I walked out of my dorm room to go see Kaito. On the way I saw Shuichi heading out of Ouma's room. He looked around to make sure no one noticed him leave. I guess he didn't see me. He was wearing Kokichi's bandana and his hat was missing.

While observing Shuichi, Kaito walked up behind me, "Ready for training, Maki Roll?" I nodded and we both headed out of the dormitory. I started my training right away, but Kaito, as always, did about three push ups before looking at the stars.

He started saying something, but I wasn't paying attention. I was too concerned about Shuichi. Why was he in Kokichi's room? That reminded me that this morning, he sounded like he wanted to see Kokichi. After he went to see Kibo, he never came back to the Dining Hall. I didn't think of it at the time, but after what I saw earlier, something is up. I stopped doing push ups and sat near Kaito and looked at the stars with him.

He sat up and looked at me concerned. "Are you alright?"

"Of course. Why do you ask?" I said calmly.

"You only did 24 push ups. Plus, you were really slow. Something has to be wrong." Kaito was right. I was so focused on solving this, that I forgot about the training. He put his hand on my shoulder. "You can tell me."

I should have asked him if he wanted to die and gave him one of my intense stares to make him take his hand off my shoulder. Although, I decided not to. "Did you notice anything strange between Shuichi and Kokichi?"

"No, why?" Of course he didn't notice anything. Although I love him, I will admit, he is very dumb.

I let out a small sigh. "No reason." Maybe I was looking too much into Shuichi's personal life.

Kaito pulled me into a hug. My face started to turn pink. "Well, no matter what the reason is, I'll be here for you."

I nodded and closed my eyes. Kaito felt warm as I laid my head against his chest. If anyone saw me right now, I would kill them. When I'm around Kaito, I feel like a different person. He was the only person who didn't see me as an assassin.

Before I knew it, he said something that changed something in me. "I love you, Maki Roll."

I tried to respond, but I saw Monokuma holding out a camera. He snapped a picture of us. I stood up and took out my knife and ran towards him.

"Phupupu. Sorry, but I have to have pictures for when you graduate." Monokuma sighed. "My kids are growing up so fast."

I stopped. "Graduate? You mean how two students are allowed to leave if they become a serious couple?" It was a stupid rule.

"Ya, if that's what you wanna call it." He walked past me and stood between us. "You two are both my star students. The only two that are actually dating. However, there are two people close to beating you, so try to stay ahead."

"Who are they?" Kaito asked.

"Phupupu. I can't tell you that. It's classified information. Well unless the two come out." Come out? Does that mean what I think it is? Before I was able to ask Monokuma l, he disappeared.

Kaito put his arm around me. "Hey Maki Roll, ignore what the bear said. He's probably lying."

I sighed. "You're right. I should forget about it." I didn't. I looked into his eyes.. "Wait does this mean we're dating now?"

"Ya, I guess so." He smiled and the blush creeped back onto my face.

We talked a while before going out separate ways. Kaito said he was going to walk around the school, and I decided to go back to my dorm. I looked at Kokichi's door. I'm going to figure out why Shuichi was in his room, even if it kills me. I walked into my dorm room and waited to ask Shuichi about what happened in the morning.

Deciding to let go of that topic for now, my mind started to focus on Kaito and I. My face turned red and I went back to the first topic. After a while, I fell asleep.
