" alright class, I'm allowing you to go five minutes early today since you all have behaved well." Ana, their history teacher spoke, packaging up her own stuff.
The whole class cheered happily at the good news and started packing right away. Like usual, Genji were one of the last ones to leave the classroom, but this time, Lúcio was with him. Angela shared this class with them as well, but had left early.
" Hanna has been so excited and is really looking forward to introduce you to the others in the club" Lúcio chuckled as they walked down the hallway towards the classroom that had been assigned them.
" really..? Well that's nice of her" Genji replies and chuckled nervously. He knew he had mentioned earlier that he wasn't interested in making friends with anyone, but now he was feeling the opposite, witch in his case, was a bad idea.
" yeah, she's really cool" Lúcio chuckled as he quietly walked beside him. Genji turned his head to look at him, a little bit surprised to find him blushing.
" you like her don't you!" Genji gasped as he realized. Lúcio quickly covered his mouth, feeling more embarrassed than ever. Genji only chuckled and held up his hands.
" your secret if safe with me, don't you worry." He assured him. Lúcio shyly grins up at him and quietly nods " thank you bro... I haven't told anyone, so you're the first" he shyly admits.
" you should tell her... you two seem to be very close" Genji suggests, but just when Lúcio was about to answer, the door to the right of them flew open and Hanna herself jumped out in front of them, pulling them both into a big hug. " WELCOME GENJI TO OUR GAMING CLUB!" She cheered happily. People turned around to look at them from the hallways, but before he could do anything about it, Hanna grabbed his hand and pulled him into the classroom where the rest of the group were. This was unexpected as now everyone were watching him, all the attention being on him. How embarrassing...
" Genji, this is Mei, Lena, Baptist! They're all very talented gamers!" Hanna had grabbed Genji's hand and dragged him over to great the others.
" Hello!" A skinny brown haired girl, witch according to Hanna was Lena reached out her hand and grabbed Genji's shoulders, grinning brightly at him as she studied his face.
" now you are a hottie! A good guy I guess too!" She laughed and patted his chin as she let go of him. Genji wasn't used to this much joy coming from one person, was she alright?
Mei however was quite the opposite of Lena. Yes she was a bit larger and all but she at least seemed more quiet. She simply just gave him a short shy wave and smiled. Baptist seemed cool, he simply reached out his hand and greeted him.

" Howdy!" The door to the classroom flew open and a tall brown haired boy came in, Genji recognizing him right away.
It was the same kid he had ran into from the wardrobe on his first day of school. But.. wasn't he hanging around Akande and his gang? He surely had seen him with them multiple times.
" Jesse! You're here! Late as always.. but you're here! You should meet Genji! He's our new club member!" Hanna happily hugged him. Jesse kindly hugged her back and looked up at Genji who simply was standing beside Lucio being nervous.
Did he know ..?
Was he mad at him?
Because of what had happened on the bus?
Was he taking Akande's side...?
But Jesse didn't seem mad at all, actually, he seemed quite happy. He walked over to Genji and put an arm around his shoulder, acting like they had known each other for years.
" We've already met! Cool of you to invite him to our club Hanna" he chuckled and looked over at Genji.
Why did people always have to be so... touchy.. and why couldn't everyone just not give him all their attention? All he wanted was to be left alone.... or at least not be noticed...
It took a while, but eventually, Hana brought all the attention back to her and began the meeting.
However, Mccree didn't let go of Genji. As all the others were busy listening to Hana, Mccre quietly lowers his head and leaned his face closer to Genji's, wearing a more serious expression now.
" ya know... what ya did on that buss wasn't smart kid" Mccre whispered, loud enough for only Genji to hear.
Genji didn't reply. Yes, it had been stupid, but he had no idea that seat had been Akande's seat.
" they're watching ya Genji... they want revenge.. and I suggest you stay away from Angela... there's people who's willing to do anything to get her.. and right now.. you're a threat." Mccre spoke, still holding his arms around Genji's shoulders, holding him uncomfortably close.
Genji slowly turns his head to face Mccre. They're eyes quietly met, and Genji could tell by the look of them that he was serious. Of course people would love Angela, she was the kindest human being he had ever met, and probably the kindest human ever to exist on this planet.
" I'm not scared of them. Tell your boss I don't fear him at all. Angela is my friend, and I would never break our friendship just because of a gang who is treating me" Genji didn't expect himself to turn so dark, but he did. He really didn't like this guy, and he really didn't like Akande, the worst bully on the school.
" he ain't mah boss," Mccree replied, but before he got to say anything more, Genji broke the grip McCree had on him and quietly walked over to Lúcio who had chosen a table to sit next by.
Yes, what Mccree had told him did scare him, but if he wanted to be around these guys, he couldn't let fear take control. At least not this time.
However, the club seemed alright. Hanna was a great leader and talked about different games she usually played, teaching the others different strategies and techniques to help them out. To Genji's surprise, he learned that Hanna wasn't just a gamer girl, but she was actually an award winning gamer, one among the best players in the country!
Lúcio has been kind enough to let Genji team up with him to play his favorite game. But Genji noticed that Angela hadn't shown up yet... she had told him that she also was a part of this club and would join them soon... but why wasn't she here just yet? Was something wrong..? Was she alright?
He quietly picked up his phone when it was Lúcios turn to play and quietly typed in a message to her.

