"Chaeyoung-ah, I'm going out now, do you need anything?" Jisoo yelled out from downstairs. I came out of the nursery room and walked downstairs to her.
"Where are you going?" I asked her suspiciously.
"I'm going to see Jennie at the hotel she's at" She answered.
"I'll come with you" I stated as she looked at me, confused.
"You realise Lisa is going to be there?" She raised an eyebrow suspiciously and I nodded.
"I think it's time for her to see Naeun, she's waited long enough and it is her kid also" I told Jisoo as she nodded before waiting for me as I strapped the baby carrier on me and put Naeun inside. I carried a bag also for all the things that she would need if she ended up crying whilst being there.
"You sure you want to do this?" Jisoo questioned me as I nodded in response.
We walked out to the bus stop as people allowed me and her to get on first due to me having a child with me.
Me and Jisoo sat down together at one of the higher levels of the bus and Jisoo ended up talking to Naeun quietly as many people started complimenting her beauty. I thanked them politely before it was our time to get off.
We got off right outside the hotel as shivers soon ran down my spine. We entered the hotel and were able to pass through the reception since it may have seemed like we already stayed at the hotel.
We took the elevator up to their floor as I followed Jisoo to their door. Jisoo knocked on the door and Jennie answered, smiling.
"Hey Chu, Chaeyoung? You decided to come?" Jennie smiled more brighter after seeing me. I nodded, deciding to be nicer to her since I was rude when we first saw each other again.
"Great, come in" She opened the door wider for us to gain access. She cooed at Naeun as we both walked in.
"I'm guessing you want to speak to Lisa?" She suggested as I nodded confidently. She smiled proudly before going into one of the two bedrooms that were there. After a few minutes, she walked back out of the room, but without Lisa.
"She's inside, you can go in" She informed me as I bowed to her before walking towards the door. I took a deep breath before entering as she looked at me, surprised but also shocked.
"I-Is that-" She started but I was quick to cut her off.
"Yes, this is Naeun, your daughter" I introduced her, taking the baby carrier off of me and holding Naeun in my arms instead.
"Can I hold her?" She questioned as I started to think about it for a few seconds before allowing her to.
I gave her to Lisa as I stood, admiring how well the pair got along at just the first association. Lisa talked to her quietly as her smile finally showed. I then thought about how much I really missed Lisa.
How she always used to laugh cutely at all the stupid jokes I made. How she used to smile upon seeing me. How she used to be always be herself. Maybe I was the reason why she changed. And how she changed to end up being so colder and upset toward the world.
I was interrupted by my thoughts with my phone ringing. I quickly stepped out of the room and managed to find their empty bathroom. I locked the door once I got in and answered the call.
Dad❤️🤓: Roseanne, are you alright?
Princess Rosie🥺🥰: Dad? I'm okay, what about you?
Dad❤️🤓: I'm sorry about your mother, Hyeri told me about what happened.
Princess Rosie🥺🥰: How did Hyeri know?
Dad❤️🤓: She said Lisa told her and don't get mad at her because I'm not mad at you. I won't ever get mad at you Rosé.
Princess Rosie🥺🥰: Thank you. I have a question to ask about my university fees.
Dad❤️🤓: I already paid it. You have nothing to worry about sweetheart. I can't wait to meet Naeun.
Princess Rosie🥺🥰: How do you know her name?
Dad❤️🤓: Jisoo told me. Me and your sister shall be visiting very soon if your mother allows us to. I want you to stay strong Rosie, things will get difficult but I know you're get through them all.
Princess Rosie🥺🥰: Thank you dad, I love you.
Dad❤️🤓: I love you too Rosie, I'll see you soon.
I waited for him to hang up on me as tears came to my tears unwillingly. I wiped them away before anyone could notice and entered the bedroom again to see Lisa feeding Naeun with the bottle I packed for her.
"She started crying and I realised she was hungry so, I had to check if you had anything. I'm sorry" She explained to me.
"It's okay, I'm glad you did" I smiled softly at her before sitting down next to her. Naeun fell asleep in Lisa's arms after a few more minutes of silence.
"Have you thought about it?" She questioned as I was dreading that she was going to say this.
"Even though, you hurt me. I can't seem to let you go due to how long we've known each other and from how many memories we have together. So, because of this, we can still be together" I told her. I got embraced by her too quickly to even think if I was making the right decision or not.
How could I go back to someone who left me so easily for someone else and yet seemed so happy with that someone else? I didn't have the power to reject her because I'm too in love to realise what I'm even doing with my life.
I'm weak and everyone knows it. But, because of who I am, all I realised now was that I wanted Lisa. I need Lisa. And nobody else but Lisa.
