" that's pretty strange...?" Reyes mumbles as he turns the volume down on the tv.
" what's wrong..?" Genji replies as the movie they were watch suddenly had gotten interrupted by a weird beeping noise coming from his phone. Genji who has been living with him for a while now knew that this wasn't his usual call noise.
" blackwatch is calling me in..." Reyes tone got more serious now. Without knowing why, he got a very bad feeling about this all...
" does that mean..." he slowly begins but Reyes shakes his head.
" it has nothing to do with you, I'm sure of it. They would have called you in as well if something was wrong." Reyes gets up from the sofa and looks down at Genji who looked back up at him. He could see the fear in his eyes... he had no problem being home alone at daytime... but it was dark outside now and leaving him home alone would scare him..  should he bring him along..? No.. blackwatch had strict rules..
" it won't take long, why don't you stay up and watch the rest of the movie?"
" you sure...?" Genji couldn't help but be scared. He didn't want to be left alone at home, but he knew this meeting had to be important..
" Very sure" Reyes pats him on the head and then walks out the hallway towards the door. He grabs his jacket before he calls out one more thing.
" call me if you need something" after that, the door shuts and Genji is left all alone. He could feel his own pulse go up. Why was he such a coward!? Why was he scared of just being home alone!? Out of frustration, he got up from the sofa and quietly wallow over to the kitchen. Nothing was going to happen. He was safe, he was home, therefore, he had no reason to worry. He was going to grab a bag of chips and enjoy the rest of the movie like a normal kid at his age would. After all, it wasn't everyday he was allowed to stay up this late, right?
He grabbed the bag of chips and was just about to sit back down onto the couch as the doorbell goes off.
Automatically, his mind detected danger, but Genji had to stop himself from loosing it.
" calm down you idiot... it's probably Reyes..." Genji calmly mumbles and gently puts away the bag of chips and tries to walk as calmly as possible over to the door.
It was a bit strange that someone would come over to his house at this time of the night, but as he had thought earlier, it was probably just Reyes.
His heart beats faster by every step he took closer to the door... voices inside his head kept repeating the words Danger and he couldn't help but fear whoever was on the other side.
" just.... just do it.." without another word, Genji forces himself to open the door.
The heavy night skies was the first thing he saw, and something he had expected... But never in the whole wide world would he expect to see McCree stand outside, looking like he was about to pass out.
" Oh God am I glad to see you!" Genji burst out as he happily as he sees McCree standing there instead of a creepy stranger. Without hesitation, he invites McCree inside.
" what's up with you tho? It looks like you've been running for your life" He chuckles as an exhausted Jesse walking into the hallway. McCree wasn't able to reply just yet as he was trying his very best to catch his breath after all the running. Genji noticed it and went back into the kitchen to fetch him a glass of water.
" take your time..."
something wasn't right... that he noticed right away.. but what in the world would bring McCree to come to his house at this time of day..?
Without asking any more questions, he calmly hands the glass of water to him and McCree gladly excepts it. Just as half of the water had been drank, McCree puts the cup down and quickly grabs hold of the USB in his pocket.
" G...Genji!" He bursts out. He was still struggling to breathe but mangled to at least get some few words out.
" T..They know!"
Genji looked confused down at the USB that McCree was holding onto.
" knows what Jesse...?" He asks confused, but his expression told Genji everything.... whatever it was... it meant Danger.

McCree opens his mouth to speak when the sound of a phone goes off.
" who's calling??" McCree's speaks as Genji pulls out his phone from his pocket. No one calls at this time ... and if there would be a person in the world who would do it... then it would be McCree.. and he was standing before him in his very own home.
" who's calling!?" McCree repeated, sounding more stressed.
" it's... it's Angela, don't worry" relief escapes both of them. Of it was only Angela, then it was fine.
But then.... just as Genji was about to press rye answer button... a thought came to his mind..
" Angela's phone is broken..."
McCree didn't like this joke at all. How in the world would this be funny to joke about?
" yeah nice try.." McCree replies.
" no I'm serious... she came over to my place yesterday... because she just wanted to talk .. she used her uncle's phone to call me..."
" ah! So the two of you are actually a thing? I ship it" Jesse replies with a chuckle.
" this number is hers... but it can't be hers... at least not her phone.."
McCree wasn't sure what he was trying to say, but Genji seemed more nervous now and that effected him.
Genji presses the answer button and slowly lifted his phone to his ear.
He didn't need to say something... the voice on the other side began to speak before he would get the chance to.

" good evening mr.Shimada, I must say, you haven't made it easy for us to find you, that's for sure. "
Genji's face went pale white at the mention of his old surname. His hands started trembling and McCree noticed this. calmly he takes the phone from him and put it on speaker.
" w...who is this... and why are you calling on Angela's number?" Genji sounded nervous and his voice was trembling, but he wasn't going to back down.
Weird noises was heard from the other side, and a new voice appears.
" Good evening Genji, I hope you still remember me" the voice was familiar, but it only brought more questions to his mind...
" we've only met once, but I think that was enough" Angela's uncle spoke into the phone and cold chills ran through him.
It was true... they had only met once...
" I... it's Talon Genji! Sombra showed me everything" McCree whispers as he holds up the USB.
The organization sounded very familiar to Genji... yes, he indeed remembered it well. It was one of his father's business partners... weren't they...? A crime gang, just like the Shimada clan...
Genji's eyes fell upon the USB in McCree's hands. Had he mentioned Sombra..? How was she involved in all of this...?
It didn't matter at the moment.. what really matters right now was Angela's uncle.
" Get to the point.." he tried his very best to stay calm, but it wasn't easy.
" getting straight to the point, just like your father" this voice was different, but it cans from the other end, so Genji has to assume it belongs to a Talon agent...
" I'm nothing like my father" Genji coldly replies.
" of course you're not, I guess that's pretty much the reason to why you should be dead" even though Genji knew it was true... it still hurt like hell. His father, who he once used to look up to as a hero was now the villain of his story... and by far, it does not seem like his story was going to end well..
" I will take that as a compliment " Genji replies.
" you do that, if it makes you feel better"
For a brief moment, there was silence on both ends before a chuckle broke the silence.
" let's not waste more time. As you may not know, my name is Antonio, the leader of Talon. For about half a year, we received a request from the Shimada clan to help them look for a rogue member. A child. Turns out that the youngest son of the Shimada's didn't die when he was supposed to, and now he's missing. And guess where he ended up? In my kingdom. Now I know you're not going to surrender willingly, therefore I had to find something... or should I say someone, who could help me with that. Why don't you say hello to your friend sweetie?"
Both Genji and McCree froze at his words... they both knew very well who was going to answer on the other side...
" Genji... is your true name really... Shimada..?"
McCree quietly looks over at his best friend who slowly looked away.
Genji knew that he had hurt her by not telling her the truth about himself... not only that, but because of him, she's in trouble... and she was being held hostage, because she was his friend
" yes... my real name is Genji Shimada... not Reyes... I'm... im sorry... I should have told you everything... I'm so sorry" tears filled his eyes. Angela's silence told him that she wasn't okay with this...
she's in danger because of him..
" the girl will join her parents soon if you don't surrender yourself. You have one hour to meet up at this address, if you don't show up, the girl is dead, and please, don't tell anyone about this all, not even your friends at blackwatch."

After that, the call ends and the whole world falls apart. Genji falls down to his knees and he isn't able to hold his tears back anymore.
McCree drops the phone without caring to pic it up again.
Things was not turning out good anymore...
