Some few days had passed by and Genji had started to get used to this place. He knew how to find his way to different classes without help, and he had managed to memorize all his different classes, not needing a map to remember it by.
Lúcio however had almost never left his side. The two of them had grown quite close, and Genji could almost call him his best friend now, but of course, they weren't there just yet. He was still struggling with the fact of putting his trust in people. After what his family clan had done to him.. what his brother had done... he wasn't sure if he ever could fully trust anyone like he once had done... after all.. Hanzo had been his very best friend...

Genji and Lucio were heading towards the cafeteria where they had agreed to meet up with their gang. Yes, Genji has been excepted into the gaming gang and mostly spent his time around Hanna, Lúcio, Mei, Lena, Baptiste, and some few more people he hadn't payed much attention to. Sometimes, Angela would join their table to, but she had many friends around and couldn't always be around.
This of course did badger Genji a bit, but he didn't let it annoy him as he had no right to.
" the line is long Genji, I guess we should just get in the queue wile it's still not to long" Lucio suggests and they both agree. Hanna and Mei has already gotten their plates of food and was waiting for them at their table.
" Lucio... what's up with this Mccree guy..." Genji mumbled as he watched the cowboy walk past them and over to the table where Akande and his gang sat. He had noticed that the cowboy did spend a lot of his time hanging around them... and according to Lúcio, Mccre was a part of their gang.
" Jesse? Nah he's just a bad actor. He's only with those bastards because of her." He pointed at a girl by their table. She was dark skinned and dressed in most purple, her hair also being colored to match her outfit.
" Sombra. He's obsessed with her." Lúcio chuckled and moved some steps forward as the queue was moving.
" Sombra, he's hanging around that gang, just because of a girl he likes? And she's one of them?" Genji couldn't understand this guy... why would he fall in love with a girl who's hanging around people like Akande? They were all a bunch of bullies...
" I really don't know... I don't know why he likes her, but he does. I guess there must be a good reason, because those people are feared by the whole school..." Lúcio mumbled and didn't badger to give more details. He honestly didn't know that much, and he simply didn't care. Mccre was a good friend of his... he would never turn his back to them. He just knew he wouldn't.
Genji didn't have any more questions to ask Lúcio. He was still confused, but he decided to not badger to care, after all, Mccre hadn't done anything to him, except warn him. Without thinking, he gazed over to the Talon table, not sure why, but he regretted doing so as he suddenly got eye contact with the person he least expected to... Akande was staring at him... his dark gaze didn't move as they watched each other. Genji could feel the shivers run down his back as this was very creepy... he could feel Akande's hatred towards him... burning rage... and he knew something was going to happen soon... he hadn't forgotten what had happened on the bus...

" Hanna told us to bring snacks by the way" Lúcio suddenly interrupts and drags Genji's attention away from Akande.
" snacks...?" Genji was confused at this.
" to the sleep over party. She told us to bring snacks. Have you even been listening to me?!" He gave Genji a suspicious glare before he chuckled.
" sorry.. I was just lost in my thoughts" Genji nervously smiled, trying his best to hide the truth.
" well, we have to bring snacks for tonight. If not, she's going to kill me"
" you? Not us?" Genji asked confused and Lúcio gently puts a hand onto his shoulder.
" believe me Genji, she's not going to hurt you, but I'm not safe when it comes to this" he chuckled. He and Hanna had known each other for years, they were the closest of friends and they were not careful towards each other, treating one another as if they were siblings,
" alright..? Please don't die then, I don't want to be left alone as the only guy at this sleepover party" Genji replies, knowing very well that Baptiste would also be there.
" nah bro, you wouldn't be the only one." He laughed and now they finally reached the lady who serves the food around here.
" thank you miss Orisa" Lúcio greets the lady who served them food and together, the two of them heads towards their table, joining Hanna and Mei.

From the other side of the room, by the Talon table, Akande watched the green haired boy join his friends by their table. His eyes were on him.
" common Akande, what's up with you and that kid? It's not like you to get all pissed over some random kid." Jamison speaks with his mouth full of spaghetti.
" no wonder why people call you Junkrat, you're eating like one" moira mumbles as she was getting annoyed at his strange habits. Akande finally turns his attention away from Genji and looks over at his friends. Moira, Jamison, Mako and Amalie were all gathered around him, as they now looked over at him. They had noticed his strange rage towards the new kid and hoped to get an explanation.
" ?Que ahora? What's up with you guys?" Sombra finally joins them, Mccre standing by her side, holding two plates of cafeteria food.
" at the moment, nothing. I will tell you guys later" Akande groans. His gang were always like this, curious about everything.
" we have kinda noticed how furious you are towards that green kid over there, we're not stupid Akande..." Amalie speaks, sounding almost bored. Typical her.
" is it because Angela is hanging around him a lot?" Sombra grins as she takes her seat next to Mako, who hadn't said much. Mccre took the empty seat next to her, hoping she wouldn't mind.
" w..what? no!" He replies angrily, trying his very best to sound convincing, but it didn't seem to work.
" RIGHT.. mr. strong over here is to shy to admit his feelings towards the famous Angela, what a joke. You know there's more beautiful girls out there" moira couldn't help but get annoyed. She hated the blonde, famous know it all. Angela has been her number 1 rival from the very first day of school, and she couldn't stand the fact that even their leader had an eye for her.
" don't you ever call me that again and no! I don't have a crush on Angela if that's what you're saying" Akande replies.
" suuuurrre, then why do you hate that kid? Is it because he sat on your precious seat?" Sombra grins up at him, knowing he was going to admit it sooner or later. It wasn't the first time someone had taken his seat by accident.
" as I told you, i will tell you guys later, this place is to crowded" These people had no patient.
" so you're actually inviting us over to your place?" Jamison grins, his eyes wide in hopes of this being true.
" yeah sure, just don't bring anyone along, it's not exactly a party this time, more like a gang gathering" Akande replies to Jamison and wide grins spreads across their faces as they were happy to finally be allowed to visit his place. He was well known for throwing the best parties around town.
" sounds good to me" Mccre chuckled and leans back in his seat, putting his arm around Sombra, attempting to flirt with her, but it didn't take long until she slapped his arm away.
" hands off Vaquero" she snapped at him, and ignores his presence after that. It was had to impress this girl, but Jesse wasn't going to give up this easily. Even through she was a Talon member, he believed there had to be a sweet side of her as well.
" my place, tomorrow night" Akande says as he stands up from their table, grabbing his empty plate off food, ready to leave.
" and remember, no visitors from outside the gang, alright? This isn't a party."
" yeah yeah boss, no party, but a happy gathering, probably including a lot of fun" Jamison chuckled and pokes Mako, known as Roadhog. The pig looking guy only turned to look down at his short friend in reply. They had been the best of friends for as long as he could remember.
" see you guys later then" Amalie stands up from her seat as well and grabs her plate to leave. Class was about to start anyway.
As they all rushed towards their classes, Akande couldn't help but turn his attention back at the green haired new kid.
Genji is what he had heard Angela call him that day on the bus, and soon, this Genji would pay for his mistake.
