Chloe POV
"Girls! Time to wake up!" My mom yelled. "Paige! Wake up." I moaned waking up. "But the bed is so soft." She whined. "Fine. I'll shower first eat first and be first." I said knowing how competitive she can be. "Race ya!" Paige shouted shooting out of bed. Works like a charm. I heard the shower turn on. I decided to go downstairs and eat while I waited. "Morning mommy." I said giving my mom a hug. "Morning Chlo-Bird." My mom greeted. "What's for breakfast?" I asked. "Eggs. Scrambled good for you girls?" She responded. "Yes please." I answered grabbing my pineapple juice. I poured some into a cup and pet my pug Clove. My mom set a plate of eggs in front of me. "Thank you." I said before taking a bite of food. As I was almost done eating I heard the shower go off. I quickly finished put my plate in the sink and ran upstairs. I grabbed my preset dance clothes and my cover clothes and waited for Paige. "Hey twinnie!" I greeted as she walked out. "Forever and always." She replied hugging me. I went into the bathroom and put my hair into a messy bun because I washed my hair yesterday. I stripped down and cleaned up. I turned the shower off, got dressed, and headed downstairs. "Taylor!" I shrieked as I saw Taylor standing in the kitchen. I hugged her really tight. "Hey bubba loo!" She said kissing my head. "Why are you here?" I questioned putting my lunch in my bag. "Well because it's almost the end of summer I can come here when you're not at dance!" She explained smiling. "Yay!" I sang. "Oh! It's 6:25! We have to go!" Paige yelled. "I thought Dance starts at 7:00." Taylor said clearly confused. "Well there doing construction and Ms Kelly is taking us because Brooke has a private in 20 minutes." I explained rushing out the door. "Bye!" Paige and I yelled running out the door into the fresh fallen snow. I felt horrible having to leave Taylor like that. She's risking her reputation just so she can be with us. "I feel awful we ditched her like that." Paige said noticing my disappointment. "It's not your fault." I said squeezing her hand as we waited for her mom outside. It was really quiet. I threw a snowball at Paige to break the silence. "Oh your gonna get it!" Paige said throwing a snowball at me. We had started a war. "Girls! Get in the car." Ms Kelly said coming outside. We climbed into the car with Josh following. "Why is he here?!" I whisper shouted to Paige. She shrugged. "Hey "babe"" Josh said putting air quotes around babe. "Hey." I said shyly. "Why did you call her babe?" Brooke asked. "Because she's my girlfriend." He said putting his arm around me. "No. I'm your pretend girlfriend." I said trying not to make it obvious I like him. "Hopefully real girlfriend soon." Josh said not caring if it was completely obvious that he liked me. "This is all you get until the party." I said kissing his cheek. He stared at me with his eyes wide open. Uh oh. He kissed my cheek. "And that's all you get until the party." He said. Soon we pulled into dance. "Common girls hustle!" Abby yelled. We ran in in the order we always do. "Girls I've decided to add one more duet. With a girl and boy." She said looking at each and everyone of us. "The girl is... Chloe." Everyone clapped. "And the boy is..." The door swung open. JOSH! We all ran to hug him. "Your duet is called 'That girls gotta be kissed" and it musical theater." She explained. We nodded. "Ok I need to work on the new duet. Go sit with your mothers." She dismissed the others. Paige wiggled her eyebrows at me as she walked away. Time flew by fast (it was actually 3 hours) and soon we were at the end of the dance. "Ok so it's sit, lean back, kiss." Abby said. "Kiss?" I asked hoping she was joking. "Yes. Try it." "Yes ma'am." I obeyed. The music played and we ran the dance. We got to the end. Sit. Lean back. KISS. I ran out of the room. "Chlo!!!" Paige shrieked. "I know!" I said wiping my lips. I went back to the studio. Abby was arguing with the moms upstairs so the cameras were up there. I made sure no one was looking. I snuck up on Josh and kissed him. It was a quick one. Like 2 seconds. "Chlo I didn't know you felt this way." He said a smile creeping onto his face. "Well I do." I said smiling. He grabbed my hand. "So does this mean that on Saturday at my party... are we a real couple?" He asked. "If this is your way of asking me to be your girlfriend... Yes." I smiled. The cameras came in. "Josh let's run the dance." I said starting the music. He noticed what I was doing. He nodded. The end came. Sit. Lean back. Kiss. The kiss wasn't as awkward this time. "Perfection!" Abby clapped. "Thank you." I said standing up. "Chloe if you keep this up and win at the competition, you may be my number one girl." Abby said hugging me. "I'll work super hard. I promise." I promised. "That's my girl. Go get a drink." she said shooing me out of the room. The cameras were off and were gonna get some more footage later. Josh gave me a quick kiss after we left. "Ooh Lala!" Paige joked hugging me. "Did you hear what Abby said!!!" I said jumping. "We all did." Paige said pointing to a crying Maddie. I ran to Maddie. "Maddie! Are you okay?" I asked her wrapping her in a hug. She shook her head no. "I never thought I could be replaced by you!" She spat in anger. Tears formed in my eyes. She covered her mouth. "Chlo I'm so sorry! I didn't mean it! I was upset! I'm so so so sorry!" She apologized. I nodded wiping away my tears. She hugged me. I hugged her back not wanting to be rude. Josh saw me crying. "What happened?" He asked rubbing my back. "Uh- nothing." I said. "Chloe." He said sternly. "I'm fine Josh." I lied. He didn't believe me. He was about to ask another question so I kissed him. We broke apart and he still didn't seem fully convinced. "Babe I'm ok-ish." I said. "Ish?" He asked. "I'll tell you later." I said putting my head on his shoulder. I felt him nod. "Let's work on Broadway Blondes!" I heard Abby yell. "Bye." I said standing up. He waved. I grabbed Paige's hand and we ran to 'A'. We did our dance and nailed it. "Chlo! Paige! I'm so proud! Chlo! You have an amazing chance of being the favorite!" Abby said hugging us. "Thank you." We said hugging her back. We tweaked a few things and soon it was lunch break. We started eating and Abby came in with the schedule like always. "Ok after lunch I'm going to choreograph Chloe's solo with her, then we are going to work on the group. Kenzie I hope you worked on your solo last night. Ok so eat up!" Abby said leaving. "Chlo you're so busy this week. A solo, 2 duets, and the lead in the group!" Kendall gushed. I smiled. She hugged me and went to talk to Kenzie. Paige and I chatted for a little and then I had to work on my solo. Busy busy week ahead of me.

AFTER DANCE AT THE PARK
Paige and I were on the swings at the park. "Are you mad I'm dating Josh?" I asked her. "No not at all. It's just a little awkward." She admitted. "Well no matter what I love you more." I told her. "Twinnes forever." We said together.
