"Aren't you going to see your best friend in the hospital Jen or should I call her your girlfriend?" Kai taunted.

"She already knows about it Jongin. It happened ages ago, let it go" Jennie glared at him, not showing an inch of annoyance by what he said at all.

"And you're still with her? Wow, you're really bold then" He smirked at me, folding his arms.

"Why did you do it?" I questioned him, trying to hold in the tears that were about to fall.

"I did it because I can" He told me.

"You can't do that Kai and you know you can't do that! You only did that because her daughter and her girlfriend were here for the first time! Why are you always so selfish?!" Jen screamed at him, before I put a hand on her shoulder and she calmed down.

"It's not my fault she got all aggressive with me before the race" Kai complained.

"You was the one that tried to flirt with her girlfriend!" Jennie continued to shout at her as she wasn't admitting defeat.

"Nae, let's go. We should go home and rest since it's late" I informed the younger girl and she shook her head.

"I want to see mom" She responded and I was about to answer before Jisoo spoke.

"I'll take you guys to see Lisa" She said and Naeun smiled, embracing the girl as a thank you.

"I'm not done with you" Jennie glared at him and Kai glared back before being pulled away by one of his staff members.

"J-Jisoo, c-can we talk?" Jennie questioned her, suddenly growing timid and Jisoo nodded, nervously also.

"I'll give you both some time, let's go wait in the car Naeun" I informed the girl. Jisoo handing me her car keys for us to walk off to find her car.

"I wanted to apologise to you about what happened" I told the girl and she glanced at me as if she was studying me.

"You don't have to apologise, I forgave you before. I just didn't want to admit it" She replied as I was shocked to hear that she had already forgiven me ages ago.

"I'll never do something like that to you again, especially since Lisa has Chaeyoung and her daughter now" I felt more relaxed since I was forgiven, but I still felt like I had to prove something to her.

"Let's just take things slowly from now on, okay?" Jisoo suggested and I nodded, agreeing with her before she wrapped her arms around my neck. She pulled me in closer and rested her head on my shoulder.

I smiled at the warm proximity and wrapped my arms around her waist, bringing her in more closer to me as I just enjoyed the moment.

"Okay, let's go" Jisoo stated, opening the car door as she got into the driver's seat and Jennie got into the front passenger seat.

"You're coming also?" Naeun said from beside me as we were both sitting in the back.

"Of course I am. Lisa's my best friend. If that's okay with you?" Jennie asked Naeun, but she was looking at me instead.

Naeun nodded confidently before turning to me. I gave her a soft smile and nodded also. Jennie smiled back at the pair of us before turning back round to Jisoo.
