Chapter 19

Toby's POV
Gemma seemed a little jittery, so I asked her "Are you okay?" She looked at me and nodded "Yeah I'm fine. Why do you ask?" She asked "No reason." I smiled and walked with her into the dining room, I saw Slender setting the plates I sat down and Gemma sat next to me "Oi, Slender." I said he looked up at me slightly annoyed "What is it Toby?" He groaned "I'm sorry for yelling at you earlier..." I sighed "It's alright, you were just trying to protect Gemma, and I am also sorry for yelling at you's for something stupid, I know, you's would take into consideration, you's were smart about it and I'm glad that you's were." He said "And you's aren't grounded anymore." I smiled "Thank you Slender!" me and Gemma said in unison, we both laughed. After we finished eating, Gemma and I sat in the living room we sat there playing with each others hands "Gemma, I love you." I smiled "I know that." She smiled at me "I mean it." She snuggled up to me "I know." she smiled and kissed my cheek softly "Ugh, get a room!" Ben groaned "Shut it elf!" She smirked he groaned "Stop calling me elf!" she laughed aloud "You look like one... I don't know how your not!" he walked up to him and pinched him pointy ear "E-L-F!" she slapped his forehead playfully "Agh! Just get out of my face you creep." he pushed her away and she sat back down next to me. "Ahh, it's wonderful picking in him." she smirked and kissed my cheek. I laughed and Ben continued his game, we watched him play "Hey guys." We turned and saw John smiling at us. Gemma groaned quietly and turned back around "Hey John." Ben said turning back to the tv "Mind if we play multiplayer? I wanna play with you." I asked "Yeah, I wanna play too." John smirked and walked past us "Yeah sure. Just grab the the other two." Ben said saving his game and going on multiplayer "I'm going for a walk, I'll be back in a little while." Gemma said smiling and kissed My head, She looked up and glared at John and walked to the door "See you's later ladies!" She waved and stepped out. Ben started the game right and I was sitting next to him and John on the other side "Lets play this bitch!" Ben laughed and began the game "Welp we already know who's gonna win." I sighed and suddenly Ben and John says in unison "Yup, me!" they looked at each other "No I am!" they said again and the game began without them knowing 'Maybe I am.' I thought and smirked and found one of them and killed 'em, John, then I found Ben. 'Well this is going to be a fun game.' I continued as they kept fighting.

