The change in pressure indicated that they entered pack lands. It was a pressure on their minds, making them aware that the lands had been claimed. Although they were welcome in this pack, a pack they had helped before, Alias felt very overwhelmed, nervous even.

Everyone was seen as a threat at the moment, his instincts not used to having someone else, someone so important to him. He was on edge and his mate was extremely vulnerable, which made him on guard. He knew his brothers, the good people of this pack, but he couldn't help it. He wanted to ensure her safely but she was already harmed.

She hadn't moved at all, his mate, that is. Not even a twitch or change of respirations or heart rate. On top of that, he had no physical wounds or injuries, which made him feel absolutely useless and distraught. How was he supposed to help his mate when he can't see what wrong.

Through, he knew that this wasn't an easy fix. It was not as simple as setting a broken limb and letting it heal. No, this was something internal, something deeper and more extent. Something that threatened her life. Threatened to take her away from he, and he had just only found her.

As soon as the car was parked, the driver got opened opened his door, allowing him to slide out, mate still curled protectively to his chest. He'd only been here once, for a few weeks many moons ago, but he still knew his way around. He wasted no time, heading towards the pack house with a purpose, to the pack doctor. Formalities and greetings could be made later.

As soon as he opened the door, the doctor stood, pointing to bed and told him to place her there and stand back, as if she knew he was coming. He was reluctant to lay her down, to let her go, but he had to, he knew he had to. He laid her down gently, making sure the pillows were supporting her head. The doctor was quick to grab trays and other materials and was back at his mate's side, touching her the skin in her arm. He had to refrain himself from lashing out.

"She's burning up." She muttered and moved her hand to her forehead. "Weak wolf." She turned to her cabinets and bent down, grabbing a blanket and covered her up.

"Why?" He clenched his fists. "More heat."

"Yes, the heat will be good for her." She said, not looking at him though he was intently watching her every move. "Her body seems as if it is trying to burn something off. Drugs possibly." She grabbed a clear bag of liquid with long tube and a needle. He watch she put on gloves and wiped his mate's arms with a cotton ball before uncapping the needle. "IV drip, it's to help with her dehydration." She explain as she placed the needle in carefully, then somehow connected the tubing and the clear liquid started to drip.

She then moved to the other side of the bed, pushing a tray with her. She grabbed her other arm and wiped it with another cotton ball. She turned the arm back and forth before slapping it with a bit of force, which made him growl lowly.

"You not hit her." His body trembled, taking a step towards her.

"I need to find a vein. I need to take blood." She says, not even turning towards him. She grabbed something and tied it around her arm. "If she is drugged, I need to know with what do I can find help her." She tapped her arm again, this time more gently but it still had force behind it. "I'm hitting her to increase the strength of the vein so I don't do through it." She turned her arm and hummed, grabbing a different looking needle and took the thing she tied off. She inserted it and he watched as she took blood and put it in a small tube.

"No hit again." He said it firmly.

"I won't hit her again." She promised and held up the tube of blood, which made his stomach roll. Blood didn't bother him but seeings his mate's for the first time did. "It's very thick, which means she needs more water."

"And she eat?" He questioned. She couldn't eat if she was unconscious.

"If she doesn't wake up, I can give her nutrients through the IV. It will give her everything she needs." He nodded and watched as threw thing and away and wiped down the trays. She grabbed a chair and placed it by the bed, gesturing for him to sit down.

"Thank you." He said. "For help."

"It's not a problem." She smiled. "I'm going to go test her blood. It's going to take a few hours but you are more then welcome stay. If she wakes up or if anything changes, tell someone to come get me. My name is Dr. Rhea."

"Arias." He said simply. She looked from him to the bed.

"I'm just glad that she had someone like you to wake up to." She gave a small, sad smile before slipping out of the room.

He turned his full focus back to the bed. She was still pale and sweating but she was still the most beautiful girl he has ever seen. He clasped her hand and placed a kiss on the back of it. Her skin was dry but he didn't mind one bit. He was just glad to have her too.