Genji: everything alright...?

Genji typed in and sent the message. He couldn't help but feel a bit worried. He really hoped that Akande and his gang hadn't caught up with her and now we're being jerks again.. he hoped she was alright...
Quietly he puts away his phone as there doesn't seem like she was going to answer.
" you alright?" Lúcio asks as he noticed that Genji was acting a bit off.
" no I'm fine" Genji stupidly grins up at his friend as he felt stupid for being so concerned for a girl he nearly knew.
" nah bro, I can tell by the look on you're face that something is up. What's on your mind?" Lúcio now turns his attention away from the game and towards Genji, not caring if he was losing.
" it's nothing really... I'm just curious to why Angela haven't shown up yet.. she told us she was going to meet us here..." Genji whispered the last part as he felt stupid. Lúcio however couldn't help but let out a large grin.
" I guess I'm not the only one here who has feelings for a certain someone" he chuckled and poked Genji with his elbow. Genji wanted to deny this and tell him that he didn't feel anything towards the blonde girl and that they were just friends, but he couldn't bring himself to. His whole face turned red, and he had to admit it.... he was in love with the Angel...
" damn bro, you're being serious" Lucio whispered as he realized this was actually true. Genji actually had feelings for Angela... of course... she was a very pretty girl, and manny boys were in love with her.. but for some reason, Lúcio knew Only Genji truly deserved her. A large grin crossed his face and he had decided to do it. He was going to help Genji get closer with Angela.

" what are you two talking about?" A voice appeared from behind them and made the two of them almost jump off their seats.
" Angela!" Lucio suddenly bursts out and looks up at the blonde girl before them.
" yes, I'm here, so sorry for being late, I ran into Phara on my way here. She needed some help and it took a bit longer than I had expected it to, but I'm here now" she chuckled and pulled out a chair next to Genji.
" who's Phara?" Genji asked as he didn't recognize that name. Was she also a part of this gaming club?
" is she also In this group?"
Angela shook her head and chuckled. " Phara? A gamer? No way, she's the exact opposite. She's the captain of the soccer team for girls. A good friend of mine." Angela answered, pulling out her own computer out of her bag as she was getting prepared to play.
" she's in our class Genji. The dark skinned girl who always walks around in sports clothing" Lúcio tells him, and then slowly leans in closer to whispers something.
" she's the asshole who chased you away from her seat on your first day of school here" he mumbled, and now Genji knew who she was. Phara was the girl who had treated him like shit. How in the world could Angela befriend such a rude person?!
" well I'm glad I managed to get her in time, wane play together?" She smiled at Genji and invited him to join her. A blush crossed his face and turned to look at Lúcio. The dark skinned boy only grins in return and nods at him.
Of course he would let Mr.lovervoy spend some time with the Angel.
