The Guardian [Naruto Fan-fic]

We're Not Monsters , We're Humans!

Miyako's POV

   'Where's Naruto, he should be here by now?' I sat there thinking where Naruto could be while looking at Daisuke and Hikaru eating their ramen. It was getting dark, so I get up from my seat and start to head out, "You two keep eating, I'm going to look for Naruto." 

    "Okay." They reply stuffing their mouths with ramen.

    I smile and open the door and went outside. I sniff the air trying to find Naruto's scent. A faint scent leads to the forest, so I follow it. As the scent gets stronger, I smell more people maybe 2 more and another metal scent, blood. I start running faster and see Naruto, Iruka-sensei, and Mizuki-sensei. I stop and hide behind a tree and listen to their conversation and notice a cut on Iruka. 'That's why I smell blood.' 

    As I hear them talking I hear Mizuki-sensei, "You are the nine tail fox, and thats why no one will accept you!!"

    "That's enough Mizuki-sensei.." I come out of my hiding spot and see them stare at me with shock faces.

   Naruto stared at me ,"You knew about this, Miyako? That I have the nine tails in me?" He looked at me sad.

     I look down and gave a sad smile, "Yes ,I knew because I too have a beast in me."

     "What?"

     Iruka-sensei looks at me, "You knew you have the beast in you, Miyako?"

     "Yeah, but right now it's not story time," I look at Naruto then at Mizuki ," From what I can tell, you told Naruto that the scroll contains jutsus and if he completes one of the jutsus, he passes the exam and becomes a ninja."

     Mizuki smirks, "As expected from monster."

     I lost all my temper, "We are not monster!! We're just like you!! We're humans!! We just have beasts in us, so they don't hurt other people!!" My hair started to turn white and chakra danced around me. I turned to Naruto, "Hey Naruto how about we beat up the monster."  I turned to Mizuki and smirk.

     Naruto smiled back, "Sure."

     Naruto did hand signs first, "Shadow clone jutsu!!!" About 100 Naruto clones appear.

  Naruto made 100 clones and they all look alike!! Iruka-sensei needs to give Naruto a headband!!' I made hand signs and said, "Ice clone jutsu!!" I made about 20 ice clones. "Ready Narutos?" My clones said.

     "Ready!!"

     "CHARGE!!" All my clones and Naruto's clones charged at Mizuki and beat him up.

     About an hour passed and our clones dissapeared and a beaten up Mizuki appeared. Iruka-sensei smiled at us. 

     Naruto looks at me, "Hey Miyako?"

     I turned to look at him, "What is it?"

     "Why didn't you tell me about the nine tails?"

     I smile and look at him, "I didn't want you to go through more bad things and make your life worse."

     "Thanks Miyako."

     Iruka-sensei walks up to us, "Hey Naruto, close your eyes I want to give you a surprise."

     Naruto closes his eyes and I look at Iruka-sensei confused. He takes off his headband and makes signals to tell me to put mine on. I put mine on and see Iruka putting Naruto the headband.

      "Okay open your eyes." Naruto opens them and looks at me and notices my headband. "Congratulations, you pass!"
      I see Naruto's eyes getting watery, "I told you I was going to wear my headband when you pass Naruto."
     Naruto tackles Iruka-sensei and we start laughing. 'Naruto might not know what being a ninja really means.' Furostomi says in my head.
     'Yeah, but if I tell him now it might ruin his mood. He'll know later on as time pass of being a ninja really means.' I tell Furostomi and still laugh with Naruto and Iruka-sensei.
       And thats when me and Naruto finally become ninjas, but more danger comes our way at the same time.......
