted back saying "sure". You heard from in front of you his phone 'ding' as your message delivered.
He looked at you for second and checked his phone seeing your reply with no expression unfazed by the reply.
The rest of the lunch Yoongi hadn't arrived which was a bit weird but you ignored the thought.
After lunch you went back to your 4th period to pack up your things to head to 5th which you had with Yoongi. You entered and you saw Yoongi sit alone in a set of two desks next to each other so you decided to sit next him since you weren't very familiar with your other classmates in this class.
"So, I have news" he started saying after he realized you sat next him which didn't take long. You turned to face him after you had sat down saying
"And what is it?"
"You're back on the team" he said with a small smile waiting in for your reaction.
"Wait really?!" You asked slightly yelled making some people look at your direction but you didn't really mind how crazy they thought you were. In a quieter tone you asked "how?"
"I talked to him" he said simply and you were about to ask him what he said and why he did it but was quickly interrupted by the Professor informing about us about an individual project and essay we had to finish by the end of this week.
After he explained what the project was expected to be about and how long the essay had to be you asked yoongi "why?"
"Why what?" He asked acting dumb until you slightly glared at him . He then said with a slight smirk "the team needs you, I can't be the only one making the shots and besides I like having the competition"
"You and I aren't the only ones that make them" you said with a blank stare.
"We kind of are. I mean, for example how many did the rest of the team do in the last game" he said and you sighed before saying
"3"
"In?"
"In total" you huffed now seeing what he was talking about. But you still couldn't believe that Yoongi got you back on the team.
It had only been a couple of days since the principle had informed about cutting you off but you felt like nothing those days. It sounded like you were over exaggerating but basketball was almost everything to you.
When Yoongi told you he got you back in you felt almost complete again. You had been doing some basketball outside of school but it just didn't feel the same knowing you were doing it for no purpose.
