ORORO MUNROE(storm)

Chapter 22

Ororo opened her eyes to a strange environment, the only thing she could remember was staring into red and purple eyes and every other thing just blacked out. She got up from the bed and looked around her, everything was white, it was as though she was locked in a containment centre, and yes she was, she tried using her powers but nothing was working until she noticed the collar on her neck and then she realized it was an inhibitor collar, as long as you have one of those on you, your powers are useless.
Suddenly, the door to the room slid open and a man with a camouflage walked in, followed by another person whose faced she could not see because his hood was covering his face. The man pulled up a chair and sat down, meanwhile Ororo glared at him. 'My name is general Claude' he began, 'if you comply and tell us everything you know, it will be very easy both for us and for you as well, but if you resist, believe me, we will make it so hard for you that you will be begging for death'. Ororo scoffed as she walked to her bed and laid down on it, 'you knew it was a waste of time coming here and yet you did, it's either you are persistent or a fool, pick one cause I can't really tell'. The general's face got red with anger as he kicked down the chair he was sitting on, 'so you have made your choice, and now I have to make mine', he tapped the hooded guy on the shoulder and whispered to him, 'pry her mind for every option until nothing is left of it, then put her in your control, it is always better to control them mindless', then he opened the door and stepped out.
Storm raised her head and looked at the guy walking towards her, 'you are a mutant aren't you? Why are you working for them against your fellow mutants? Help me get out of this place and you can come with me too'. The guy raised his head and storm could see his face clearly and his eyes, which later on she will wish she hadn't see as things began to spin as he spoke to her in the coldest manner possible, ' you made your choice, now I make mine, you will regret looking into these very eyes of mine.......' As his voice trailed off in her mind, she began to experience so many things all at once, she saw her parents getting into the plane and how the plane crashed, she screamed and begged for it to stop but it was no use, the scenario kept on repeating and it was as though her mind was being torn apart, at times it would feel as though the heat of the burning plane was searing away her flesh, it seemed as though it had been going on for hours, which turned into days of continuous and endless suffering and grief.

X-men Base

The different mutants were dropped off in different locations and given new I.Ds to help them start a new life, and each of them was given a case containing the anti-mutant drug and the reversal so they can get their powers back anytime they chose to since it was already a part of them. Now it was time for them to strategize on how to get Ororo back, because in their hands she was a very powerful weapon.
The three boys were restless, they kept walking up and down waiting on the x-men to call them for the strategy meeting. After what seemed like eternity, they were finally summoned as they entered the strategy room and sat down with the rest. Scott was the one who started suggesting that they have a talk with the government facility general asking him to return storm to them and that violence wasn't always the answer, that was when Pathy cut him short, 'of course that's what you will say, I wonder if it was Jean here who was kidnapped, you'd charge straight into the facility yourself to save her', everyone turned to him in shock, how could he had know that Scott and Jean were a thing?.
That was when Charles spoke up telling him to calm down that maybe Scott was right and that they should try a negotiation first, Pathy scoffed and his brothers tapped him, telling him to calm down. Jean spoke up next, 'we all know that general Claude is a very hard man to deal with, I don't think he will just give her up that easily, if worse comes to worse I think we will have to take her by force', Charles smiled and looked at her ' I hope it wouldn't come to that'. The meeting went on and on and they were all asked to o prepare themselves for the coming mission.
Back in the rooms assigned to the triplets, Porter opened the box given to each of them and almost let out a shriek, the other turned to look at him, he held up leather clothes as Kinesis shook his head, 'No way I'm going to wear that stuff, it'll ride up my butt, what is it with super heroes and leather, next they'll want us to wear capes'. They all laughed it off, and suddenly everywhere was quiet again, the tension of the coming mission filled the air. ' we'll find her, we have to' Pathy said, looking out the window'.

Mr Adam and his group of mutants were planning on how to invade the government facility themselves and getting Ororo out before the X-men gets ahead of them, but it wasn't going to be an easy task, first of all, if they were to go anywhere near the facility, they needed to deactivate the mutant inhibitors that were surrounding the facility and also the mutant alarm. They needed someone on the inside and right now that was something they didn't have. They also had one major problem, although they've heard about the mmutant facility, no one actually knew where it was, it was as though it was separated from the rest of the world and they didn't have the facilities required or the man power needed to run a full search since most of the mutants left.
One of the mutants with Mr Adam was a mutant with the ability to see through people's memories, but it wasn't helpful unless they had someone's memories to actually look into, they were tirelessly looking through newspapers and journals, anything that could give them the slightest clue they needed. Everything was proving futile until Adam held up a paper," wait a minute, I know this man, I've seen him on the T.v in the interviews, he was standing behind General Claude, guys I think we have our man, run him on the faced ID database". After series of searches on the database, his picture finally popped up, Mr Adam smiled, "we have our man, Lieutenant Rogers Dicks", they all laugh at the mention of his name, they printed out every information they could about him. The girl with the memory powers known as nightmare asked, "I'm still surprised we have so much access to confidential informations such as these", Mr Adam smiled, "I have my ways, now my dearest friends, we have a man to hunt".

Pathy was pacing up and down the hall way, he was pissed off, it's been two days now and they still haven't given them any clue as to what their next plan of action was, he was getting impatient. Logan opens a door and walks out as Pathy ran to him and blocked him, Logan removed the cigar from his mouth and stared at the scrawny kid, "move out of my way kid, or I'll have have to make you move", Pathy stood his ground, as Logan sighs, " what do you fucking want with me kid, direct all your problem to Charles, he's the therapist around here". Pathy stared at him intensely, "It's been two days now and we still haven't heard anything from you guys, while we waste our time here, Ororo could be in danger". Logan laughed out loud, "I'm sure the weather girl can handle herself quite fine", he pushes Pathy out his way almost pushing him across the room. He gets up, now looking furious, he opens his mind and begins to hear thoughts flowing in, the only thing he could hear was cerebro.
He walked back to his brothers in the room and told them he knew how to find storm, porter was the first to speak up, "are you sure? How?". He smiled, "Cerebro!". Kinesis got up from the bed, "Cere-what now?". Pathy rubbed his hands together "it's like this mega mutant Gps that can locate any mutant anywhere in the world, but it can only be accessed by a telepath, and guess who is one?, Porter bent his head," who?", they both looked at him, "really?".
They set out from their room to find cerebro, they asked questions and theyb got directions, it was so easy that they started wondering that it might not be as easy as they were thinking. They got to cerebro quite alright, but it required a retina scan, and only that of Charles can open it. Pathy turned to Porter, you have to teleport us inside, Porter was a bit hesistant, "I can't teleport to somewhere I can't see, I might land us somewhere troublesome". The telepathic brother taped his shoulders, "what if I have seen it", immediately images of the internal part of cerebro started started flowing into Porter's mind as they all grabbed his hand and got teleported into cerebro.
They looked around, it was huge and technologically advanced, they walked to the main control as Pathy picked up the helmet, "I think I'm supposed to wear this", Kinesis whose curiosity was almost getting the better of him spoke up, "them what?", Pathy put the helmet on an gasped, it was as though his mind was scattered into million places all at the same time, he was experiencing this excruciating pain as he screamed out as the images turned red and began to spin faster and faster as the pain became intense, his brothers ran to him and removed the helmet from his head and placed it back on the stand as Porter teleported them all directly back to their room as they laid him on the bed, his facial expression was as though he was experiencing pain, but after a while he started calming down and drifted of.
After what seemed like an entire day, the two brothers were watching over their unwell brother when suddenly they got pulled into his mind, they saw him sitting on a chair, cross legged, smiling at them, "I know where she is".
