Hunting

James's POV

Raina has been begging me lately for me to take her hunting with me. But I'm afraid that of I lose control that I'll want to feed on her and not my target. Tonight I have finally gave in and decided to let her come with me.

"Come on Raina." I holler for her. She comes down dressed in all black. We start walking down the street when I see my target. Bethany. Raina looks at me and knows what I'm thinking.

"You're gonna feed on Bethany?" I nod and tell Raina to stay behind a tree. I run up behind Bethany at light speed and I pounce. I pin her to the ground and bite her letting her take forever to die, making her feel ever bit if pain she deserves for hurting my girl. When I get down drinking I see Raina behind me with a huge smile on her face.

"Baby are you killing all my bullies?" She asks me. I never really noticed but it seems like I'm protecting her by killing.

"It looks like I am." She smiles and hugs me. What? Why is she happy? She should be totally freaked out not hugging me as the blood of a teenage girl falls from my mouth. She kisses me and gets blood all over her lips.

"Eww she tastes so bitter." I smile at her reaction.

"That's because she is bitter. If I were to feed on you, you would be sweet." She blushed and I started walking her home.

We got to her place and she kisses me and tells me something I never wanted to hear escape her lips.

"Change me into a vampire." I look at her shocked.

"Why do you wanna be a vampire?" she gives me a face like I should already know the answer.

"Because I wanna be just like you."
