ORORO MUNROE(storm)

Chapter 10

      Ororo woke up bright and early and was ready for her training, she stretched and warmed up.
    She went down to the training ground and everyone was already waiting for her, they were eager to see what she could do. Her first opponent was Porter who had fun tossing her around as he teleported here and there, the second was kinesis who enjoyed levitating her up and down and throwing her around like a dish rag.
     After all training the last was Pathy, Ororo looked at his structure, he wasn't that much to look at, as she lounged at him she stopped in her tracks, she didn't know why she stopped, before she knew it she gave herself a resounding slap and saw stars, she turned round severally that she thought her eyes will fall off from its socket, next she did the chicken dance, it was so embarrassing but she couldn't stop, it was as though her mind was under control and her free will was taken from her.
        Next she saw her self sinking into a deep whole, when she was about to scream she sank in completely, then she started hearing a voice "Show me your deepest fear, show me that which you fear the most" immediately she found herself on a plane, she covered her eyes 'no no no, please stop she begged with tears in her eyes, suddenly the plain jerked forward and backwards, then the engine failed and it exploded, everything was in slow motion, as she watched the explosion coming towards her she screamed and it sent a terrible gush of wind towards the fire and put it off, this time she was filled with anger and rage, her eyes turned white "GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!" She sent lightning bolts everywhere and Pathy was hit by it and he fell to the ground unconscious, everyone rushed to him, as he passed out, Ororo regained control of her mind, everything was becoming clear once more, she didn't buy the idea of someone prying into her mind that way, she looked over at him and the people looking at her in shock, she turned round and walked away, she blasted the door open with wind without a flicker of her hand and walked away.
       She put on her jacket and took a walk around the city, she picked several pockets just to keep her mind cool, just then a little girl of about twelve years ran past her, she was crying and running, just then Ororo saw two black jeeps go after the girl, as she was running she went up in flames, Ororo thought she was burning but that was when she realised that the little girl was a mutant.
    In no time the girl was surrounded by four black jeeps, she screamed and sent fire bolts flying everywhere, that was when Ororo heard an engine wiring as though a jet was landing but she couldn't see anything, all of a sudden a girl appeared from no where, a man with claw extensions from his hands jumped down, followed by a guys that looked like tin and ice, then a lady with red hair, the covered the girl and protected her, they fought off the government soldiers and escaped with the little girl, Ororo was dumbfounded, so the fight against mutants is real, she just experienced one herself and who are those guys.
      She went back to the hideout, Pathy was in recovery but still in shock, she laid down in her corner and closed her eyes, she didn't realise when she drifted off to sleep.