Gemma's POV

I looked up seeing the sun setting, I walked off the porch and into the forest. It's been a couple minutes since I left and I was already in the middle of the forest, "It's beautiful... So beautiful." I smiled and found a lake ad sat at the tree line seeing the light reflect off of it. "It is too, huh?" I heard a voice say behind me I jumped and looked, I saw a man early twenties looking "Y-yeah... Umm do I know you?" I asked and he sat down somewhat close to me "I think you should." he smirked "How so?" I asked looking at him. "Well I am with the group your with." I stared at him, he had white skin, black hair, seaweed green eyes, and he wore a suit. "Sl-Slender?!" he smirked "Yep." he patted my shoulder "How...? How did you do that?" I asked smiling "Well I do have powers. One is where I can change my appearance." He laughed and I smiled "That's cool." I nodded my head "So whatcha doing all 'changed'?" I smirked he shrugged "I was gonna go head out into town until I saw you." He smiled, such a sweet smile in him. "I am actually surprised... this is the first time I've seen you with a smile on your face." I laughed he nudged me "Yeah, it's because I actually have a face now." he smirked "Oh shut up, and how old are you suppose to be? 22 or something?" I asked "Close 24." he smiled "Wow, and your actually older like... 50?" I smirked and nudged his shoulder "Not even close!" He laughed "Im over a 1000+ years." I gaped "Woooow... Oldie in the house." "Shut up, you'll be this age soon." he smirked "Not unless I die soon." I said looking up "I don't think you'll die soon. I believe that you'll out live me and my brothers." He smirked "Yeah right! I don't think I will." I stood up "You still heading out to town?" I asked he nodded "Yeah, wanna come?" he smiled "Yeah sure, I don't mind getting a few things." I smiled and helped him up. "Well okay, lets go." he smiled and heading towards the town "So, what are you going into town for?" I asked "Just to get something. Nothing important." I shrugged "Okay then." We made it to town, "Okay, over here." He said pulling my sweater, he lifted my sleeve and saw the bandages "Gemma... What are those...?" I looked down and pulled my sleeve down "Nothing, lets just get what you need." I walked past him and he grabbed my arm tightly "No, it's not 'nothing' didn't Toby say stop cutting yourself?" I looked at him blankly "It helps get rid of stress," I said looking down "And with that new kid, it isn't helping... I'm ready to fucking kill him." I growled Slender pulled me closer "And why is the new kid giving you stress?" He asked "Because he was one of the main bullies at my school!" I yelled and ripped my arm from his grasp "Oh..." "Yeah... Now lets go get what you fucking need." I said walking away. He followed. "Here, Gemma." he handed me some money "Go get whatever you want." he said pushing me on my way "Okay, thanks." I said walking away. We made it to the mall that was two miles away from the town. I walked towards FYE (A/N: If you don't know what that is its a movie store, and music. You can also find anime in the back.) I walked towards where they had shelves full of shirts, I found and AOT shirt "Awe yeah!" I smirked and walked to the back and looked at the anime movies. "Need any help ma'am?" a young man asked me, I turned and looked at him "No thanks." He looked at me "Do I know you from somewhere? You look familiar." He tapped his chin looking at me intensely "I don't know, I don't socialize." I said flatly "But you seem really familiar." he sighed "Did you at least go to school?" he asked I nodded "Yeah, Edward Johnson High..." he tensed "I went there too!" he smiled "What's your name?" he asked "It's Gemma, Gemma Reeds." I sighed and growled out 'Reeds'. "Oh... Well I'm Ryan." He forced a smile. "I know who you are..." I sighed and turned back around "How?" he nagged "I went to the same high school, I was bullied by everyone. So I know you." I walked away "W-well where have you been? You haven't came to school." he started to annoy me now "Places." I walked to the cash register "What kind of places?" I gritted my teeth "None of your goddamn business places." I growled "Troy, imma take a break now." He said to the guy behind the counter, an he nodded "$15 please." Troy said I paid "Keep the change..." I walked away and Ryan followed "I heard what happened to your family, I'm sorry... they were good people." I scoffed "Good people?! Good people my ass!" I stomped away "Well, ugh! Just listen to me!" he grabbed my arm "I don't know what exactly happened but I'm glad you got away." I growled "Don't touch me." I yanked my arm away "Why do you care if I'm alive?! Huh?! I am as happy as I could ever be without those people you call 'Family'! They beat me and starved me! And to make it worse, I was bullied!" I yelled now, trying to hold back tears 'If this bitch won't listen to me I'm going to slap her!' he thought "Go ahead.. Slap me, you weak son of a bitch...!" his eyes widened "Wh-what?! How?" I grabbed him by the shirt "Don't mess with me. I have a knife in my back pocket and I'm not afraid to use it." I pushed him away and then headed towards where I last saw Slender "Where you going?" he followed "Home." I said flatly "Well let me walk you at least." he caught up "No, I don't need you to know where I live, Ryan." "And why is that?" he asked cockily "Because I don't need another asshole in my life." I walked away seeing Slender coming out of a store "Richard!" I yelled to him and walked up "Don't call me that." he growled "Well I had to say that or little asshole coming towards us will wonder why your names Slender." He looked behind me and saw Ryan "May I know who you are?" he asked him "I'm Ryan, Gemma's friend." I scoffed "So far from a friend." I hissed "Okay, maybe not a friend but anyways, I wanted to know if I could walked her home for yo-" "No." Slender said flatly "Oh... why?" 'He's persistent...' I thought to him 'I see...' he thought back "Because... I'm her boyfriend..." he grabbed me by the waist and I blushed and looked up at him "Oh... sorry, I'll let you's be." he sighed and walked away. As soon he was far enough "Wh-What was that for?!" I blushed looking at him "Only way he would leave... You blocked your mind to him right, so didn't hear what he was thinking?" he asked and I nodded "Well, he thought you looked hot now and wanted to get into your pants, so only way was to say that." he rubbed the back of his neck and I saw him blush too "Awe, like a father!" I laughed and hugged him "Its what I have to do, after caring for all of you's." he chuckled "We are your children and your the father, I like that." I smiled "So what did you get?" he asked pointing at my bag "Oh, just a shirt." I said pulling it out "Its from my favorite anime show. Attack On Titan." I smiled. It had a picture of Eren and the colossal Titan. "Nice." he smiled and patted my head I smiled "What did you get?" I asked tilting my head "I got some games for Ben, new knives for Jeff, new black lipstick for Jane, some toys for Sally. And I have a special taylor to make me a new suit." he said proudly I laughed "Yup, just for little Slendy-poo." I said in a baby voice and he scoffed "Sh-shut up...!" he walked away and I followed "If you still need anything, you can go get it." Slender said looking down at me "Okay, I'll be at Spencer's." I smiled and walked off "Okay, meet me by the entrance when your done!" he yelled to me "Okay!" I smiled and walked to Spencer's.

Toby's POV

I "What's the hell?! I totally got that shot!" I twitched "Bitch, you just suck-!" "And sallow!" Ben interrupted John "Shut up Ben! I'm not like you!" I hissed his eyes widened "I am not that type of man!" he yelled "Yeah sure... it's not like I can't hear you moan all the way from EJ's room!" I stated "Fuck you! I don't even do any of that! And I didn't do it with EJ!" I laughed "Then why are you blushing?!" I pointed at his face "You actually don't have pale skin! It looks normal!" "Shut up!!" he yelled "Okay, okay, stop being a bitch." I laughed "Lets continue..." John said awkwardly "Lets." Ben sighed "Eh I'm done I'm going outside see if I can find Gemma." I said they nodded and I walked to the door and opened it seeing Gemma as some man walking up the steps "Oh Hi Toby!" she smiled "Hi... Who's this?" I pointed at the man behind her "You can't tell?!" she laughed "I mean it, who is he really?" I asked and crossed my arms over my chest "Child, there's no reason for you to be jealous of me." The mans booming said, "Child?! Sir I am no child-! Wait Slender?!" My eyes widened he smirked "Yes." "Oh my god!! You look so different!" I stated "That's what I said!" Gemma laughed "Can you help me with these?" she asked an I nodded grabbing the bags away from her "Just place them on my bed." she smiled and kissed my cheek "Okay!" I ran up the stairs and quickly placed them on the bed then I was about to run out when I saw her sketch book, I walked over and saw he was drawing Slender "Wow she's good!" I smiled and looked back a few pages until I saw a picture of me. It was very detailed and neat "Soo good!" I laughed and placed it back down and ran back down the stairs where I seen Slender handing Jeff new knives "Thanks Slender." he said and walked up to his room. "Toby." Slender called an I looked up "Yes?" I asked twitching "Here." He handed me a frame with a picture of Gemma when she first came here "Why you giving this to me? Shouldn't you give it to her?" I asked "No, I think you should have it." I smiled "Thanks." I quickly run back upstairs to my room and place it on my nightstand. I smiled at it then ran back downstairs.
