Chapter 10 - It's official

Alex's P.O.V 

I couldn't wait for tonight, it was going to be great. I had arranged a car to pick up Demi so I could meet her at the restaurant I had booked just for us. It was our last night before we're flying out to Baltimore to start Demi's tour. I was super excited to start. 

I had visited my barber and got my hair cut, so I looked fresh. I was dressed in a normal black tuxedo. 

I arrived at the restaurant prior to Demi's arrival and got everything ready. 

Demi's P.O.V 

I had dyed my hair brown, prior to our date, and dip dyed my hair blonde. I looked amazing and couldn't wait to see Alex. I wore a black and white dress with pink heels. 

I got into the Bentley Alex had ordered for me. I was so happy that Alex was making an effort for our relationship. Well...we weren't even dating yet. I got there quickly and stepped out. 

Alex was waiting for me, she had her hair cut short and gelled up and was wearing a black tux. I walked over to her and kissed her lips, biting her lower lip. She held my hand and walked me into the restaurant.

The restaurant had been emptied out, and the only people who were in there was me and Alex.

We took our seats and sat down, we ordered our starters. "Alex this is amazing. I can't believe I ever thought you didn't care about me". I said kissing her on the lips. "Only the best for you my love" she said while grinning. 

We had an amazing night, once we were done with the meal. Alex carried me bridal style into the Bentley once we were in, she started to talk and pulled out a ring. 

"This is a promise ring, Demi I love you. From the day I met you I knew you were the one. I may be a player but I care for you and I don't care about much. Will you be my girlfriend Demi?". She said getting down on one knee. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I nodded and kissed her lips. She slipped the ring onto my finger. 

We drove home, I was sitting on her lap. We cuddled and kissed. Once we were home we watched movies and cuddled. 

*Next day* 

Demi's P.O.V 

I had woke up early so I could pack for the tour. I took two suitcases and filled one up with Alex's clothes and one with mine. I was half way through when Alex began to wake up. She looked so hot in the morning with her windswept hair. "Morning babe, I'm just packing. We're flying out in about three hours". I explained. "I can't wait, playing guitar and singing with my beautiful girl every night". She said as I blushed. "Babe...My family is going to be there because they join me on the north American dates of the tour usually". I explained. She looked nervous, which was weird because she was usually carefree. 

I walked up to her and planted a kiss on her lips smiling. "I'm sure they'll love you, just be careful around Eddie. He's really protective of all of us". I warned her. She smiled. 

*On the plane to Baltimore*

We were sat on the plane, and were about 45 minutes away. Alex had her headphones in, and was listening to music so I was on Twitter. I took a selfie with Alex without her knowing and uploaded it.

"Heading to Baltimore with Alex #neonlightstour"

My notifications began to blow up so I shut off my phone, I gave Alex a kiss and fell asleep. 

*In Baltimore*

Alex's P.O.V 

Once we were there, I woke Demi up and we began to walk out the plane. It was a private jet so no one was around. I pushed Demi against the wall, and began to make out with her. Once she got into it I pulled away. I ran out the door laughing to myself. 

Demi's P.O.V 

Gosh! Alex was such a tease, I got out the plane and saw Alex waiting for me. I rolled my eyes and continued walking. The paparazzi were there waiting screaming questions at me and Alex.

"Are you guys dating?"

"Is Dalex real?"

We ignored them and kept on walking. Once we saw my family Maddie threw herself on me. "I missed you baby girl" I said while giggling and hugging her. Once I met everyone, I looked around to see Alex in the far corner on her phone. I couldn't believe she didn't bother to meet anyone. I shrugged it off. "Is that Alex?" Eddie asked.

I nodded, he looked annoyed but I didn't blame him. I went and grabbed her hand and brought her over. "Hello, you must be Alex I'm Dianna". My mum said being friendly. Alex just looked around awkwardly. We got into my dad's car and began to drive home. Alex was texting the whole time, I tried to hold her hand but she pushed it away. I sighed and focused on Maddie. 

*At dinner* 

Alex's P.O.V 

I knew I was being a dick to Demi's family but I was just not in the mood. I desperately needed a fag and some alcohol. We were eating dinner and Eddie and everyone was trying to make conversation. "Do you have like any beer?" I asked them. They looked around and sighed. Dianna came over and handed me a bottle before sitting down. "So Alex how's your family? Do they live in the U.K?" Eddie asked curiously. I began to get angry. "Listen old man! I don't remember allowing you to ask me about my family so shut the fuck up, before I make you" I screamed. I hated when my family was brought up. Demi looked shocked and slapped me across the face. She looked me in the eyes and said "Say sorry". I grabbed my beer and walked out the house. I needed to get wasted.
