Things have been slightly tense for the two. San had made efforts for Wooyoung to talk to him but the boy would brush him off. San knew he had to control his little jealousy issue fast.

He still felt insecure no matter how many times Wooyoung said don't worry. Yeosang was beautiful. San, well he felt he wasn't the best-looking person. Wooyoung was also beautiful and two beautiful people together made so much sense to him. He wanted to open up even more about his insecurities to Wooyoung but simply couldn't. He was always closed off. He never wanted to be a burden. He always kept his mouth shut and only let certain words out.

"Wooyoung?" he had called out one day. It was day three of being ignored and San didn't know how he was even functioning. Wooyoung turned towards him waiting for him to continue.

"Can you please talk to me? I've apologized many times and my mind can't function like that I mentally can't deal with being ignored." he had tears in his eyes. He knew what he was capable of and he didn't want to get closer to the edge.

"San, can you just talk things out with me rather than get mad?" he said calmly. He noticed Sans tears and he had to hold himself together. San looked at him with a hurt look in his eyes.

"You don't get it, You don't understand, You never try to understand me. You tell me it's fine and that he's just a friend, but do you not understand how much it hurts to see you all smiley with someone that isn't me? if you were like that with me also there wouldn't be an issue. but he's making you happy when I can't. I'm your boyfriend are you not happy? do I have to change myself for you because I will? I'll do anything for you." he sobbed. His mind was scattered around. He felt his vision blur even more as more tears welled in his eyes. He felt lightheaded from not eating properly. He felt out of breath just from talking. He wasn't okay and Wooyoung couldn't see that.

Wooyoung didn't know what to say or do. He knew what could happen if he went closer to San in this state. He sat there and waited for him to calm down. He thought much about the situation. He couldn't understand San. He wanted freedom and maybe San just wasn't the one for him after all.

"I just feel restricted when it comes to you, maybe we aren't supposed to be together," he said causing San to look over at him with wide eyes. His worst nightmare had happened. The only person who gave him a chance was leaving. San found it selfish and unfair. No one ever took the time to help him or understand him. The one person who he was hopeful for. The person he saw was different from everyone else. The one he believed would never leave him was now leaving him to suffer on his own.

"W-wooyoung, no, I promise I'll change please you can do whatever you want as you deserve I won't be mad I'll try to change just don't go." he cried holding onto wooyoung tightly. Wooyoung looked at the boy with pitiful eyes. This was a look San always hated. He felt anger flare up but he quickly cooled down hoping it was enough to make Wooyoung stay.

"Get help and then we can talk," Wooyoung said coldly. "I'm leaving for a couple of weeks, I'll be back and if I see you're doing okay then we can end this little break. I need time to think." he finished heading towards their room and grabbing his clothes. He ignored Sans cries and started second-guessing. He too knew what San was capable of. The two have been in countless situations for San attempted suicide and he was sure it wasn't safe for him to go. But if San said he was willing to do anything for Wooyoung he would get the help the needed.

He looked over at San who was on the floor scratching at his skin. Wooyoung sighed and put the bags down grabbing Sans hands.

"How about this? I'll stay here, we can go get you to help okay? so when you come back I'll still be right here with you." he whispered. He knew he loved San. He wanted to help San and promised himself he would try to understand the boy better now. San looked up and sighed. He felt exhausted and his body ached.

"I'm so tired Wooyoung," he whispered and Wooyoung pulled the boy to his chest. It would normally be the other way around, San comforting Wooyoung. But this time made everything clear for Wooyoung. San was always there for wooyoung. He dropped everything to make sure Wooyoung was okay and held him till he fell asleep and this time it was Wooyoungs turn. He picked the boy up and headed to the bedroom, he grabbed bandaids and alcohol cleaned the scratches San had left and bandaged them up. He changed him into pajamas and tucked San in. He changed and headed off to bed holding San close.

"I'll start calling tomorrow okay? you'll be okay now," he whispered running his fingers through Sans hair making them both fall asleep.
