Chapter 7 - Saying goodbye

Demi's P.O.V 

I woke up the next morning on top of Alex. She was sleeping peacefully and I didn't want to disturb her so I carefully got out of bed and started to pack my suitcase. I was going to miss Alex loads, even though we weren't even dating yet. Last night was such a great night, maybe Alex wasn't actually a player. Maybe she truly loved me. I was almost done packing, when Alex began to stir in her sleep. Her eyes opened slowly. "Morning Alex, sleep well?" I asked getting her attention almost instantly. She sat up and leaned on her pillow. Gosh she looked so hot in the morning. "Take a picture it lasts longer, and I had a great night". She said winking. I wondered if she had ever had sex. "Have you ever you know...had sex Alex?" I asked hoping she said no. "Yeah, I've had sex before. What about you?" She asked. My heart broke. Someone else had slept with my baby. "No, I'm a virgin" I said hesitantly. "That's cute I regret having sex, but I was drunk and wasn't thinking right" she explained. 

I started to get ready as she watched me. "I'm leaving today, I'm going to miss you Alex". I admitted looking down. "Babe you know I will miss you too, but these two weeks will fly past quick I promise. We will face time and text all the time" She said soothing me. "Alex...what are we? Are we dating? Are we friends?" I finally asked giving in. "Demi I love you, but I'm not going to make it official yet. We aren't only friends though, for now we are soul mates Demi" she said planting a kiss on my lips.

Alex's P.O.V 

We were at the gate of the airport and Demi's plane was leaving in two minutes. "I'm going to miss you Alex" she said with tears rolling down her cheeks. I pulled her into me and hugged her. I kissed her lips, tracing my tongue across her bottom lip. She moaned. We slowly pulled away. "I will miss you too Demi but don't worry. We will be together soon. I love you" I replied releasing her from the hug. "I love you more, goodbye my love see you soon" she said before pecking me on the lips and walking away swaying her hips behind her.

*2 hours later* 

I was at work, I wasn't in the mood to be picking up phone calls of people who couldn't use their common sense and fix their own phones. I got up and took my cigarette break. I was puffing away, when I got a face time call from Demi. I picked up. 

Her beautiful face came across the screen. "Hey Demi" I said while taking a puff. "Alex, throw that cigarette away baby you know I don't like you smoking" she said frowning. I threw it away and returned to my phone. "Happy?" I questioned. She nodded then continued. "I miss you baby, I'm performing tonight so I might not be able to call you but don't worry. I will call you tomorrow morning babe" she explained. "Okay Demi my break is over so I have to get going but I'll see you soon". I said. We both said our goodbyes and then I hung up. This was going to be a long two weeks.
