the reason why San wasn't able to remember anything was that I had said the doctors gave him medication, in chapter 23 I mentioned he didn't like taking it due to not liking being normal. when san can act like his supposedly "normal" self he has suicidal thoughts. that should be prevented since he's taking medicine right? but who says it's the right one? since san is off medication and refuses to take proper testing they can't diagnose him with the proper medication he needs. so since they medicated him they were going to use that opportunity to test him. but being off medication makes him feel better even though he is still suicidal. but either way, san on and off medication is just as bad, but San on medication just has more control.

but keep in mind since the doctors weren't able to figure out what was wrong with him so he is taking random medication they assumed would help. (this is illegal)

at the end of the chapter, we saw everything wear off on him, yes he had escaped the hospital that was due to him not being drugged. please remember this is fiction so all this is inaccurate

^ If that doesn't make sense please let me know!!

mini chapter:: wooyoung

"And I'm sorry." was the last sentence he had written before hiding the note somewhere in the room. He knew Yeosang would find it eventually and hoped it would be too late.

He left all his stuff in the room. He probably should've taken it with him but he knew it was pointless.

"Cheater."

"Liar."

"You don't deserve a life."

It was all he heard every day since he's been told. San was right. He got them in a mess that they can no longer get out of. He knows he should've seen what was wrong from the start. The fear he had over San was too great. He's been afraid of many things in his life, but San was always going to be number one.

He allowed San to manipulate him. Brainwash him into everything. If only he had realized sooner. He wasn't expecting life to be like this. He thought they would be in their home living a now normal life, hoping everything would be put behind them.

He knew he couldn't have proper closure with all they'd been doing. It wasn't right and the guilt was too big for him to handle.

He's been walking for hours now, Sans words still repeating in his head. he made it to his spot with tears in his eyes. This was an area he and Yeosang would hang out. It was common place in the summer, but winter made it empty. He looked around remembering all the snowball fights he had with Yeosang at a young age. The happiness he felt being with his best friend.

He went towards the woods part ignoring the do not enter signs. He felt his legs start to itch as the poison ivy touched him. Despite the cool weather, he felt sweaty and weak. The surprisingly hot sun for the weather was beaming down on him causing him to feel lightheaded. He took a seat in the dirt where the poison ivy was now touching his hands, going up to his arms and now legs. He couldn't scratch it. his body felt numb. He closed his eyes and passed out, no longer caring about the itchy sensation that was now on his face.

"Cheater."

"Liar."

"You don't deserve a life."
