Chapter Seven

It's been almost an hour since Wonho has left to go back to his apartment to gather some things. Not long after he left, he texted me letting me know that I should lock the door just in case Hyungwon comes paying me an unwanted visit before Wonho returns. I just playfully roll my eyes at the text before I sent a okay with a smiley face emoji before locking the door. Since it was still pretty early, I decided to take a delightful and relaxing shower to freshen up a bit before Wonho returns. As I gathered my silk pajamas, my black hair brush, a white soften towel, and my favorite pair of black and white panties, my phone dinged multiple times, indicating I was getting some texts messages. Without realizing it, I couldn't help but laugh at the thought that perhaps it was Wonho who sent me the texts, but as soon as I saw Hyungwon's name pop up on my phone screen, all the items that I were holding in my left arm dropped to the ground, making me groan in annoyance as I began picking everything up from the ground before heading to my bathroom. As soon as my bare feet touched the cold flooring, I immediately slammed the door shut before locking it as I sat my things on my bathroom counter, making me look into the mirror with worry and annoyance in my eyes as my phone dinged again. And of course, it was Hyungwon. And as always, I decided to scroll through his texts, always wondering what he will say to me. But, no matter how many times he texts me, I always disregard them, not bothering to respond back to him.

From Hyungwon 💔: Babygirl, I'll be there around 1:00 a.m. I miss you so much.

From Hyungwon 💔: Damn it!! Can't you see how much I fucking miss you?!?! It's driving me insane that you always read my texts but never respond back to them. It's pretty annoying of you do to that 😒.

From Hyungwon 💔: Shit... I'm sorry princess... I'm just taking my anger out on you when I have no right to do so or at all. You breaking up with me has been taking a drastic toll on me mentally and physically.

From Hyungwon 💔: You are my one and only. My precious little angel. Y/n... take me back. I can't function without you.

From Hyungwon 💔: Sigh... I guess you'll ignore me once again. I'll just see you later tonight. Miss you babygirl. Don't forget to eat ❤️

That was the final text that I decided to read from Hyungwon, making me bite my lip in confusion, disbelief, resentment, and heartache from all his texts that he's been sending me. Even though I was the one who broke up with him, it doesn't mean that it didn't leave a void in my heart. Sighing, I decided to send Wonho a quick text that I'm going to try to take a quick but relaxing shower before switching to my music app. I decided to play I Do Love U before placing my phone down onto my bathroom counter as I stripped from all of my clothes and turned on the shower, setting the water temperature to very warm. As I stepped into the shower, my phone began to ring. But, it was not an ordinary ringtone. It is the ringtone that I had set up for Hyungwon whenever he calls me. I could feel my body stiffen as the ringing continued on as I began rubbing some of my rose scented body wash that I always get from bath and body works. I didn't realize that I was holding in a breath until the ringing had finally stopped, letting me release the breath that I was holding in. Even though I planned on having a relaxing shower, I decided to quickly apply and rinse out my shampoo and conditioner. As I finished up with my shower and that I shut the water off, the freezing cold air hit my nude and wet body, making me shiver as I carefully stepped out of the shower and onto my white fluffy rug, shakily grabbing my towel. As I finished drying off, I quickly got dressed before pausing my music and brushing through my wet long hair. Before I left the bathroom, I decided to do a light natural make up look to look at least decent when Wonho comes back. As I finished applying my make up, my phone dinged only once, letting me know I got a new text. I tapped on my phone screen a bit hastily at first, a bit afraid that it was from Hyungwon. But once I saw it was from Wonho, I couldn't help but feel a bit relieved that it was from him and not Hyungwon.

From Wonho 🐰🥕: Hey Y/n! I was wondering if you wanted me to go and pick up some of your favorite take out food since it's getting close to dinner time. That, and I want to cheer you up a bit from the break up ☺️.

I couldn't help but slightly blush at his offer as I grabbed my dirty laundry and threw it in my laundry basket before I went to sit down on my couch in the living room. For so long, Wonho has always been so kind, so caring, so loving, and so protective over me. At the time, Wonho and Hyungwon were the two people who were always there for me constantly. But now I have seen Hyungwon's true colors, I feel like I can only rely on Wonho since he's pretty much the only one who checks up on me regularly from the others.

From Wonho 🐰🥕: Oh shhhh you! You know that I'd do anything to make you happy. I'll get yours and my usual order from there. I should be back to your place in an hour or less. Now, watch some Netflix to keep yourself from being bored. See you soon xo.

I couldn't help but smile at myself before closing my phone and setting it down on my coffee table. I decided to follow Wonho's advice as I turned on the tv and scrolled through the apps until I reached the Netflix app and clicked on it. Before I could even click on my profile, I heard a soft knock on my apartment door, making me freeze in my spot as I felt my heart began to race in anxiety. I took a deep breath as I sat the remote down as I shakily stood up, slowly approaching the door as my hand carefully reached for the lock to unlock it. I took a final short breath as I unlocked and opened the door. It felt like my heart had dropped to the floor and then was set on fire as soon as my eyes laid on the person who was standing right in front of me.

"Hey Y/n. Do you have a minute to talk?"
