"We're doing one to one matches today" Yoongi announced landing his gaze on you desperately wanting to get your attention. You quickly turned before you two could make eye contact not wanting to give him what he wanted. He started announcing the partners and his gaze landed onto you again before saying "y/n, you'll be working with me"
You sighed before getting up from the gym floor. The game ended up being a tie. He would try getting your attention but you gave no reaction. You still haven't said a word to him and saying that annoyed him was an understatement.
"Good game y/n!" he exclaimed and went for a high five before you walked past him. He quickly grabbed your wrist before you could walk away but not wanting you to ignore him you and walk away so easily. He looked down at you and in his deep voice asked in low tone "Why have you been ignoring me?"
Not saying anything you instead shook his hand from your wrist and walked to the locker room to change into your uniform.

"You will be assigned to work in assigned partners to work on a project" your second period teacher announced clasping their hands together to start explaining. They started calling out the names and you caught attention when he reached your name "Y/n and Yoongi"
You breathed heavily and you heard Myung had to work with someone else which didn't bother you much but relieved you knowing you won't have to work with him. After the teacher had finished announcing the partners you heard Myung from the back of the class ask "Could I possibly work with y/n?" almost more in a demanding tone than a question.
"No, I assigned you your partners for a reason" the teacher said strictly before sitting on his chair to do some online work. Although you were glad that you didn't have to work with Myung you were still worried about how you and Yoongi were going to work on this without making any communication.
"You want to work on this after school at my place?" Yoongi's voice interrupting your thoughts. You looked up at him as he was standing next to your desk with a small smile. You nodded responding with a warm smile.

Before leaving your 7th period class you texted Jimin to get a ride from one of his friends as you were unable to give him a ride back. He didn't ask why but simply replied with 'ok'.
Yoongi walked to his car while you walked to yours. He drove off and you were right behind him following as he lead the way to his house.
"Would you like anything?" he asked once you had entered his simple looking house. You shook your head and he sighed not pressuring you to talk before leading you to his room. His room was painted a navy blue and had slight decor which mostly consisted of framed pictures when he was younger.
"I could start on the board while you do some research" you suggested finally talking to him as you were both alone. He grabbed a board and you started working comfortably laying on the floor while he laid comfortably on his bed and did some research on his laptop writing things down for the board.
The rest of the night was silent as you were still slightly scared to interact with him even though you knew there was no way Myung could reach you from here.
You yawned and checked your phone to see it was nine in the afternoon. You suddenly felt exhausted now knowing the time.
"I should head home" you stated gathering your stuff together in your backpack before getting up from the ground. He nodded and stood up from his bed after shutting down his laptop.
"Do you want to work on this tomorrow?" he asked walking up to you. You stood still not wanting to give him a reaction as you knew that was all Yoongi needed right now.
"Sure" you said quietly and threw your backpack over your shoulder lazily letting it hang.
He ripped a paper from one of his notebook sheets and scribbled something down before handing it to you. You reached for it and the small piece of paper made your finger tips touch his as y'all looked deeply into each other eyes. He let go of it and you broke the eye contact. Feeling a bit awkward you left and drove back home.
Once you had arrived back home you didn't hesitate to get ready for bed wanting to get your mind cleared. After you had finished your very much needed shower you heard a phone ringing from the living room. in your pj's you walked to where the phone had been ringing and saw the caller ID was ' tae tae🥺'.
You thought nothing of it since you knew Tae and Jimin were close friends until he received a text that said ' I miss you babe, can we see each other tomorrow 🥰 '. this shocked you but excited you at the thought of Jimin and Tae being together. You left the phone and walked back to your room with a sudden huge smile as Jimin came out of his room seeming to look for something.
