The Beggining Of A Wonderful Friendship...

I woke up to the sound of laughter echoing throughout the large factory. I sat up, and to my surprise, felt great. It must've been that lotion... "Ah I see Rachel's awake." William said calmly, walking over to the couch I was sitting on. He placed his hand on my forehead and I flinched. "Calm down. I swear to god I'm not going to kill you!" He said, his tone full of amusement. I'm honestly not so sure about that. "Okay well then were gonna have to figure out how to gain that trust because honestly this is kinda pissing me off." William said out of the blue. I groaned, "Seriously Will... You REALLY need to stop doing that! My own personal thoughts are just vanishing into thin air!" William snorted, "Well maybe that's not necessarily a bad thing." I glared at him, but stopped when my brother came into view. He had a huge grin on his face, a grin I hadn't seen in years. I couldn't help but smile. "You know, you actually don't look so scary when your smiling." William said with that awful smirk of his back on his face. Shocking myself, I giggled. "Yeah well it's only fair, it's kind of nice to not be all alone." I replied, my smile growing bigger at the thought. William sat next to me and stared at me for a moment, no emotion showing on his face. I blushed, "What?" My smile growing slightly larger. He shook his head and smirked once again, "Oh I don't know... Just feeling a bit... Evil." Before I could reply his hands reached toward me rapidly before they reached my stomach and I screeched. "Stop! S-stop!!!" I yelled, "C....can...can't... Breath..." I yelled between laughs. He didn't stop, and my stomach began to hurt from the laughter. "Stop... Tickling... Me!!" I yelled again. I began to lose control of my body, and before I could stop myself , I fell over, landing directly on his lap. He froze. Heat exploded through my face. We stared at each other for a moment, our eyes not leaving each other's... "Um... Hello? Earth to Will? Reicheru?" Yonatan questioned. Will's eyes finally left mine, and I couldn't help but to feel a little sad... Why? A hint of a blush crept on his face as he realized I was still on his lap. Seeing him blush made me burst out laughing, and I just couldn't stop. I hit him playfully in the arm, causing him to start laughing with me. I sat up and scooted my way away from him. I couldn't help but sigh, that rush of happiness making me think... "Whatcha thinkin about?" William asked, finally done laughing. I smiled at his question, "I don't know... I guess... I haven't laughed like that in years... I almost forgot how it felt... To feel... Happy." A smirk grew on his face and I could tell he was about to say something that was going to make me really angry. "So I made you happy eh?" "Oh shut it," I spat, "Don't get too cocky." Yonatan laughed and walked over to the couch, sitting beside Will. "Okay... It's been WAY too long since I've eaten something. Can we PLEASE go eat?" Yonatan pleaded. I nodded, "Yes, I'm hungry too!" "Well then what are we waiting for, let's go!" William said as he began to stand up, me and Yonatan following suit. And together, we made our way out of the factory.

Before we entered the cafe, I couldn't help but think about that man. What happend? You know... After I passed out? William looked at me knowingly and nodded his head, "Don't worry Rachel, I took care of him. You shouldn't be seeing him again for at least another week!" He grinned, obviously proud of what he had done. I rolled my eyes but smiled, then we entered the cafe. As we found our way to a table, Yonatan cheered, "Oh my gosh! They made crackers free! Reicheru loooook! They're freeee!" I look at the poster on the door to the the kitchen. It read:

"ATTENTION
NEW ARRANGEMENT~
•FREE CRACKERS
•FREE WATER"

My eyes widened and through the corner of my eye I could see Will looking at Yonatan, his face full of confusion. I walked over the the sign, not taking my eyes off of it. When I got got to touching length, I reached my hand out and stroked it carefully, as if my eyes were just playing a trick on me and the sign was going to disappear any moment. A shoulder gently brushed against mine and i turned to see William standing right beside me. A flashback of yesterday crawled it's way back to my mind, finding Will by my side, punching the guy who had shot me, standing up for me.... I smiled at the thought. Will looked over to me and smiled in return. Seeing his smile, my stomach felt queazy and my face tinted pink. "I just want you to know... I'm really thankful for what you did yesturday." I said softly, looking at the ground. "Reicheru..." He whispered, "Look at me." Following orders, I looked up, doing my best to hide the tint of pink on my face. His smile grew more. My stomach felt even more strange just looking at him... And that beautiful smile... What am I thinking?! "I promise..." He said, his eyes not leaving mine, "from here on out... You won't be alone... I won't let it happen. I'm here now, and I promise I'll stay by your side. So don't be afraid of me anymore... Okay?" His face was stern, but his tone was soft. A tear fell down my face... It wasn't because I'm sad... I mean how could I be sad? It was from relief... I let out a shaky sigh... And I fell into his arms, closing my eyes tightly as another tear fell. He flinched, but quickly snapped out of it. His muscly arms wrapped around me, returning the hug. My eyes opened from shock, but I quickly closed them again and hugged him even tighter. "You better not be lying to me." I said teasingly. But I meant it. He smiled at me and pulled away. "I'm not... I promise." He wiped away my tears and leaned his head on my forehead. "Just don't be such a pain all the time and we'll get along just fine." He joked, causing me to giggle. "Oh IM a pain?" I joked back. He lifted his head back up and laughed, "Fine, I'll do my best too." I smiled, "That's more like it." He stared at me for what felt like forever, until Yonatan came up and grabbed my hand, "Look! Table for three!! Let's goooo! I'm gonna starve to death at this rate!!" I laughed but then nodded. With Yonatan leading, me and William walked side by side. He grabbed my hand and my heart almost skipped a beat. I looked over at him, not bothering to hide my blush, and he just winked, that irritating smirk on his face. "Put that smirk on your face again, I swear to god my hand is going to be next." I threatend. He rolled his eyes, "ooh I'm sooooo scared." He teased. Right after though, he smiled at me, replacing that god awful smirk. I let go of his hand to sit down at the three chaired round table. My mind was racing a thousand miles an hour, but this time it wasn't from fear... Or confusion... For the first time in a really long time, me and Yonatan were actually... Happy. A feeling we haven't felt in a really long time. The best part is, were not alone anymore... And in all honesty, that's the best feeling in the world.

PHEW THAT WAS A LONG CHAPTER. I hope it's not too bad lol. I was super happy writing this chapter! Finally Reicheru is beggining to trust William. I'm super hyped for the next one, were gonna have some more action. It's about time lol. Sorry if this chapter bored you, I just needed to add some personal stuff with Reicheru and William. They are the two main characters after all! So yeah!! :) hope you enjoyed it. I'm really sorry for the horribly long wait....... please forgive me!
