Draco's POV

Draco Malfoy was happy. He had learned 3 new thing, Hermione made him happy, happy felt good, he had to make hermione happy...so she would make him happy. If you catch on... He was looking through The Standard Bookof Spells when he came across a peculier charm, that he knew for certain, would charm the pantsoff of his Granger. Literally.
The Tickling (Rictusempra), also known as the Rictusempra Charm, is a spell that causes a victim to buckle with laughter, so much so that the victim may wriggle out of their robes. (Use with respect and caution)

Hermiones POV

Hermione and Draco had been "together" for little more than a week. Hermione had never felt more wanted and needed than Draco made her feel. He was always begging for snogs, pleading with his eyes. Truth be told she had never seen him happy until they "got together". They weren't really dating, but they went almost everywhere together, snoging.

Before her, he only ever had three emotions.

-Sarcastic, snide & hostile

-Angry, deadly & hostile

-Miserable, tormented & hostile
Note: he was nearly always hostile

Now he had a new array.

-fatally sexy

-cute happy goofball

And Hermione absolutely loved it.

Later she would meet him at the library to "study"...

Blaize Zabinis POV

Blaize noticed that ever since Hermione and Draco started hanging out. Draco was acting...happy!? Blaize was absolutely flabbergasted. Of corse he knew they weren't just friends, it was clearly more than that...first of all...

-No two students study together for 3 HOURS!!!

Second...

-Draco has the attention span of a ferret.

Third...

-He could have sworn he saw them snoging behind a pillar between classes.

Fourth...

-He was the king of private gossip, and a worldclass eavesdroper.

Blaize was sitting "casually" outside the library. Draco and Hermiones clearly audible giggles...yep!!!...A MALFOY.....GIGGLING !!!!

When suddenly Hermiones laugh was cut off and replaced with a sound, that from experience, he recognised as crashing against a bookshelf. He held down his nausea...they were making out, all over his favorite sheof in the Library. Damn Malfoy!!! He cursed under his breath. Suddenly Hermione began laughing uncontrollably, moaning and breathing very hard and loud. He could not take this much longer. There must be some sort of federal offense for screwing in a library!!!

He forced himself to stick it out, for gossip!

Suddenly She squealed "Draco stop!" laughter "you're killing me!" more choppy laughter. Draco was laughing to. "I swear!" giggling "I'll hex you!" she squealed. To Blaizes dismay Draco growled and replied "no you're not Granger..." "you're gonna kiss me instead". He never, EVER wanted to hear Draco growl again Blaize nearly thew up his lunch and dinner. Somehow, thank the Lord... he kept it down...

Blaize couldn't take it any longer, he ran straight to the dorm anxious to spread the news.

Hermiones POV

"stidying" quickly took a turn. Out of random, it seamed, Draco made a bet that he could make me laugh, I bet he couldn't.

"are you ticklish?" he asked raising an eyebrow.

"no!" I lied.

"we'll see about that" he teased his hands coming toward me. I tried desperately not to laugh, but at the touch if his fingertips I blushed furiously. Finally I gave in. I was full on laughing when he cut me off with a hard kiss. Then he whispered im my ear "rictusempra!"

Damn! I though the tickling charm. It was to late I was already laughing uncontrollably. I was laughing so hard it sounded less like a laugh and more like a demented panting dog with asthma. I somehow managed to utter "draco stop it!" more laughing "im dying!" I laughed more. I put more conviction in my voice " I swear I'll hex you!" I nearly squealed, like a newborn piglet. "no your not Granger..." he cleared his throat in what sounded more like a growl. " your going to kiss me instead" he stated. I gave him a small kiss, then he took the charm off, and he proceeded to walk me safely to my dorm.
