Viridia & Fii | Final Chapter

It was early in the morning when Jill snuck into Fii's and Sevara's room. Careful not to disturb the naga's sleep she went to Fii's bed and shook her awake.

"Huh? What's--"

"Shh! Be quiet. Your roommate is still sleeping!" Jill advised her.

"Why are you here so early?" Fii wondered.

"Viridia wants to speak with you in the throne room."

Fii hesitantly got out of bed and followed Jill to the throne room. Jill stopped at the doors leaving Fii to enter alone. When entering the large hall with its red carpet she saw Viridia sitting on the throne with a smile. Un was also present in the room.

"So you've returned, Un. Is that the slave I ordered you to buy?" Viridia asked as she stepped towards Un and Fii.

Fii was confused. Viridia was acting strange.

"Hmm... She's quite the pretty one, but I wasn't expecting you to buy a harpy," the succubus said as she stroked over Fii's face, "My name is Viridia Vandela. I'm the only daughter of the Succubus Illya Vandela and Incubus Hel Vandela and this is my house. Welcome in your new home~"

Fii couldn't quite follow. Why was Viridia acting like this? This felt too familiar.

"Well then, what's your name?" Viridia asked, but Fii was still trying to figure out what's going on, "speak, unless you want to be referred to as 'slave' for the rest of your life."

Then it clicked. Fii realized what was happening. Viridia was reenacting the first time they met. Fii's puzzled face grew a small smile and she replied, "Fii. My name is Fii."

"Fii..." Viridia responded, "Fii... You were more nervous back then. It seems like you aren't afraid of me anymore, are you?"

"No, why would I be afraid of you? You saved my life, Viri!"

"I did, didn't I...? Un, you can leave," Viridia ordered and the ogre left with a bow.

"Why did you want to talk with me?" Fii asked, curious.

"It's because... Close your eyes," Viridia commanded and Fii did as she said. Fii stood there for a few seconds with closed eyes, wondering what would happen next when Viridia stuttered, "Y-you can open them now..."

When Fii opened her eyes she was more than just surprised and almost fell over in shock.

"I-is it bad? Not enough feathers? Too many feathers?" Viridia asked, concerned, "Are there too many scales on my legs? Are the claws perhaps too long?"

"N-no, it's just... you look... beautiful..." Fii replied.

Viridia had transformed into a harpy. Her feathers were a bright pink with a purple outline. Her eyes, while still having a black sclera and a pink iris, had more harpy like features. Viridia's tail feathers were long and fluffy.

"But why did you transform?" Fii wondered and tilted her head.

"It's because... Because I have a surprise for you. Follow me," Viridia replied and left the room. Fii followed her. They left the mansion and took flight.

"What about the mansion?" Fii asked, worried.

"Jill and Un promised me that nothing would happen to it while we're gone. Thanks to the events at the human capital and the demon realm we're a lot safer than before," Viridia reassured her, "The King is supporting the mansion now, afterall."

They continued their journey through the skies until they reached the forest. Fii slowly began to realize where they were going.

"This forest... Viri... Are we going to the--" Viridia's pleased smile told Fii everything she wanted to know.
