Chapter 6 - Love Blossoms

Demi's P.O.V 

We got home in under five minutes, I helped Alex into the guest room and took off her shoes leaving her in her jeans and shirt only. She woke up, and started to grin. I knew I couldn't fall in love with Alex but she was so cute! I ignored her and tucked her in. As I was about to leave she spoke "You know you want to sleep next to me, come on don't be a spoil sport" she said winking at me. My heart skipped a beat, I wanted to cuddle in with her, but I knew she was drunk and didn't mean it. "Goodnight" I said in a monotone voice as I walked out and headed into my room. 

*The next morning*

Alex's P.O.V 

I woke up with a huge headache. I hate hangovers. I looked around observing the unfamiliar walls, it looked like a hotel. I looked at my phone. 

"5 missed calls from Danielle"

Ugh. Now I remembered why I got drunk, I was upset over Demi. I ignored Danielle and got up. Pulling out a cigarette from my pocket, I lit it. I took some puffs as I walked out the bedroom wondering where I was and with who. I saw someone on the couch, with brown hair. Suddenly she turned around and I realised it was Demi. 

Her eyes grew wide when she spotted my cigarette. She walked over and grabbed it from my hands, chucking it in the bin. "What was that for?!" I shouted at her unintentionally. "You aren't smoking near me! Don't forget I'm your boss now" she screamed. I shut up, I didn't want to lose this job. "I'm sorry" I apologised taking a seat on the couch. "It's fine, would you like some breakfast babe...Erm I mean Alex?" 

"Yes please Dems, I'm sorry about getting. drunk. Thanks for taking care of me" I said hesitantly. "It's fine, that's what friends are for" she said emphasizing on the 'friends' part. 

I couldn't take this anymore, we loved each other and I wasn't going to lose her. I went into the kitchen and put my hands around her waist. She looked shocked. I slowly leaned in and planted a kiss on her red lips. It soon turned into a make out session, she licked my bottom lip asking for entrance. I granted her entrance as our tongues rubbed against each other. She moaned into the kiss. All of a sudden she pulled away, I looked at her. She had tears in her eyes. She ran into the bedroom without looking back. 

I sighed. She probably thought I was leading her on. 

Demi's P.O.V

I sat in the bedroom crying my eyes out, I couldn't believe she had led me on like that. She was such a good kisser I wish she truly loved me. I licked my lips relishing the fact her lips had been on mine. Suddenly there was a knock on the door, I wiped my tears and opened it. It was Alex. "Can I help you?" I asked with annoyance in my voice. "Demi I want you to know that I do actually like you. From the time we kissed on the tour bus. I said I didn't like you because I didn't want to fall in love and I have a bad history for breaking peoples hearts. I know I was an idiot but I promise I love you". She explained taking my hand and kissing it. "What about Danielle?" I asked. "I broke up with her a second ago, I only like you no one else I promise. I'm not perfect but I do love you". She admitted. I cuddled into her chest. "I'm leaving tomorrow, I'm going back to LA. We have two weeks apart until you can join us" I explained giving her a quick peck on the lips. 

"I'll miss you, but soon I'll be with you every night. So all will be well Demi" she promised me. We spent the day kissing and cuddling. After we fell asleep together on the couch.
