Following Alice through the crowd of people was stressful. Where was Butler to plow the streets for him?
You're relying on Butler too much, why not try to at least not to be a piece of meat.
"Working out means little to me, the only interest I take to muscle is in anatomy."
"Artemis ?"
Artemis realised he had spoken out loud to Alice's hearing. The cold finally got to him and he pulled up the sleeves of his suit. It would take some time getting used to the cold.
Alice advanced to a little house which had been broken down. She kicked open the door, spraying dust everywhere. Slowly picking pace, Alice jumped over bars of rust while Artemis flopped over rusted wood.
Opening a door upstairs, they entered a room with only a looking-glass in it.
Artemis turned around saying, "Did you just bring me here to see my reflec..."
He heared a strange warping sound and turned just in time to see Alice jumping into the looking-glass.
"Well, here I go."
And Artemis entered the looking-glass.
